The Guy That Generated $50 Million with No Sales Pitch & The Question That Sells More Than Sales Teams with Josh Tapp

Ever felt like the key to growing your business sits just right there in front of you?

Well... hold on tight.

Our friend Josh Tapp, the mind behind the Pantheon Community and the Lucky Titan Podcast (Top 50 in Marketing Charts), just shared the same blueprint that allowed him to generate over $50 Million in just a few years!

Yes, you heard that right... $50 Million. The dude is not even 30 years old.

I first hear him speak at an event by our friends at Capsho, and could not believe my eyes. The guy, was just there sharing everything.... without slides, just a whiteboard and his simple blueprint.

I could not write fast enough.

"It can't be that simple" I thought to myself. "It has been in front of me this whole time!"

In our journey to scaling our companies, agencies and communities, we often overlook the most powerful tool at our disposal: authentic relationships.

That's why we decided to bring Josh on. We needed to dive deeper and... oh baby! we dove deep.

Josh shows us how nurturing genuine connections isn't just good karma; it's smart business.

Picture this: wealthy individuals and decision-makers are on the lookout for more than just another service.

They're seeking time-saving, life-enhancing solutions wrapped in meaningful relationships.

And here's where the magic happens: by shifting the focus from selling to connecting, you're not just opening a dialogue; you're building a bridge to high-ticket sales and much more!

(Little Plug: A Podcast is a great way to do this. If you have any questions, just reach out)

But wait! There is more...

Josh shares the one question he asks to every single person he meets.

This question sparks curiosity, intentionality, and opens up for many opportunities

It also allows you to present your solution as a natural progression, not a sales pitch.

Proven strategy right here for you to take and implement... today!

Enjoy!

This is Luis, half of the BIZBROS and I'm welcoming you to this incredible start of 2025 in the 10 episode series on where we go all the way from frameworks to how to monetize your content in a very specific way, even how to outrun Google or how to land your dream sponsors. So I think these 10 episodes are going to really help you. If you haven't listened to any of the others, go back and they start on January 3rd all the way to January 12th.

[00:00:30] So super excited to share this with you. Enjoy.

[00:00:33] Hey, I'm Luis.

[00:00:34] And I'm Luis.

[00:00:36] And you're listening to the Content Is Profit Podcast.

[00:00:44] Guys, today we have an incredible person. I actually met him at Capshovian's Live in Orlando a few weeks ago and his presentation was by far my favorite.

[00:00:54] Not because there's no slides, which was great, but also the thing that he was talking about how he was able to grow his business and help a ton of people with a very simple framework.

[00:01:06] He's known as a podcast guy. He's the founder and chairman of Pantheon FM, as well as the host of the Lucky Titan Podcast.

[00:01:13] That show is Apple iTunes Top 50 Marketing and Entrepreneurship Podcast.

[00:01:18] He has worked with over 1,500 clients and generated over 25 million in revenue through his unique business strategies.

[00:01:28] Boy, boy. With his company, he aims to build a predictable and profitable audience building machine.

[00:01:33] How does that sound to you, Fonzie?

[00:01:35] Juicy. I'm ready to dive in.

[00:01:37] Juicy.

[00:01:37] Bring him on.

[00:01:38] Juicy.

[00:01:38] Bring him on.

[00:01:39] Bring him on.

[00:01:40] Guys, please welcome future Content Is Profit Hall of Famer, Josh Top.

[00:01:48] Let's go.

[00:01:49] Yeah.

[00:01:50] Let's go, Josh.

[00:01:51] That's awesome.

[00:01:52] Dude, what an intro.

[00:01:54] I'm like, hats off to you guys.

[00:01:56] I'm not going to lie, Josh.

[00:01:57] Here for a second, I thought either my brother forgot the button or your name.

[00:02:01] I was like, which one he forgot?

[00:02:03] Which one he forgot?

[00:02:03] Yeah.

[00:02:04] He's like, we had dinner.

[00:02:05] I don't even remember this dude's name.

[00:02:08] Yeah.

[00:02:09] I'm going to sweep in and take over this interview right now.

[00:02:12] Like my brother mentioned, it says you've generated, I mean, you work with over 1,500 clients

[00:02:17] and generated over 25 million in revenue.

[00:02:20] The question is, how has content played a role in all that?

[00:02:26] Dude, 100%.

[00:02:27] That's actually outdated.

[00:02:28] We literally just in January crossed the $50 million mark and I was like, wow, I wasn't

[00:02:33] going to say it until we crossed this.

[00:02:34] It was a, dude, yes.

[00:02:35] Yep.

[00:02:36] Yep.

[00:02:36] I freaking love how you guys run this show, by the way.

[00:02:39] This is awesome.

[00:02:41] They're like, we're going to have to edit that out.

[00:02:45] But yeah, so content has played a huge role in what we've done.

[00:02:48] You know, my podcast was the core driver of all of my companies.

[00:02:52] So we built and sold four agencies.

[00:02:55] Um, all of those were in the marketing sector and we basically built those along with the

[00:02:59] mastermind that I still currently run at Pantheon FM.

[00:03:02] Um, we built them all through relationship building, um, through content.

[00:03:05] And a lot of people think it's because we have a lot of listeners.

[00:03:09] And for a long time, I thought so too, until we actually tracked it.

[00:03:12] Um, we were generating at a 10 to one ratio, um, dollar per dollar for, from our, our guests

[00:03:20] than we were from our actual listeners.

[00:03:22] And so when we realized that we actually changed the entire strategy around focusing

[00:03:25] on building solid relationships with, with guests, building partnerships with them and

[00:03:30] using that to generate, um, high ticket sales at the end of the day.

[00:03:33] Interesting.

[00:03:34] Before the conversation and I asked you, what is your superpower?

[00:03:38] Right.

[00:03:38] And you said a hundred percent is seeing the deal in every relationship.

[00:03:44] Something that we realized early on when we started content is profit was the power

[00:03:47] of relationships.

[00:03:49] Right.

[00:03:49] I do.

[00:03:49] I think we were lucky enough that one of our, uh, you know, I think between our first 10

[00:03:53] episodes, we have somebody come in and say, I want to work with you guys.

[00:03:57] And that little light bulb said, Hmm, maybe we should be bringing on the show.

[00:04:02] Obviously the people that can provide value to the audience, but at the same time, the people

[00:04:06] that we want to work with that we would love to work with and build that relationship

[00:04:10] with.

[00:04:10] And that changed the whole trajectory of the podcast.

[00:04:14] I feel like you are at the pantheon, right?

[00:04:18] If you know what I mean, of relationship building in a podcast, right?

[00:04:22] Like you said, you've done over 2000 podcast episodes.

[00:04:26] You have one of the top, you know, marketing entrepreneurial podcasts out there.

[00:04:31] It's impressive.

