[00:00:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Your amazing monetization framework.
[00:00:03] [SPEAKER_00]: Consistency, it is art.
[00:00:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Authority, relevancy and trust.
[00:00:07] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like that one is missing something, right?
[00:00:09] [SPEAKER_00]: So consistency is still art.
[00:00:11] [SPEAKER_00]: ARRT!
[00:00:12] [SPEAKER_00]: But now it's ARRT, right?
[00:00:14] [SPEAKER_00]: What does this stand for?
[00:00:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Authority, of course, relevancy, resonance and trust.
[00:00:19] [SPEAKER_01]: We just forget that these stories is the glue, you know,
[00:00:21] [SPEAKER_01]: that makes, you know, the audience connect with you or with your company.
[00:00:25] [SPEAKER_00]: That person that knows how to communicate the problem best
[00:00:28] [SPEAKER_00]: is the person that is going to win.
[00:00:35] [SPEAKER_01]: What's up, everybody?
[00:00:35] [SPEAKER_01]: Welcome back to Content Is Profit.
[00:00:37] [SPEAKER_01]: We are here today, solo episodes, some of my favorites.
[00:00:41] [SPEAKER_01]: Some of my favorites.
[00:00:42] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, if you can tell my face, we haven't slept in like three days
[00:00:45] [SPEAKER_01]: because we travel in tomorrow.
[00:00:48] [SPEAKER_00]: So short week, baby.
[00:00:49] [SPEAKER_00]: I enjoy solo episodes, but at the same time, I dislike solo episodes.
[00:00:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Which one do you want me to start with?
[00:00:56] [SPEAKER_00]: I know why you don't like it
[00:00:57] [SPEAKER_00]: because you don't know what we're talking about.
[00:00:59] [SPEAKER_00]: No, no, that's not the reason why.
[00:01:01] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't like them just because strategically business model wise
[00:01:07] [SPEAKER_00]: is not kind of like doesn't serve us too much.
[00:01:11] [SPEAKER_00]: But I love them because I love expressing our thoughts.
[00:01:15] [SPEAKER_00]: And I love some brotherly time as well, you know?
[00:01:18] [SPEAKER_01]: Also, if you're listening and you love the solo episodes,
[00:01:20] [SPEAKER_01]: please tell Fonzie and reinforce the idea that you like our content
[00:01:23] [SPEAKER_01]: and you're learning so much from this, which again, I enjoy the output process.
[00:01:28] [SPEAKER_01]: I get so much love from, you know, about our solo episodes that I'm just excited.
[00:01:34] [SPEAKER_01]: But today, guys, today we have two things.
[00:01:36] [SPEAKER_01]: One is Fonzie's download.
[00:01:38] [SPEAKER_01]: He was like, I was driving to a studio and he sent me this great text.
[00:01:42] [SPEAKER_00]: And sometimes, you know, some of the answer, he didn't react to it.
[00:01:45] [SPEAKER_01]: Not even a single heart on the text thread.
[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_01]: It's like legit.
[00:01:49] [SPEAKER_01]: But I did mention it on a sales conversation yesterday
[00:01:52] [SPEAKER_01]: and the guy was so impressed.
[00:01:54] [SPEAKER_01]: You didn't? Yeah, of course.
[00:01:55] [SPEAKER_00]: And no one or the old one?
[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_01]: The old one. But I was like, stay tuned because we're going to talk about the new one.
[00:02:01] [SPEAKER_01]: And it has improved.
[00:02:03] [SPEAKER_01]: It has improved.
[00:02:04] [SPEAKER_01]: And they guys like, what?
[00:02:05] [SPEAKER_01]: You guys come up with that kind of stuff.
[00:02:07] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm like, yeah, that's what happens when you create consistently
[00:02:09] [SPEAKER_01]: and you interact with your market and you solve problems.
[00:02:12] [SPEAKER_01]: So you start creating these frameworks that are awesome.
[00:02:14] [SPEAKER_01]: So anyways, Fonzie's new download is going to be here.
[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_01]: And I also had an experience this morning
[00:02:18] [SPEAKER_01]: and I was showing Fonzie something in my computer and he's like, look at you.
[00:02:22] [SPEAKER_01]: Look at you improving your skill.
[00:02:25] [SPEAKER_01]: And now you know to do this key thing if you want to run a content production team.
[00:02:30] [SPEAKER_01]: I mean, you can know now whether we haven't talked about the thing just yet.
[00:02:35] [SPEAKER_01]: OK, yes. Wow. Fonzie.
[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_01]: OK, well, we'll start with my thing because it's shorter.
[00:02:38] [SPEAKER_01]: And then we'll go to your download, who's the money making download.
[00:02:42] [SPEAKER_01]: And I think a lot of people are going to, you know, take advantage of that.
[00:02:45] [SPEAKER_01]: But anyways, this morning, you know, story time.
[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_01]: It's last Friday we had this incredible, you know, person coming to the studio
[00:02:53] [SPEAKER_01]: and massive influencer in the trading world, right?
[00:02:58] [SPEAKER_01]: Two hundred thousand subscribers on YouTube, three hundred thousand,
[00:03:01] [SPEAKER_01]: almost four hundred thousand people on Instagram.
[00:03:03] [SPEAKER_01]: And they just happen that they come to Jacksonville often.
[00:03:07] [SPEAKER_01]: And we host them here for a surprise podcast interview.
[00:03:11] [SPEAKER_01]: Turns out the camera that travels from my house to the studio
[00:03:15] [SPEAKER_01]: somehow and I blame Fonzie and apologize for assuming that it was you.
[00:03:19] [SPEAKER_01]: It hurt me.
[00:03:20] [SPEAKER_01]: It hurt me.
[00:03:21] [SPEAKER_01]: And I told him.
[00:03:23] [SPEAKER_01]: And I'm like, it's probably happening in the back.
[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_01]: But I don't know. But he switched to slow motion.
[00:03:27] [SPEAKER_01]: So we have some epic slow motion shots of the host of the podcast,
[00:03:33] [SPEAKER_01]: which is the influencer just talking for like an hour in slow motion.
[00:03:37] [SPEAKER_01]: We caught it kind of halfway through the interview.
[00:03:39] [SPEAKER_01]: So anyways, I was problem solving and I was, you know, using my creative skill.
[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_01]: And I'm not the greatest editor, you know, in
[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_01]: in the in Adobe and you know, I love descriptive by the way.
[00:03:52] [SPEAKER_01]: But I'm not the most like technical, right?
[00:03:54] [SPEAKER_01]: But I accepted this as a challenge and we promised him that we're going to get
[00:03:58] [SPEAKER_01]: them a workable rough cut because this is part of a big campaign that they're
[00:04:01] [SPEAKER_01]: launching and I was going through it and once he's looking at my time
[00:04:04] [SPEAKER_01]: and I'm like, dude, I solved this.
[00:04:05] [SPEAKER_01]: And no, I think I know how we can do this.
[00:04:07] [SPEAKER_01]: And I was like sinking all the files and all these things
[00:04:09] [SPEAKER_01]: and Fonzie got some epic B roll as well.
[00:04:12] [SPEAKER_01]: So I think it's going to come out good.
[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_01]: But what was the thing that you said to me?
[00:04:16] [SPEAKER_01]: After after you saw me working the magic and be like, huh?
[00:04:20] [SPEAKER_00]: And what was your reflection?
[00:04:22] [SPEAKER_00]: I didn't. The first thing I told you was like, wow,
[00:04:25] [SPEAKER_00]: you're getting good at premier. Congrats.
[00:04:28] [SPEAKER_00]: And then second, I said, now you will know when a video editor is
[00:04:33] [SPEAKER_00]: the S in you if they cannot do something because you know how to do
[00:04:37] [SPEAKER_00]: the thing or at least you know what the capabilities of the the software are.
[00:04:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. And then to what extent they can be used or not.
[00:04:45] [SPEAKER_01]: Absolutely. And here's my point, right?
[00:04:47] [SPEAKER_01]: And even though we worked with content for, I don't know, seven years now, right?