[00:04:32] And I'm curious, how has that been possible?

[00:04:35] How has that evolved for you?

[00:04:38] Right.

[00:04:38] I mean, you said you guys saw the data 10 to one, right?

[00:04:41] Dollars attributed.

[00:04:42] But when did you discover that power of relationship driving it through content?

[00:04:47] Is content just the vehicle or does content do something else besides, you know, putting

[00:04:53] you face to face with the person that you want to talk to?

[00:04:56] Yeah.

[00:04:56] And that's actually, there's a few questions there I'm going to unpack a little bit because

[00:05:00] a lot of people, and I'll just put it this way, my story was doing everything wrong.

[00:05:06] So I knew what not to do.

[00:05:07] Like that's, and it's still truthfully, it's kind of been my relationship with business is

[00:05:12] like do everything as fast as you can, even if it's the wrong way to figure it out.

[00:05:16] Right.

[00:05:16] And I will say that barring the fact that it cannot be immoral, unethical, unintegrable.

[00:05:22] You get the point, right?

[00:05:23] So it has to be, it has to fit within my, my standards, but like, you know, I'm going

[00:05:28] to try running ads to grow my show.

[00:05:30] I'm going to try hiring these different agencies.

[00:05:33] I'm going to try the person who hits me up on, on LinkedIn who says, Hey, I can get you

[00:05:37] a hundred thousand subscribers for $300.

[00:05:38] I'm going to try all those things.

[00:05:40] Right.

[00:05:40] Yeah.

[00:05:40] And, um, it was interesting is trying all those things actually helped us to grow the show

[00:05:45] really quickly.

[00:05:47] Um, and when we started, so the lucky Titan is actually an evolution.

[00:05:50] I've, I've had four different shows as well.

[00:05:52] And, um, all of them have been interviewing entrepreneurs, but when I first started and

[00:05:57] I was growing my shows, they were not doing very well until I realized, Hey, what if I

[00:06:01] just like bought my way there?

[00:06:03] Cause at this point when we launched the lucky Titan, I was like, I bet I think I bet I could

[00:06:07] buy my way there.

[00:06:07] And so we started spending, I think we spent like 80 to a hundred grand to get the show

[00:06:12] out there.

[00:06:12] And it, it wasn't hiring other people.

[00:06:15] It was like, we're going to run ads.

[00:06:17] We're going to focus on growing our email list.

[00:06:18] We're going to do all these different things.

[00:06:19] So I'm going to tell you there is a way to hack it by buying your way there.

[00:06:23] Right.

[00:06:24] But you will never, your audience will never compete with the likes of people like Mr.

[00:06:29] Beast or Joe Rogan or John Lee Dumas because they have organically built.

[00:06:34] And so their listeners are actual buyers.

[00:06:37] So I just want to caveat that like you can buy your way there to get fast if you want,

[00:06:41] if you want to show big numbers or whatever.

[00:06:43] But, um, but having that, that shift and helping and changing your mentality on it of going, okay,

[00:06:50] if we worry about that or if we actually concern ourselves about the people on an individual

[00:06:55] level, the guests are actually more important than even the listenership.

[00:06:59] And what's cool is if you'll actually focus the way you guys have done even here, right?

[00:07:02] You make it a fun experience for me.

[00:07:04] It's going to translate to those who are listening to the show.

[00:07:08] Right.

[00:07:09] And so what's funny is we've actually, I launched a different show.

[00:07:12] I'm just called the Pantheon and it's not even, there's not even a public RSS feed.

[00:07:16] It's not on iTunes.

[00:07:17] It's not in those places.

[00:07:18] I literally text voice memos to a small list of people, but that list we've done about

[00:07:25] 750 grand, 800 grand from, I started it like five, six months ago.

[00:07:29] Right.

[00:07:29] Wow.

[00:07:29] And it's like, what people don't realize is like, if you actually look at content as what

[00:07:34] it is, which is a gathering place, it, it actually changes the whole trajectory of what you do.

[00:07:40] Because like you said, Fonzie, right?

[00:07:42] It's like taking the, taking and putting content out there is like becoming commonplace.

[00:07:48] Like people are putting content out there and they're trying to make it a little bit better

[00:07:51] or whatever.

[00:07:52] Um, am I allowed to curse on your show?

[00:07:54] Absolutely.

[00:07:54] Absolutely.

[00:07:55] Okay.

[00:07:55] So I, I never curse.

[00:07:56] I'm Mormon.

[00:07:57] It's like against our religion to curse.

[00:07:58] So I apologize for those listening to this, but I had a guy say this to me once.

[00:08:02] He's like, if you want to organically grow and go viral, you guys know who Sean Whalen

[00:08:05] is?

[00:08:06] Yep.

[00:08:07] Okay.

[00:08:07] One of the most crass humans ever.

[00:08:08] He's a buddy of mine, but he grabs me by the cheeks.

[00:08:11] He's like, do cool shit, Josh.

[00:08:13] If you want people to see what you're doing, do cool shit.

[00:08:16] And I was like, what?

[00:08:24] Content, you have to do something cool.

[00:08:27] And if you're not making it cool, nobody's going to watch it.

[00:08:31] Yeah.

[00:08:31] Right.

[00:08:31] Like what you guys are doing, just even these little sound effects and stuff makes it cool.

[00:08:36] Higher production value makes it cool enough that people are going to consume this.

[00:08:39] Right.

[00:08:40] So that's from like an organic side, but the guest side is it's just, this is literally

[00:08:44] the fastest way in the door with successful people.

[00:08:47] I've had multiple multi-billionaires on my show.

[00:08:49] And from that we ended up doing business with each other.

[00:08:51] So yeah.

[00:08:52] Anyways.

[00:08:53] Josh, thank you, man.

[00:08:54] Thanks so much for laying it out there for, for us and congrats on, uh, on all the success

[00:08:58] that you guys have been having.

[00:08:59] Right.

[00:09:00] Especially I love the 750,000 pro from a private voice memo.

[00:09:04] And, uh, you know, we, we talk about on our side, when we launched the show, we call

[00:09:09] the show, we didn't call it a podcast.

[00:09:11] We actually did it on Facebook live.

[00:09:13] And at the time that was like 2020.

[00:09:16] So COVID was just starting out and everybody was starting a podcast.

[00:09:19] Everybody was throwing a summit.

[00:09:20] Everybody was doing something like that.

[00:09:21] And just like that little change from, you know, podcast to show, uh, was really interesting

[00:09:26] because a lot of people would come in and the first step was a Facebook live that we

[00:09:30] would do together that might come back.

[00:09:32] And then that was the thing that we would put on the podcast vehicle.

[00:09:35] And then on the, on later on, on the YouTube channel.

[00:09:38] Right.