[00:04:51] [SPEAKER_01]: You know, me personally, I don't have the skills on that software.
[00:04:55] [SPEAKER_01]: I've been developing them more because of the studio
[00:04:58] [SPEAKER_01]: and because we've had to fill in or, you know, maybe coach some people
[00:05:01] [SPEAKER_01]: when they come in and work with us or maybe some people that come to
[00:05:04] [SPEAKER_01]: the studio when I learn about the software.
[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_01]: But it's totally doable where you can, you know, run an agency or run a team
[00:05:10] [SPEAKER_01]: not knowing that thing. But the fact that knowing the thing, it will help you big time.
[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_01]: So there's been instances with, you know, our team or agencies that we've worked
[00:05:18] [SPEAKER_01]: with in the past or, you know, people in general, all their teams as well,
[00:05:22] [SPEAKER_01]: where they'll say, Hey, this cannot be done in this time frame.
[00:05:26] [SPEAKER_01]: And then we're like, yes, it can because personally I've done it.
[00:05:30] [SPEAKER_01]: And if I don't have it with my level skill for your level skill is 10,
[00:05:34] [SPEAKER_01]: supposedly, you can definitely do that faster or problem.
[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_01]: So I'll figure it out.
[00:05:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Right. And I think that's one of the conversations that a lot of people
[00:05:42] [SPEAKER_01]: sometimes might be super scared or intimidated to go or hire a team
[00:05:46] [SPEAKER_01]: or hire a video editor is part of that, right?
[00:05:48] [SPEAKER_01]: Because we don't really know what they're doing on the other end.
[00:05:51] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. I mean, doubles down to the main question, which is
[00:05:55] [SPEAKER_00]: do you need to know the thing slash skill
[00:05:59] [SPEAKER_00]: to be able to run a business like that?
[00:06:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Right. I didn't admit that the answer is no.
[00:06:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Right. Which leads to more problems slash questions, which is well,
[00:06:10] [SPEAKER_00]: then if somebody in my team is doing a task, how do I know whether they're
[00:06:14] [SPEAKER_00]: doing it good or not? And then it comes down to hiring, right?
[00:06:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Like making sure you're hiring properly and setting up your team,
[00:06:21] [SPEAKER_00]: you know, for success and all that stuff.
[00:06:24] [SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, there's not a side one size fits all solution.
[00:06:29] [SPEAKER_00]: But I do think personally for what we do, the size team that we have,
[00:06:34] [SPEAKER_00]: it is a valuable understanding of the skill, right?
[00:06:37] [SPEAKER_00]: Because at the end of the day, like you said, right, like you might not be a seven
[00:06:41] [SPEAKER_00]: eight, but you have now an understanding of how these things work.
[00:06:45] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. That you can call out or be like, hey, like maybe we can
[00:06:49] [SPEAKER_00]: find a workaround around this solution so we can deliver X, Y and Z.
[00:06:52] [SPEAKER_01]: I see all sides of the argument and I've been listening a lot to Layla
[00:06:57] [SPEAKER_01]: Hormazi's podcast because they're like heavy on operations, right?
[00:07:00] [SPEAKER_01]: And it obviously comes down to, you know, finding your A team and do this
[00:07:03] [SPEAKER_01]: but let me tell you, when you're in the weeds, maybe your A team is not
[00:07:06] [SPEAKER_01]: available right off the bat.
[00:07:08] [SPEAKER_01]: So you have to figure something out, right?
[00:07:10] [SPEAKER_01]: And I feel like a lot of people that are starting or creating content
[00:07:15] [SPEAKER_01]: or they might be a company and they want to hire a team, right?
[00:07:17] [SPEAKER_01]: There's all these things, right?
[00:07:18] [SPEAKER_01]: And and I think this can be valuable too.
[00:07:21] [SPEAKER_01]: If you have a base knowledge of that tool or skill, especially today with AI,
[00:07:27] [SPEAKER_01]: there's so many things that we can, you know, layer on top of this
[00:07:31] [SPEAKER_01]: or like how does it actually work?
[00:07:33] [SPEAKER_01]: Is this person actually bullshitting me or like, do we actually have something
[00:07:36] [SPEAKER_01]: that's real and there's so many layers to this?
[00:07:38] [SPEAKER_01]: But I want to encourage everybody to at least start tinkering with
[00:07:41] [SPEAKER_01]: like the tools that you're using or maybe the, you know, maybe have a base
[00:07:44] [SPEAKER_01]: skill to where like, I know that if I want to do a clip, for example,
[00:07:49] [SPEAKER_01]: that that might take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours, right?
[00:07:53] [SPEAKER_01]: And it's like, and maybe question the person that you might be trying
[00:07:56] [SPEAKER_01]: out for the job. Why is this taking so long, for example?
[00:07:58] [SPEAKER_01]: Or like, and again, it depends on like how you run the thing.
[00:08:01] [SPEAKER_01]: But we've encountered in many years of doing this that sometimes,
[00:08:06] [SPEAKER_01]: you know, work can be sloppy or sometimes, you know, maybe teams don't
[00:08:09] [SPEAKER_01]: deliver on what they say they're going to deliver at the time
[00:08:12] [SPEAKER_01]: that they're going to deliver, right? When it's totally doable.
[00:08:14] [SPEAKER_01]: So it's not to point fingers at anybody, right?
[00:08:17] [SPEAKER_01]: It is just to it is to point fingers.
[00:08:20] [SPEAKER_01]: You!
[00:08:22] [SPEAKER_01]: You're a monkey!
[00:08:23] [SPEAKER_01]: You suck!
[00:08:25] [SPEAKER_01]: I learned from you as I could call you out.
[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_01]: Now I know how to move frames one at a time.
[00:08:32] [SPEAKER_01]: But anyways, I lost my train of thought.
[00:08:35] [SPEAKER_01]: Fawzi, dang it!
[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_01]: Well, I get the...
[00:08:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Wait, wait, wait. It's again, it's not to call anybody out
[00:08:41] [SPEAKER_01]: that might be trying the thing.
[00:08:42] [SPEAKER_01]: It's just to maybe install a little bit of curiosity in your head.
[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_01]: It's like, OK, how can we find a solution to move the thing
[00:08:49] [SPEAKER_01]: forward at the time frames that we want to move it forward?
[00:08:52] [SPEAKER_01]: That's all. Yeah.
[00:08:53] [SPEAKER_00]: I'll say there's always room for improvement, you know,
[00:08:55] [SPEAKER_00]: new skills that you can learn.
[00:08:57] [SPEAKER_00]: And I get the next skill that you can learn.
[00:09:00] [SPEAKER_00]: No, I'm done.
[00:09:01] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't want more skills.
[00:09:03] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm kept out to which one.
[00:09:04] [SPEAKER_00]: I was going to say lighting.
[00:09:06] [SPEAKER_00]: We we we got to teach you lighting, bro.
[00:09:09] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm watching you talk right now and your face is half blue
[00:09:11] [SPEAKER_00]: and I'm like, do we look great on there?
[00:09:13] [SPEAKER_00]: We got we got it.
[00:09:14] [SPEAKER_01]: I got it. It's because it's a new LEDs that we have.
[00:09:18] [SPEAKER_01]: Just saying they're amazing.
[00:09:19] [SPEAKER_01]: But they're pretty powerful.
[00:09:20] [SPEAKER_01]: I know you look great, bro.
[00:09:22] [SPEAKER_01]: I personally like that color on you, bro.
[00:09:25] [SPEAKER_01]: You look great as a swarsh.
[00:09:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Or new song opening song is going to be the I'm blue.
[00:09:33] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm blue.
[00:09:33] [SPEAKER_00]: All right, I was going to have a lot of fun with this episode.
[00:09:37] [SPEAKER_00]: All right, what is the next thing we're talking about?
[00:09:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Your amazing monetization framework.
[00:09:43] [SPEAKER_00]: Well, it's not a monetization framework per se.
[00:09:46] [SPEAKER_00]: It will help you.
[00:09:48] [SPEAKER_00]: It's a principle.