[00:09:38] And that little thing was like a different experience for them because they were recording

[00:09:42] a live show and energy was high, you know, all these things.

[00:09:46] And even though today we still have a lot of elements from that, that, uh, helped us grab

[00:09:52] a ton of traction with our guests because it was a different experience.

[00:09:55] Right.

[00:09:55] I make it, it made it more fun and it opened a lot of doors.

[00:09:58] Right.

[00:09:58] So that's when that fancy light bulb moment came up and it was super interesting.

[00:10:02] Now I've been in, in a few conversations where, you know, we share process and, and, you know,

[00:10:07] we might sell prior lower ticket that what you're selling, or we are focusing on different types

[00:10:11] of relationships, right?

[00:10:12] The first like a hundred plus guests were not the right market for the product that we

[00:10:16] were serving.

[00:10:16] So we had to switch and evolve and it has kind of evolved that way.

[00:10:19] Um, now you said that you build about four agencies, right?

[00:10:22] And then sold them as well.

[00:10:24] And now you have obviously your mastermind.

[00:10:26] Um, we saw it on the agency side because it was a fast way to collect cash because we

[00:10:32] needed, we had a 60 day runway that we were like, if we don't make money in 60 days, like,

[00:10:36] that's it.

[00:10:37] Like this is game over.

[00:10:38] Um, at the time we quit our, our jobs to do business full time.

[00:10:42] And we were like five months in and we, I had an ultimatum from, you know, my wife and

[00:10:47] family and everybody's like, well, if this doesn't work, you know, you go back.

[00:10:49] And I'm like, that was like the worst nightmare for me.

[00:10:51] So we had to make it work.

[00:10:53] Then we're like with a service, it helped us.

[00:10:54] Right.

[00:10:55] We're that moment today where we might be transitioning, right.

[00:10:57] That, that has, that has evolved.

[00:10:59] We have the brick and mortar podcast studio now on different things.

[00:11:03] But what is your advice for people starting agencies from there?

[00:11:05] Why, why was it an agency?

[00:11:07] Why wasn't a mastermind right away?

[00:11:08] Was a strategic.

[00:11:10] And then, um, if you want to share a little bit of like how high of a ticket, right?

[00:11:15] Cause I was in a conversation with somebody and I was like, look, our services start at

[00:11:18] $3,000 a month.

[00:11:20] And she got all discouraged because she was selling a book, you know, a $7 item.

[00:11:24] And I'm like, well, with this specific strategy, you could potentially have conversations with

[00:11:29] people that will buy a thousand books, right?

[00:11:31] Like a library or a school system or different things.

[00:11:35] So it's expanding our mind a little bit on who do we talk to regardless of the price point,

[00:11:40] right?

[00:11:40] So I would love to hear your thoughts on one, the agency side, people like going into there

[00:11:45] and, you know, is it the right move?

[00:11:47] And then on the, on the price point of like, who are you relating to?

[00:11:52] Cause a lot of people might not even see it as a possibility, right?

[00:11:56] Right.

[00:11:57] Well, and what I would tell you is like agency work is sexy, right?

[00:12:03] Everybody's like, Oh, you can build an agency.

[00:12:04] You can make a ton of money with it.

[00:12:06] I'm going to tell you agency work is really good to about a half a million dollars to

[00:12:10] a million dollars in sales.

[00:12:11] And then what happens is actually, as you grow your margin decreases because you have to increase

[00:12:16] your expenditures, right?

[00:12:18] So a lot of people who, because our best agency we were doing, I think we maxed out at almost,

[00:12:25] it was right around 7 million a year and it was in revenue.

[00:12:28] But what was interesting is that 7 million, I was making the same amount.

[00:12:31] I was making it 4 million personally, but we were making more revenue in the company.

[00:12:35] And yeah, a lot of you, especially the ops people listening to this are going, yeah,

[00:12:38] Josh could have fixed this, this, this.

[00:12:39] And I'm like, okay, yes, yes, you can optimize.

[00:12:42] Yes, you can refine.

[00:12:43] But, but the reason agencies are super appealing is because it's really high margin dollars.

[00:12:49] If you're willing to do the work or you can outsource it for really, really cheap.

[00:12:52] Right.

[00:12:54] But at scale, that's extremely complex.

[00:12:57] So I always tell people, like, when they come to me that I'm like, Hey, what type of business

[00:13:02] should I start?

[00:13:02] I go, that depends what, what's your exit strategy, right?

[00:13:06] Where do you want to make your money?

[00:13:07] Um, cause when I, when I caught onto this, I realized you can build agencies and sell

[00:13:11] them to bigger agencies for a ridiculous amount of money.

[00:13:15] And they'll even let you double dip from the pie.

[00:13:17] Right.

[00:13:18] So like they'll, they'll buy your, your agency for usually three to 12 X depending on, you

[00:13:23] know, what company you're selling, but they'll buy you for like three to 12 X your take home

[00:13:28] pay.

[00:13:28] Right.

[00:13:28] So if you can build this up to where, and that number is called EBITDA.

[00:13:32] If you're like one of the fancy people, I try to keep it simple.

[00:13:34] So whatever, whatever money you are personally taking home from the business, they'll basically

[00:13:37] pay you three years, three to five years worth of, of that to buy the company.

[00:13:41] But a lot of times what they'll do is they'll also let you keep 10% of the company with zero

[00:13:46] work.

[00:13:46] So they keep growing it and you keep getting 10% of the profits for life, which is pretty

[00:13:50] much the deals that I've set up.

[00:13:52] So when I sell, when I sell these, I didn't do the first time.

[00:13:54] I really wish I had, but, um, cause that, that one would still be paying me out today.

[00:13:57] Um, but point being is that they, you could build it that way.

[00:14:02] And if you think about, Oh, that's my exit strategy is to sell it.

[00:14:04] Right.

[00:14:05] That's one strategy.

[00:14:06] Another strategy is just to cash cow it.

[00:14:08] Right.

[00:14:08] So stepping out, hiring a CEO and letting them run it.

[00:14:11] I will tell you with agency work and I want to be careful because I don't want to discourage

[00:14:16] people who run agencies because there's always an exception to the rule.

[00:14:20] But my general rule of thumb is there's always an exception to the rule, but you're probably

[00:14:23] not it.

[00:14:24] Does it make sense?

[00:14:25] Um, so we, what I tell a lot of people is like, if you're starting an agency, build it

[00:14:30] to sell it.

[00:14:32] And just at the end of the day, because even if you decide to keep it, you've structured

[00:14:36] it profit profitably enough that you're making enough money that it's fun to cash cow it.

[00:14:41] Right.

[00:14:41] Yeah.

[00:14:42] Does that make sense?

[00:14:42] Yes.

[00:14:43] And so like if, if you identify that first, it helps you decide, do I build an agency?

[00:14:48] Do I build a coaching program?