[00:09:48] [SPEAKER_00]: It's a principle that will lead to
[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_00]: higher probabilities of monetizing.
[00:09:55] [SPEAKER_01]: No, lean in forward.
[00:09:58] [SPEAKER_01]: Wait, what? I'm being honest.
[00:10:00] [SPEAKER_01]: What do we learn with Josh?
[00:10:01] [SPEAKER_01]: What do we sell?
[00:10:02] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, we sell money. That's right.
[00:10:04] [SPEAKER_01]: We do sell money.
[00:10:05] [SPEAKER_01]: So content is profit.
[00:10:06] [SPEAKER_01]: OK, so the glasses.
[00:10:08] [SPEAKER_01]: So yes, this is a monetization framework at some point.
[00:10:12] [SPEAKER_01]: Right. It is part of a system.
[00:10:14] [SPEAKER_01]: It is part of it.
[00:10:15] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, that will generate revenue for you.
[00:10:17] [SPEAKER_01]: Yes, 100 percent.
[00:10:18] [SPEAKER_01]: Perfect. OK.
[00:10:19] [SPEAKER_01]: Now that we know that we're walking in the frame.
[00:10:21] [SPEAKER_01]: The lens, what we're looking this on.
[00:10:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, confidence, Fancy.
[00:10:25] [SPEAKER_00]: But I'm confident.
[00:10:25] [SPEAKER_00]: We got this. I'm so confident.
[00:10:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Yes, you gotta see me in the soccer field.
[00:10:30] [SPEAKER_00]: All right, back to this.
[00:10:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Back when we started content is profit.
[00:10:34] [SPEAKER_00]: When we were in the previous office,
[00:10:36] [SPEAKER_00]: the little five by five little box, hot box, you know, where we were.
[00:10:40] [SPEAKER_00]: We? Yeah, we're being tortured.
[00:10:42] [SPEAKER_01]: You're working at coffee shops all the time.
[00:10:44] [SPEAKER_00]: So I remember that actually.
[00:10:45] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. Back in that time,
[00:10:48] [SPEAKER_00]: I was having a lot of inputs, right?
[00:10:50] [SPEAKER_00]: Which fun fact, I was just listening to a podcast
[00:10:54] [SPEAKER_00]: and Tim Ferriss wasn't there and he was commenting the importance
[00:10:57] [SPEAKER_00]: of having a lot of inputs,
[00:10:59] [SPEAKER_00]: not inputs of you scrolling on Instagram.
[00:11:03] [SPEAKER_00]: Quality information, but quality inputs.
[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_00]: And actually, he was talking about not having so many outputs, right?
[00:11:10] [SPEAKER_00]: But that amount of input would improve
[00:11:14] [SPEAKER_00]: the quality of your output.
[00:11:16] [SPEAKER_00]: And I remember that back then when we were in that little office,
[00:11:19] [SPEAKER_00]: I was consuming a lot.
[00:11:20] [SPEAKER_00]: I was reading a lot about, you know, habits.
[00:11:23] [SPEAKER_00]: That's actually when I started creating the minimal viable content framework,
[00:11:27] [SPEAKER_00]: right? And one of the concepts that showed up
[00:11:31] [SPEAKER_00]: was that consistency is art.
[00:11:34] [SPEAKER_00]: One of those downloads that I had in one of those moments.
[00:11:38] [SPEAKER_00]: And I was like, consistency, it is art, right?
[00:11:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Like it is an art to stay consistent.
[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_00]: But art is actually an acronym
[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_00]: to authority, relevancy and trust.
[00:11:50] [SPEAKER_00]: That was the first time that we did it.
[00:11:51] [SPEAKER_00]: I was like, man, like that is so true.
[00:11:53] [SPEAKER_00]: So every time we go public speaking, that is one of the things we share,
[00:11:57] [SPEAKER_00]: which is like, hey, guys, consistency is art.
[00:12:00] [SPEAKER_00]: And people are like, all right, it's art. It's art.
[00:12:02] [SPEAKER_00]: But the actual meaning of this art is that it builds
[00:12:05] [SPEAKER_00]: authority, relevancy and trust.