[00:14:49] Cause I'm going to tell you right now, selling a coaching program is really hard and it'll probably

[00:14:53] never happen.

[00:14:54] Um, it, as of 2024, this is being recorded 10 years from now, people might be buying those

[00:14:59] up.

[00:14:59] Like it's going out of style.

[00:15:00] I don't know.

[00:15:01] But right now, if you're a coach and like, I'm going to sell this.

[00:15:03] No, you're not.

[00:15:04] It's not going to happen.

[00:15:05] Um, but then there's like obviously physical goods, right?

[00:15:09] So you have like e-commerce or, you know, a brick and mortar business selling physical

[00:15:12] products.

[00:15:12] And those should always be built to sell.

[00:15:14] Always.

[00:15:15] Um, I think people are, we get too married to a product instead of getting married to the

[00:15:21] people, right?

[00:15:22] Cause if you actually look at an audience, if you even look at my audience, I have served

[00:15:26] the same group of clients across all of my companies.

[00:15:29] And what's cool about that is that when I sell another company, I retain the rights to

[00:15:32] my list.

[00:15:33] I always do that.

[00:15:34] PS pro tip for you.

[00:15:35] So they can use your list, but you still get to use it yourself.

[00:15:39] And what I'll do is I will actually just sell my next service to my existing clientele.

[00:15:43] And that always allows us to like build the next thing.

[00:15:46] Does that make sense?

[00:15:47] Yeah.

[00:15:47] So you're not starting from scratch every time.

[00:15:49] And that network, those relationships become truthfully like what keeps you growing.

[00:15:54] I mean, I think I told you guys about this.

[00:15:57] Like last year was like the hardest year for us.

[00:15:58] We got hit by a huge lawsuit.

[00:16:00] We got hit.

[00:16:01] Uh, we got audited by the IRS freaking stripe locked up an exorbitant amount of money.

[00:16:07] So like we were like in this holy crap moment.

[00:16:09] We don't even have cash.

[00:16:10] I like start personally funding the company, which I hadn't done in a long time.

[00:16:14] It was scary.

[00:16:15] Um, but what in essence got us out of that was we said, Hey, we've got this list of people

[00:16:21] and I'm not talking an email list.

[00:16:22] I'm talking people.

[00:16:23] I can pick up my phone and call.

[00:16:25] Right.

[00:16:25] And I just told them what we were doing.

[00:16:27] So I said, Hey, um, you know, companies in dire straits right now.

[00:16:30] So we launched a $50,000 offer that was like pretty much one-on-one and group coaching

[00:16:35] kind of hybrid, which isn't saleable.

[00:16:38] And I wasn't going to do this for life, but it was a bespoke offer, which means it's just

[00:16:42] easy to take.

[00:16:43] Um, and I just picked up the phone and like three days would close to 250 grand, which

[00:16:46] is enough to float the company.

[00:16:48] Right.

[00:16:48] And like what people don't realize is that, um, if you have that list of people and you

[00:16:54] just keep asking them what they want, it's really easy to construct an offer off of it.

[00:16:58] Does that make sense?

[00:16:59] Yeah.

[00:16:59] A hundred percent.

[00:17:00] Dude, um, I'm, I'm one very impressed on how you can bring like very complex like structures

[00:17:08] or concepts and, and make it very simple for people to maybe, you know, simple enough for

[00:17:13] people to make a decision on.

[00:17:15] Right.

[00:17:15] And I think that's what, uh, was super exciting when, when I saw your presentation, right.

[00:17:20] Uh, uh, uh, Capuchovia's life.

[00:17:22] And I was so interested because I was like, man, we've been doing it, but we were, we were

[00:17:27] also overcomplicating it in many ways.

[00:17:29] And now as you're going through this, I'm like, huh, we can strip this out.

[00:17:32] We can do this.

[00:17:33] And you mentioned phone call, right.

[00:17:36] Uh, you mentioned, I'm going to reach out.

[00:17:38] And, and you said like, um, apart in a different challenge that you guys did with, with capture,

[00:17:43] um, do the unscalable.

[00:17:45] Right.

[00:17:46] Uh, and it was so exciting.

[00:17:47] And another libel moment for me was you share a story where you, as an agency, you lost,

[00:17:55] let's say like you didn't achieve the targets and you get fired.

[00:17:59] And then there was another scenario where you did achieve the targets and you also got

[00:18:02] fired.

[00:18:03] Right.

[00:18:03] In a sense of like, we did too good.

[00:18:04] And then they were like, you know, we have enough leads for like the whole year.

[00:18:07] We have to stop your services.

[00:18:08] And that to me was an eyeopening experience.

[00:18:10] Right.

[00:18:11] And then right around that time, something like that happened to us.

[00:18:14] And I was like, huh, so interesting.

[00:18:16] And our wheels started to turn right.

[00:18:18] And your presentation with Joe Paluzzi, who's also coming to the show soon was like, okay,

[00:18:22] what's the exit strategy because that's going to redefine everything that we do.

[00:18:26] And over the last two weeks, we've been like trying to figure out like what that looks like.

[00:18:30] Right.

[00:18:30] We, I don't think we've ever sat down and figured that one out, but it was super encouraging.

[00:18:34] Right.

[00:18:34] And I feel, you know, um, everybody out there listening right now, if you're building it,

[00:18:38] this happens to me often where it's like, I'm so in it, right?

[00:18:41] Like I, I cannot like detach myself and I go up and, and look at the 30, 30,000, you know,

[00:18:48] view, 30,000 foot view.

[00:18:50] Wow.

[00:18:51] Yeah.

[00:18:52] Yeah.

[00:18:53] Monday, English Monday from, wow.

[00:18:55] He's getting there.

[00:18:55] I'm pretty sure you could have started kilometers and you know, people wouldn't understand.

[00:19:00] Nobody will care.

[00:19:00] Yeah, absolutely.

[00:19:02] So, you know, I think you're bringing a lot of, uh, really cool concepts for people are

[00:19:06] building businesses and are starting to publish because publishing can also be a very big

[00:19:11] distraction, right?

[00:19:11] It's like, Oh, I didn't record this time, or I should record this and YC because the audience

[00:19:16] is not liking it doesn't matter.

[00:19:18] Like what are the relationships that we're building that we can literally pick up the

[00:19:21] phone and do that?

[00:19:22] And I feel like very, um, honored that I could do that with you, for example.

[00:19:26] Right.

[00:19:26] And we've had a couple of those conversations and that will allow you to go further and

[00:19:31] faster.

[00:19:32] I'm going to tell you, I'm going to need that Mormon training program, man.

[00:19:36] Cause every Mormon person I meet first, they're amazing, man.

[00:19:40] And like, they have such, you guys have such a good, like core of values.

[00:19:46] Um, but it's not only that, I know, you know, you guys go out on missions and you guys are

[00:19:51] putting yourself out there, knocking on doors, talking to people.

[00:19:54] And I think you guys are really learning some viable skills, right?

[00:19:57] That translate directly into the professional world.

[00:20:02] Right.

[00:20:02] So on that note, right.

[00:20:05] I'm very curious because right now the conversation has been very directed to obviously services,

[00:20:12] right?

[00:20:13] Developing relationships.

[00:20:14] I have a few questions on what you mentioned about, about Sean Whalen, but I'm going to

[00:20:19] leave those for a little bit later.

[00:20:21] I'm curious.

[00:20:21] And once you establish a relationship, right, how do you go about nurturing those relationships?

[00:20:28] And I want you to think about it from the point of view of somebody that they might not think

[00:20:33] of themselves as somebody with their reputation, right?

[00:20:36] Or the authority to build relationships with some of the people that they might see on YouTube,

[00:20:43] right?

[00:20:43] Or they might listen to on a podcast, but they want to bring them on as a guest.

[00:20:48] But then, you know, it, they might be a little bit scared, I guess, to build that relationship,

[00:20:54] to pursue that relationship.

[00:20:55] How do you go about nurturing those specifically people that, you know, might be higher up in

[00:21:01] the scale of influence, if you want to put it that way?

[00:21:04] Yeah.

[00:21:05] And, and, you know, actually this, this is a twofold question.

[00:21:07] So I'm going to, I'll, I'll explain it in two ways.

[00:21:09] The first one is that if you want to work with wealthy or successful people, right?

[00:21:14] So I'm talking, you know, A-list actors, actresses, athletes, obviously entrepreneurs,

[00:21:19] right?

[00:21:19] Like any category, they're way more accessible than you think.

[00:21:23] Number one.

[00:21:24] Okay.

[00:21:25] Okay.

[00:21:25] So I'm just going to put that out there.

[00:21:26] It's number one.

[00:21:27] It's a, it's a mindset shift to go.

[00:21:28] Okay.

[00:21:29] They're, they're human beings and they're extremely accessible.

[00:21:32] Okay.

[00:21:32] But there are only two things that you can offer to somebody who's wealthy when you're dead

[00:21:39] broke.

[00:21:39] You could literally be homeless and offer these two things to, to a successful person that's

[00:21:43] attractive to them.

[00:21:44] Okay.

[00:21:45] The first one is relationships, relationships, relationship, relationships.

[00:21:49] So you can connect them to somebody else who could either provide a service for them.

[00:21:53] That could be a potential partner for them.

[00:21:55] That could be a client for them, whatever it is.

[00:21:58] And the second thing is save them time.

[00:22:00] Okay.

[00:22:01] So you can save them time.

[00:22:02] So it makes sense.

[00:22:31] Yeah.

[00:23:01] Okay.

[00:23:03] You know, and between you guys and me, like we were doing millions of dollars, like that

[00:23:06] should have been beneath me.

[00:23:07] Yes.

[00:23:07] Would you agree with this?

[00:23:08] Yeah.

[00:23:10] Yes.

[00:23:10] Yes.

[00:23:11] Right.

[00:23:11] Like from the outside perspective, they're like, why would you do that?

[00:23:14] Yeah.

[00:23:14] Right.

[00:23:15] You shouldn't be putting time towards that.

[00:23:17] I 100% disagree.

[00:23:18] I was like, Jim has this guy's name.

[00:23:20] I was like, Jim, love you.

[00:23:22] Love to work with you.

[00:23:23] I, yeah, I'll happily help this guy set up his camera.

[00:23:25] Right.

[00:23:26] Hop on FaceTime with this guy.

[00:23:27] It's a bill letterer.

[00:23:29] Do you guys know who this is?

[00:23:30] No, no.

[00:23:31] Okay.

[00:23:31] I did case studies on this guy during my master's degree program.

[00:23:35] Okay.

[00:23:36] Multi-billionaires and multiple multi-six, multi, um, multi-million dollar exits, right?

[00:23:41] Six different companies he sold for billions of dollars.

[00:23:43] And he can't figure out how to set up his freaking camera.

[00:23:45] Okay.

[00:23:46] Wow.

[00:23:47] But craziest thing about this, help him set up his camera and we just get talking while

[00:23:51] he's doing it.

[00:23:52] And I'm going, are you like, you're like bill letter, like shutterstock bill letter.

[00:23:55] Yeah.

[00:23:55] Yeah.

[00:23:55] I'm like, Oh my gosh.

[00:23:57] So I started fangirling over this guy and, but we're setting it up and he's just talking

[00:24:01] to me and I'm like, well, what's got you excited right now?

[00:24:05] Right.

[00:24:05] And he's like, Oh, Josh, my next project, right.

[00:24:07] He's starting a university in India to help train up people to become virtual assistants.

[00:24:12] And this is a guy who's done billions of dollars, right?

[00:24:14] But it's more of like a philanthropic project for him.

[00:24:17] We ended up helping him on that project, did a ton of work for him on that project and

[00:24:20] made a ton of money off it, which is awesome.

[00:24:22] I didn't have to sell him anything.

[00:24:23] I just got excited about it.

[00:24:24] And he's like, because I'm helping him set up his camera.

[00:24:27] He's like, what do you do?

[00:24:28] And I'm like, well, let me tell you, you know, I'm in podcasting.

[00:24:33] And what people don't realize is like, if you just get excited about what they're doing,

[00:24:37] people are going to naturally ask you what you do and you don't have to pitch.

[00:24:41] You just be excited about what you're doing too.

[00:24:43] Like, dude, I launched podcasts.

[00:24:44] What about this person?

[00:24:45] He's really cool.

[00:24:46] This person is really cool.

[00:24:46] And they get all excited about it.

[00:24:48] Right.

[00:24:48] Yeah.

[00:24:48] So that guy, what he hired me for Bill, what he hired me for was a time saving activity.

[00:24:54] Okay.

[00:24:56] Um, I won't go into like the details of it, but basically we came in and saved him an

[00:25:00] immense amount of time by making two or three connections.

[00:25:03] Yeah.

[00:25:03] Okay.

[00:25:04] The next thing is the relationship side.

[00:25:06] If we're trying to provide relationships to people, it's really super simple.

[00:25:10] Um, all you have to realize is that wealthy people know wealthy people, poor people know

[00:25:15] poor people.

[00:25:16] Yes.

[00:25:16] Yeah.

[00:25:17] Kind of the way of humanity.

[00:25:19] Okay.

[00:25:19] When I launched the lucky Titan, I was like, cause I had been interviewing like local businesses

[00:25:23] and other Mormons funny enough.

[00:25:24] Um, so I was like, yeah, I'm just gonna like interview other people and people that were

[00:25:28] in my, my immediate circles.