[00:12:07] [SPEAKER_00]: And everybody's like, wow, yes, 100 percent.
[00:12:10] [SPEAKER_00]: And, you know, imagine figures like Alex or Mosey.
[00:12:14] [SPEAKER_00]: He's consistent, right?
[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_00]: He has authority, his relevancy and people trust him.
[00:12:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Right? Imagine that I would say the epitome of consistency
[00:12:24] [SPEAKER_00]: is Gary Vaynerchuk at first, right?
[00:12:26] [SPEAKER_00]: And he talks a lot all the time about just being consistent, consistent,
[00:12:30] [SPEAKER_00]: you know, publishing all the time he has authority,
[00:12:33] [SPEAKER_00]: he has relevancy, he was trust.
[00:12:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Like you can see these elements on pretty much
[00:12:40] [SPEAKER_00]: every public figure that you might follow,
[00:12:42] [SPEAKER_00]: that they publish content consistently.
[00:12:45] [SPEAKER_00]: So that kind of became like a principle.
[00:12:47] [SPEAKER_00]: It's like, all right, if we want to develop these things,
[00:12:49] [SPEAKER_00]: which they will increase the probability of monetizing
[00:12:55] [SPEAKER_00]: or company or product or content, right?
[00:12:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Turning our content into profit.
[00:13:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Then we need to lean into this stuff.
[00:13:02] [SPEAKER_00]: Now, the other day I was showering and, you know, of course,
[00:13:06] [SPEAKER_00]: this is super cliche, but when you're showering,
[00:13:09] [SPEAKER_00]: it's where you get here with your best ideas.
[00:13:11] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
[00:13:11] [SPEAKER_00]: But earlier that day, I had to wake up pretty early.
[00:13:15] [SPEAKER_00]: 3 a.m. on Tuesdays, I'm going to the donut shop slash coffee shop,
[00:13:20] [SPEAKER_00]: you know, helping my fiance's family business open and, you know,
[00:13:23] [SPEAKER_00]: and they're frying donuts and just prepping for the day.
[00:13:28] [SPEAKER_00]: And I'm listening.
[00:13:29] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm inputting good quality information in my ears.
[00:13:33] [SPEAKER_00]: And I just literally I consume a full audiobook
[00:13:36] [SPEAKER_00]: that day like two different podcasts.
[00:13:39] [SPEAKER_00]: I was on input mode.
[00:13:41] [SPEAKER_00]: So after that one, I was showering.
[00:13:43] [SPEAKER_00]: I was having this like download time.
[00:13:46] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know how I got back to consistency is art.
[00:13:49] [SPEAKER_00]: But I was like, I feel like that one is missing something.
[00:13:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Right. So I improved it a little bit and I said, you know,
[00:13:55] [SPEAKER_00]: consistency is still art, but now it's.
[00:14:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Right. Is a RRT consistency is art.
[00:14:04] [SPEAKER_00]: But this time the acronym is A RRT.
[00:14:07] [SPEAKER_00]: And what does this sense for authority?
[00:14:09] [SPEAKER_00]: Of course, relevancy, resonance,
[00:14:12] [SPEAKER_00]: which we actually did an episode on that recently and trust.
[00:14:16] [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm going to go one by one.
[00:14:18] [SPEAKER_00]: And this is kind of like the definition
[00:14:20] [SPEAKER_00]: and how to communicate those things in your content.
[00:14:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Right. So you can build this, of course, in a consistent way.
[00:14:27] [SPEAKER_01]: And I would challenge you to do it in under five minutes.
[00:14:30] [SPEAKER_01]: Five minutes done. It's quick.
[00:14:31] [SPEAKER_00]: It's like a 50 word.
[00:14:33] [SPEAKER_01]: People driving almost getting work.
[00:14:35] [SPEAKER_01]: I was getting to their homes.
[00:14:37] [SPEAKER_00]: So we got to get it. All right.