[00:25:30] But then I had somebody challenged me.

[00:25:32] They're like, why don't you interview like more successful people?

[00:25:33] I'm like, okay, who's the wealthiest person I know.

[00:25:36] And so I went on my LinkedIn and I had probably 2000 connections at the time, scrolled

[00:25:39] through until I found a super successful one, which I was like, I think he's successful.

[00:25:43] So I would, in my mind, I was like, he's making a couple million bucks.

[00:25:45] Yeah.

[00:25:45] Right.

[00:25:46] Yeah.

[00:25:46] Um, and so I bring him on, his name is Josh Steinway, actually still one of my favorite

[00:25:50] humans to this day.

[00:25:51] Cause we share the same name too.

[00:25:52] That helps.

[00:25:53] But, but Josh goes, um, he comes on my show and he goes, Josh, that was the best show

[00:25:57] I've ever done.

[00:25:58] And this guy's been on tons of shows.

[00:25:59] And I know he was just being nice to me.

[00:26:01] I like, there's no way it was the best you'd ever done.

[00:26:03] I was using a blue Yeti.

[00:26:05] Mike had a freak in my laptop camera.

[00:26:07] It was not good.

[00:26:08] Okay.

[00:26:09] So low production volume or whatever, but like I asked him genuine questions and I was

[00:26:13] so freaking curious about what he was doing.

[00:26:15] And then he asked me, he's like, what can I do for you, man?

[00:26:17] At the end of it?

[00:26:18] And I was like, you know, I just really want to interview more people like you.

[00:26:20] He goes, Oh, do you have like a cap on like income to come on?

[00:26:24] And I was like, well, absolutely not.

[00:26:25] I have a lower.

[00:26:28] It turns out this guy has a mastermind for billionaires.

[00:26:31] You have to have a billion dollar net worth to be in the room.

[00:26:33] Wow.

[00:26:33] He got me 45 guests to come on my show over the next like 30 to 60 days who are making

[00:26:38] a billion dollars a year, right?

[00:26:40] These are huge players.

[00:26:41] And I went, I think I just cracked the coat because all I did is with each of them, I just,

[00:26:46] I said, Hey, like, uh, I'd get excited about what they're doing.

[00:26:49] See if I could help them out to whatever, to the best of my ability, but I would never directly

[00:26:54] pitch them.

[00:26:55] Right.

[00:26:55] They'd come on my show and I just be excited.

[00:26:58] What's, what's like, this is just the dream line.

[00:27:00] Just so you guys know, I share this with everybody.

[00:27:01] Ask people what they're most excited about right now.

[00:27:04] What's your next big product that you're stoked about?

[00:27:06] Because they need help with it.

[00:27:08] They're going to have gaps.

[00:27:10] They're trying to figure out that that's something that's a problem they're actively

[00:27:12] trying to solve right now.

[00:27:14] Right.

[00:27:15] Does that make sense?

[00:27:16] Absolutely.

[00:27:17] I think that, I mean, this is just one, the biggest golden boulder of the show right

[00:27:21] now.

[00:27:23] If you might, if you're asking yourself, what is a

[00:27:25] golden boulder is like a golden nugget, just way bigger, way more powerful.

[00:27:32] I was asking myself that, but I kind of made the contextual clues.

[00:27:35] Like, okay, that's actually pretty witty, Luis.

[00:27:38] I'm like, this has got to be a Spanish phrase.

[00:27:40] Yeah.

[00:27:40] We've been debating on sending helmets to our guests, you know, it's like, I like a package

[00:27:45] and I was like, dude, thanks for the golden boulders.

[00:27:47] Take care of yourself out there.

[00:27:49] Yeah.

[00:27:50] Protect your head.

[00:27:51] Yeah.

[00:27:52] Yeah.

[00:27:52] I love that.

[00:27:53] That was amazing, man.

[00:27:54] I love the excitement part.

[00:27:57] Actually this morning, funnily enough, I was driving to the studio and I had a tour, you

[00:28:02] know, I was having a conversation on somebody that's interesting on the services and, you

[00:28:08] know, I was going on my head over, how can I sell them on stuff like this?

[00:28:11] And in my mind, I got to the conclusion that it's like, everything is an energy exchange.

[00:28:15] And then I related that to content.

[00:28:17] Like content is an energy exchange.

[00:28:19] The people that I see on content in front of the camera that are, you know, I can tell

[00:28:23] that they have some sort of blockage or, you know, friction or they don't really want

[00:28:27] to be in there.

[00:28:28] I don't consume their content.

[00:28:29] I'm not attracted to it.

[00:28:30] I'll scroll by it.

[00:28:31] But the people that have good energy, right?

[00:28:33] That you can feel it through the screen.

[00:28:36] I'm attracted to that.

[00:28:37] And it's the same with the people that are selling me products, right?

[00:28:40] Those are the people that I will potentially trust the most or at least leaning at first,

[00:28:45] and pay attention to them.

[00:28:47] So I was like, all right, you know, I just gotta, I just gotta put the good energy.

[00:28:51] It's all about that energy exchange.

[00:28:52] So I love the fact that you talked about it.

[00:28:55] Get excited about what they do, obviously in a genuine way.

[00:29:00] And when they ask about you, you gotta be excited about your own stuff as well.

[00:29:05] Right.

[00:29:05] It's interesting.

[00:29:06] My mind immediately goes to, oh, sorry, you wanted to say something?

[00:29:09] All right.

[00:29:10] I'll throw a point in, but if you're on a roll, do your thing.

[00:29:13] No, I was just gonna ask you, can I like a follow-up question in there?

[00:29:16] And this comes from a very personal, you know, feeling.

[00:29:20] I've had a very challenging time to transition the conversation from you are my friend,

[00:29:27] you're my homie right now, to money.

[00:29:31] To a sale.

[00:29:32] Okay.

[00:29:32] Dude, I love this question because I've cracked the code on this.

[00:29:36] Let's go.

[00:29:38] So I am actually an introvert, contrary to a popular opinion, right?

[00:29:42] Like you guys probably even see this, right?

[00:29:44] We went to dinner together.

[00:29:45] I know pretty much everybody there, but I'm, I'm going to go sit in the corner.

[00:29:49] That's just what I do.

[00:29:50] I'm not the guy who's going to run up and like, talk to you, like get all up in your

[00:29:53] face.

[00:29:53] It's not who I am.

[00:29:54] I am very energetic on camera for some reason.

[00:29:57] God, no, maybe hyperactive is the better term there.

[00:29:59] I don't know.

[00:30:00] But, but like being an introvert, that's the hardest part, right?

[00:30:05] Is you're like, man, how the freak do I transfer transition to the sale without making them

[00:30:09] feel uncomfortable?

[00:30:10] Okay.

[00:30:11] The thing is you never need to sell.

[00:30:13] Okay.

[00:30:14] People will ask you for what you want.

[00:30:16] If you present an exciting enough solution, that's really what it is.

[00:30:20] So there, there is a transition statement that I love.

[00:30:22] Okay.

[00:30:22] And I'm actually going to recommend a book here.

[00:30:24] I'm not paid to do this.

[00:30:25] I really need to get an affiliate link for it.

[00:30:26] It's called lift your impact.

[00:30:28] It's backwards on the screen.

[00:30:29] Um, by Richard Newman.

[00:30:31] Okay.

[00:30:31] This guy came on my show about eight months ago and he like explained this 10 times better

[00:30:35] than I did.

[00:30:36] So I've just totally stolen his method and he knows it.

[00:30:38] So, um, but when you, when you're having a conversation with somebody, let's say you're

[00:30:43] talking with somebody who's super successful, right?

[00:30:45] Yeah.

[00:30:45] And you're going, there's no way in heck I could serve this person, right?

[00:30:49] Quit trying to shove your solution down people's throat, present it as a solution to a problem.

[00:30:55] Okay.

[00:30:55] So what you do is number one, talk to them, ask them what they're excited about.

[00:30:59] Okay.

[00:30:59] They might be like, Oh yeah, I'm excited about where we're launching the school, you know,

[00:31:02] over, like it's a philanthropic project.

[00:31:04] Oh, I'm doing, um, I'm watching a podcast.

[00:31:06] I'm writing a book.

[00:31:07] I'm, um, I don't know.

[00:31:09] Cause I'm talking business to business.

[00:31:10] Most people, I think listening to your show are probably B2B.

[00:31:12] Yeah.

[00:31:12] Um, if you're talking to entrepreneurs, like that, we've always got the next thing we're

[00:31:17] excited about.

[00:31:17] I mean, I know you guys say we're, we're launching our studios, right?

[00:31:20] So I can hear this in your voice.

[00:31:23] If I want to transition the conversation and this is the most amazing, the most amazing

[00:31:28] thing.

[00:31:28] Cause you're already probably good at this.

[00:31:31] Show them a bigger picture always.

[00:31:33] Okay.

[00:31:34] So I, I never leave a conversation without feeling like I have helped them elevate their

[00:31:39] vision, get bigger thinking.

[00:31:40] Okay.

[00:31:41] And you can do this even with people who are billionaires.

[00:31:45] I'll give the example of a book because it's super relatable probably to your audience.

[00:31:48] So you're writing a book, right?

[00:31:50] You're probably scared.

[00:31:51] It's not going to sell.

[00:31:52] Truthfully.

[00:31:53] I, I've worked with people who are billionaires who are concerned.

[00:31:55] It's not going to sell.

[00:31:56] And funny enough, half the time it doesn't, but like their book isn't going to sell.

[00:31:59] So I'm like, Oh, you know, like, well, what if you could just sell like 5,000 copies

[00:32:03] to one group?

[00:32:04] And they're like, yeah, you can do that.

[00:32:06] Right.

[00:32:06] I just propose an idea.

[00:32:07] I don't do that.

[00:32:08] That's not what I do for a living.

[00:32:09] But I'm like, yeah, I mean, I have a buddy who does that.

[00:32:12] Why don't I connect you to him?

[00:32:13] And they're going to go, Oh wow.

[00:32:15] Like he's actually genuinely trying to help me solve this problem.

[00:32:17] Okay.

[00:32:19] So if you aren't a fit, don't try to force your way into a sales conversation, connect them

[00:32:24] to somebody else.

[00:32:25] Yeah.

[00:32:26] Okay.

[00:32:26] That's the first part of this, right?

[00:32:27] So be the one who knows the best solution and help them think bigger on the thing they're

[00:32:32] excited about.

[00:32:33] Right.

[00:32:33] Cause they're already stewing on it.

[00:32:34] Oh man, we're launching these new studios in person.

[00:32:36] I'm like, Oh, awesome.

[00:32:37] What if we had one of those in every state, like a year from now?

[00:32:39] Right.

[00:32:41] Like, well, how would you do that?

[00:32:42] Oh, well, you really only need volume.

[00:32:44] Right.

[00:32:44] You just need more podcasters.

[00:32:45] We have a whole list of podcasters.

[00:32:47] Right.

[00:32:47] Yeah.

[00:32:47] Yeah.

[00:32:47] You get the point.

[00:32:48] Yeah.

[00:32:48] I'm just using you guys as the example here.

[00:32:50] Cause your audience probably knows what you're doing.

[00:32:52] But point being is, is you're addressing what they're excited about.

[00:32:56] You're showing them a bigger picture.

[00:32:58] Like, Oh wow.

[00:32:59] What about this?

[00:33:00] They're immediately going to think you're the coolest and smartest person in the room.

[00:33:03] It's crazy because you're just excited about their next step.

[00:33:06] Okay.

[00:33:07] Okay.

[00:33:07] But this is where the transition comes in.

[00:33:09] Okay.

[00:33:09] If they are not a fit, you connect them with a service provider who is.

[00:33:13] Okay.

[00:33:14] What a lot of people don't know about me is I generate more than half of my income every

[00:33:17] year off of referral commissions to other people.

[00:33:20] Wow.

[00:33:20] Okay.

[00:33:21] Because I'm constantly looking for, because what you'll see is as you do this, the deals

[00:33:25] get bigger and bigger and bigger.

[00:33:26] Cause you might be like, Oh, well, this marketing agency is pretty good at what they do.

[00:33:30] But then like the school with Bill letter we were talking about, right?

[00:33:33] I actually, weirdly enough, know one of the most connected entrepreneur people over in

[00:33:37] India.

[00:33:37] Like he's like one of the biggest entrepreneur coaches over there.

[00:33:39] And I was like, well, why don't I just get you two in touch?

[00:33:42] It was cool.

[00:33:43] As I put them in touch, it was a multi, multimillion dollar deal.

[00:33:45] And they both kicked me a hundred thousand dollar check as a thank you.

[00:33:48] Okay.

[00:33:49] Wow.

[00:33:49] That makes sense.

[00:33:50] Yeah.

[00:33:50] Yeah.

[00:33:50] So it's like, I, I just made the introduction.

[00:33:54] I didn't have to facilitate anything.

[00:33:55] Right.

[00:33:55] So there's a lot of money in just doing that.

[00:33:57] Okay.

[00:33:58] But then the transition, and I know this is kind of a long winded answer, so I apologize.

[00:34:02] But, um, but what I'll tell you is that the transition then is if you are a good fit,

[00:34:08] here's the statement.

[00:34:09] Okay.

[00:34:10] Did you know that's what I do for a living?

[00:34:14] They tell you their problem and they're not even their problem.

[00:34:17] They tell you what they're excited about.