[00:14:38] [SPEAKER_00]: Here he goes. So authority,
[00:14:41] [SPEAKER_00]: that is the belief from others that you have experience
[00:14:43] [SPEAKER_00]: and solve that person's problem that they currently have.
[00:14:48] [SPEAKER_00]: And without authority, you create status.
[00:14:52] [SPEAKER_00]: Right. I get to think about all these personalities
[00:14:54] [SPEAKER_00]: that you like. They have status.
[00:14:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Now the medium, there's a saying, the medium is the message.
[00:15:01] [SPEAKER_00]: There's a reason why we stick with podcasting too,
[00:15:04] [SPEAKER_00]: because podcasting has an elevated status.
[00:15:09] [SPEAKER_00]: Right. And not only just regular podcasting,
[00:15:10] [SPEAKER_01]: but also in a studio podcast in a studio, your setting or at a
[00:15:15] [SPEAKER_01]: different studio or an event.
[00:15:16] [SPEAKER_01]: Right. Like that's the conversation I was having yesterday
[00:15:18] [SPEAKER_01]: with a person here.
[00:15:19] [SPEAKER_01]: They're looking to find investors for this new app and building
[00:15:22] [SPEAKER_01]: like very high quality relationships.
[00:15:25] [SPEAKER_01]: And he came from an old kind of ours
[00:15:27] [SPEAKER_01]: and he's like, this is where you need to be.
[00:15:29] [SPEAKER_01]: You do not need to be doing some calls.
[00:15:31] [SPEAKER_01]: You need to shake hands in an environment like this,
[00:15:35] [SPEAKER_01]: because it will bring the status and authority that you need for your project.
[00:15:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. And to illustrate this is here for you.
[00:15:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Just think about somebody that, you know, just does reels versus
[00:15:48] [SPEAKER_00]: somebody that doesn't do reels at all, but they've published a book, right?
[00:15:53] [SPEAKER_00]: In your eyes, who is more credible?
[00:15:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Who has the most status?
[00:15:59] [SPEAKER_00]: And I would argue that majority of you are going to answer the person with the book.
[00:16:03] [SPEAKER_00]: So again, authority, right?
[00:16:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Then we go with relevancy, which is the belief from others
[00:16:08] [SPEAKER_00]: that you hold the key to their current problems, right?
[00:16:12] [SPEAKER_00]: The key to solve their current problems.
[00:16:15] [SPEAKER_00]: And the key word there is current.
[00:16:18] [SPEAKER_00]: You need to speak to the problems that they are currently experienced.
[00:16:23] [SPEAKER_00]: And again, do that consistently and that translate into timely.
[00:16:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Right? Like what are you need to understand?
[00:16:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, you need to be having conversations with the people that you're
[00:16:34] [SPEAKER_00]: trying to serve and truly understand their problems.
[00:16:37] [SPEAKER_00]: And again, there's a saying I might butcher a little bit, but it's
[00:16:40] [SPEAKER_00]: that person that knows the problem best is that knows how to communicate.
[00:16:45] [SPEAKER_00]: The problem best is the person that is going to win.
[00:16:48] [SPEAKER_00]: So just learn how to communicate your dream customer problems.
[00:16:55] [SPEAKER_00]: Again, timely problems, current problems.
[00:16:58] [SPEAKER_00]: Don't go three, four, five steps ahead.
[00:17:01] [SPEAKER_00]: We we've been there.
[00:17:02] [SPEAKER_01]: We have had problems sometimes very guilty of it.
[00:17:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, but what is their current thing that is moving them away from pain
[00:17:09] [SPEAKER_00]: or moving them towards desire?
[00:17:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Then we have resonance, which is the deep connection with your audience.
[00:17:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Right? If you are consistent, you need to find for ways
[00:17:20] [SPEAKER_00]: not just consistent on sharing value.
[00:17:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Right? I'm doing here the air quotes, but a lot of people are like,
[00:17:26] [SPEAKER_00]: all right, here's three ways to do this.
[00:17:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Like, sure, some of some of those tips can be great, but are you really
[00:17:32] [SPEAKER_00]: building resonance with people?