[00:34:18] You go, Oh, this is awesome.

[00:34:19] I'm like, Hey, I'm like, Oh, and okay.

[00:34:22] I know this might be coming out of the blue, but I actually do that for a living.

[00:34:25] And they go, Oh, okay.

[00:34:26] Tell me about what you do.

[00:34:28] That's the transition statement.

[00:34:29] It's not uncomfortable.

[00:34:31] They'll go, Oh, and you can feel the energy.

[00:34:32] If it feels icky or whatever, just take note of that and go, okay, I didn't build their vision

[00:34:37] enough.

[00:34:37] Yeah.

[00:34:38] That's literally all there is to it, but you'll get good enough at this that after doing it

[00:34:41] about 10, 15 times, every single conversation you have, they're going to go, okay, that's

[00:34:46] interesting.

[00:34:47] That's super interesting.

[00:34:48] Right.

[00:34:49] Yeah.

[00:34:50] It's, it's okay to just state your intentions and tell people like, this is what I do.

[00:34:53] Right.

[00:34:54] Dude.

[00:34:54] Fonzie.

[00:34:55] Great question from homie to money.

[00:34:57] Josh.

[00:34:59] Even better answer.

[00:35:02] I love that.

[00:35:03] Yes.

[00:35:03] That's the headline.

[00:35:05] We're not to bring you for part two for sure.

[00:35:07] Dude.

[00:35:07] Yes.

[00:35:08] Incredible.

[00:35:08] Great for men.

[00:35:09] Like my, my iPad is like fuming with notes here and obviously we're going to leave the

[00:35:14] summary and everything right below.

[00:35:16] Is there anything that you want to add before we head out?

[00:35:19] I think the biggest thing right now is that I'm, I'm trying to get across to the world is

[00:35:24] like, just be somebody who actually like builds other people up and builds their vision.

[00:35:28] Right?

[00:35:29] Like if you want to become successful, get excited about what other people are doing.

[00:35:33] Quit trying to hawk your stuff on people.

[00:35:36] Have you ever seen a, I think it's a lot of people.

[00:35:37] Aladdin, there might be Hercules where he like opens up his coats on your Disney fan.

[00:35:41] Yes.

[00:35:41] And he's like, want to buy a sundial.

[00:35:43] Right.

[00:35:43] Like I can't tell you how often I get, like when I get pitched by people, that's how I

[00:35:48] feel 90% of the time.

[00:35:49] It's because they didn't take enough time to get to know me and to actually care about

[00:35:54] what I was doing.

[00:35:55] And if you'll actually be that person to get excited about what other people are doing,

[00:35:59] it just creates an ecosystem of excitement and you're both going to become more successful.

[00:36:04] It's coming back to like my spiritual roots is like, it's actually a spiritual principle

[00:36:10] that like when you give more, you receive more.

[00:36:14] Yes.

[00:36:14] Yeah.

[00:36:15] And so people are always wondering, well, what do I give?

[00:36:16] It's like seed excitement, seed hope, seed faith, whatever it is that you promote.

[00:36:22] If you'll seed that out there, I mean, you'll, you'll get phone calls all the time.

[00:36:26] I had one guy came on my show five years before there was no way I could have helped

[00:36:30] him.

[00:36:30] Couldn't have helped him at all.

[00:36:31] Calls me up last year and he's like, dude, just did a $2 billion exit.

[00:36:35] I need help.

[00:36:36] And I was like, sweet, paid me 50 grand to spend one day with him at his house.

[00:36:40] Okay.

[00:36:40] And it's beautiful house at data point, California.

[00:36:42] I did nothing to attract that guy.

[00:36:45] He just was like, I know you're the guy for this.

[00:36:47] He's like, you're the one guy I know who like builds vision, like builds people's vision.

[00:36:50] And I'm like, that is interesting.

[00:36:52] And when you realize that's a skillset, it's, it's a trainable skillset and it's something

[00:36:56] you can do even if you're homeless, truthfully.

[00:36:59] So, so good, Josh.

[00:37:00] Uh, no, we have one last minute.

[00:37:02] How can people connect with you?

[00:37:04] Where, uh, where can they, uh, you know, find you and your community?

[00:37:07] Yeah.

[00:37:07] So pantheon.fm is our website.

[00:37:09] I asked that people head over there.

[00:37:11] So pantheon, and I'm not going to go too far down this rabbit hole, but this is really

[00:37:15] what we're doing over there is we're actually gathering people from all over the world,

[00:37:19] entrepreneurs in primary.

[00:37:20] Yeah.

[00:37:20] In, in principle.

[00:37:21] Is that the word?

[00:37:22] Anyways, we're gathering entrepreneurs.

[00:37:24] And our goal with that is to basically bring you guys together to do more business with

[00:37:27] each other.

[00:37:28] Um, it's a very cheap, low cost community, but you can also access everything that we

[00:37:32] have over there.

[00:37:33] We're doing something kind of cool.

[00:37:34] So this is my, my, my shout out to, to those of you who are, um, connectors is we are, um,

[00:37:40] we've built this with a buy one, give one program.

[00:37:42] So when somebody buys a seat, we actually give one away.

[00:37:45] Um, and you can choose who that person is, or we work with youth groups.

[00:37:49] We, who are, want to be entrepreneurial.

[00:37:50] We work in Africa, India, Brazil, a bunch of these countries where they have people who

[00:37:55] maybe can't afford a service like ours or coaching like ours.

[00:37:58] And then we're literally bringing in some of the highest paid speakers in business to come

[00:38:01] in and train, um, train people.

[00:38:03] So I'm like super excited about it.

[00:38:05] Um, yeah.

[00:38:07] So Pantheon.fm Pantheon is P A N T H E O N dot F M.

[00:38:11] It's not.com.

[00:38:13] Yeah.

[00:38:13] All you gotta do is scroll down with your big thumb or small thumb, whatever thumb you

[00:38:17] have.

[00:38:19] Guys, we're super excited.

[00:38:21] We talked a lot about this last phone call that we had, and hopefully also we'll be,

[00:38:24] you know, we'll be a part of it and sharing the content frameworks and different things.

[00:38:28] But Josh, it has been an absolute pleasure today, brother.

[00:38:31] Uh, thank you.

[00:38:32] What a cool conversation.

[00:38:33] Fancy, anything else?

[00:38:34] Thank you.

[00:38:34] Thank you.

[00:38:35] Appreciate it.

[00:38:36] You are absolutely amazing, man.

[00:38:37] And can't wait for part two.

[00:38:38] Sweet.

[00:38:38] With that said, guys.

[00:38:40] We'll see you later, guys.

[00:38:41] Thanks.

[00:38:41] See you, Josh.

[00:38:42] See you guys later.

[00:38:43] Welcome all.

[00:38:44] Thanks for listening to Content's Profit.