[00:17:34] [SPEAKER_00]: How do you build resonances by creating stories, crafting stories
[00:17:38] [SPEAKER_00]: where they can put themselves in your shoes?
[00:17:40] [SPEAKER_00]: They can experience things, right?
[00:17:42] [SPEAKER_00]: They can have feelings and emotions, right?
[00:17:45] [SPEAKER_00]: And I feel like we have to rather
[00:17:48] [SPEAKER_00]: content profit 500 plus episode journey.
[00:17:51] [SPEAKER_00]: I think we've done a pretty good job of building that resonance
[00:17:54] [SPEAKER_00]: and sharing those stories and connecting deeply, not just with the audience,
[00:17:58] [SPEAKER_00]: but also with the guests.
[00:18:00] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I remember when we were before we launched the 45 live challenge,
[00:18:05] [SPEAKER_01]: we were sharing so many stories of that and like how it came to be
[00:18:09] [SPEAKER_01]: and like how we finally broke the consistency,
[00:18:12] [SPEAKER_01]: like, you know, ceiling that we had there.
[00:18:15] [SPEAKER_01]: And a lot of people were resonating with that is because, you know,
[00:18:18] [SPEAKER_01]: they felt at the same around the same moment.
[00:18:20] [SPEAKER_01]: And that led to us launching a challenge with 100 people, right?
[00:18:24] [SPEAKER_01]: Because they're resonating with the story and they sign up, you know,
[00:18:28] [SPEAKER_01]: based just off of that.
[00:18:30] [SPEAKER_01]: So I think it's a really important element that sometimes it gets lost
[00:18:33] [SPEAKER_01]: in like the technical aspects of, you know, what are the things
[00:18:36] [SPEAKER_01]: that we're creating and all these things.
[00:18:38] [SPEAKER_01]: And we just forget that these stories is the glue, you know,
[00:18:41] [SPEAKER_01]: that makes, you know, the audience connect with you or with your company.
[00:18:45] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. And the last but not least is trust, right?
[00:18:49] [SPEAKER_00]: At the end of the day, we're going to be investing our money.
[00:18:52] [SPEAKER_00]: People are going to be investing their money on other people that they trust.
[00:18:57] [SPEAKER_00]: So trust is the belief that you can help them solve their current problem.
[00:19:02] [SPEAKER_00]: So translate it's pretty much into solution outcome, right?
[00:19:06] [SPEAKER_00]: When your people are listening to you consistently,
[00:19:09] [SPEAKER_00]: they're going to have the frame of mind if again, if you are be
[00:19:11] [SPEAKER_00]: are being developing that authority and they see you with that authority lens,
[00:19:15] [SPEAKER_00]: that you're relevant, right?
[00:19:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Again, timely on speaking to their problems and you're connecting with them
[00:19:20] [SPEAKER_00]: on an emotional level through stories.
[00:19:23] [SPEAKER_00]: The next thing that they're going to be thinking about
[00:19:26] [SPEAKER_00]: subconsciously or consciously is what can this person actually help me solve
[00:19:30] [SPEAKER_00]: my problem? Can they help me, you know, move towards that outcome that I want?
[00:19:35] [SPEAKER_00]: And again, all that happens by being consistent, right?
[00:19:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Of course, quality content.
[00:19:41] [SPEAKER_00]: And your your your content need these elements of, you know,
[00:19:45] [SPEAKER_00]: building satisfactory stories inside of it.
[00:19:47] [SPEAKER_00]: And of course, it's being helpful.
[00:19:49] [SPEAKER_00]: I have another topic about moral content that I would love to talk about.
[00:19:54] [SPEAKER_00]: It's not going to be today.
[00:19:55] [SPEAKER_00]: We're going to talk about it another day.
[00:19:57] [SPEAKER_00]: But that is the new art consistency is art, A R R T authority,
[00:20:02] [SPEAKER_00]: relevancy, resonance and trust.
[00:20:04] [SPEAKER_00]: I got like a pirate art.
[00:20:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Anyway, guys, I hope this was helpful today.
[00:20:11] [SPEAKER_01]: I'll share in these stories and the download of the frameworks.
