[00:00:00] [SPEAKER_00]: And welcome back to another episode of Content is Profit.

[00:00:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Today is just me, fancy, because Luis has not feeling well, he went down with the flu.

[00:00:10] [SPEAKER_00]: So make sure you slide in his DMs and say something nice.

[00:00:14] [SPEAKER_00]: It'll make him feel way better and come back way stronger to share some more hashtag golden

[00:00:20] [SPEAKER_00]: boulders with all of you.

[00:00:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Also, today's episode I also gonna do a walk and talk, but instead I'm just gonna do a lay

[00:00:28] [SPEAKER_00]: and say, I'm here chilling in bed with my phone recorded today's episode.

[00:00:35] [SPEAKER_00]: And that will serve for you, hopefully, as motivation that you don't really need expensive

[00:00:43] [SPEAKER_00]: equipment to record and be consistent or you need an idea your phone were to record

[00:00:48] [SPEAKER_00]: the audio and that is it.

[00:00:51] [SPEAKER_00]: With that being said, guys, today we're gonna be talking about a specific framework

[00:00:58] [SPEAKER_00]: that we use to help an entrepreneur plan all the content that she needed literally

[00:01:05] [SPEAKER_00]: it could be for eternity if you want to put it that way.

[00:01:09] [SPEAKER_00]: For her, it was more of a workshop to plan her content for a month, but this one exercise

[00:01:15] [SPEAKER_00]: can actually give you content for the whole year or in my very subjective opinion for

[00:01:22] [SPEAKER_00]: her entire life.

[00:01:24] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't know, just a sound real, I think so.

[00:01:27] [SPEAKER_00]: This is not pretty cool.

[00:01:28] [SPEAKER_00]: I think so too.

[00:01:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Now guys, please, if you enjoyed today's episode, don't forget to subscribe to the podcast,

[00:01:36] [SPEAKER_00]: leave a five star review and if you believe it can help somebody else move as they've

[00:01:41] [SPEAKER_00]: closer to other goals.

[00:01:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Please don't forget to share it with them.

[00:01:45] [SPEAKER_00]: Now, let's get started.

[00:01:48] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think I have the intro.

[00:01:50] [SPEAKER_00]: You might hear it if I hear it that means I cured up on the edit and if not, let's just

[00:01:55] [SPEAKER_00]: get rolling.

[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_00]: So first thing we need to learn when we're gonna dive into this framework, it is the

[00:02:03] [SPEAKER_00]: publishing pyramid.

[00:02:05] [SPEAKER_00]: And we talk about it plenty of times, right?

[00:02:08] [SPEAKER_00]: There's solo episodes that we've done just on the publishing pyramid, so I'm just

[00:02:13] [SPEAKER_00]: gonna run a little bit quickly through it.

[00:02:15] [SPEAKER_00]: For those that don't know what it is, it is the base framework that we use for anything

[00:02:21] [SPEAKER_00]: publishing, right?

[00:02:22] [SPEAKER_00]: And the foundation starts with the message.

[00:02:26] [SPEAKER_00]: If we don't nail down our message, it's going to be very, very difficult to rest on

[00:02:31] [SPEAKER_00]: it with people.

[00:02:32] [SPEAKER_00]: We've all been there.

[00:02:33] [SPEAKER_00]: We've all been in front of a video that, you know, we look at it.

[00:02:37] [SPEAKER_00]: It has great production value, but it does a terrible job at holding our attention

[00:02:42] [SPEAKER_00]: because the message is not there.

[00:02:45] [SPEAKER_00]: Now we've been on the other side where we see a video of a talking head for like an hour

[00:02:52] [SPEAKER_00]: and that video just holds our attention for the entire hour.

[00:02:57] [SPEAKER_00]: And we don't want to leave, not even for a bathroom break.

[00:02:59] [SPEAKER_00]: And that is because their message is impeccable.

[00:03:03] [SPEAKER_00]: It is absolutely amazing and it just holds your attention for the entire hour.

[00:03:09] [SPEAKER_00]: So we need to focus on our message.

[00:03:11] [SPEAKER_00]: At first or motor was quality of the message over quality of the production, right?

[00:03:16] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's remove the friction of production, focus on the message, I'm putter,

[00:03:21] [SPEAKER_00]: or a message out there.

[00:03:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Now how can you get your message better?

[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm better.

[00:03:26] [SPEAKER_00]: I'm better.

[00:03:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Truth is,

[00:03:28] [SPEAKER_00]: repetition and having conversations with the people that you're trying to serve.

[00:03:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Now, the more you put your message out there,

[00:03:37] [SPEAKER_00]: the more you speak it out loud,

[00:03:39] [SPEAKER_00]: the more you're going to internalize it and you're going to reflect on it

[00:03:42] [SPEAKER_00]: and you're going to realize what are the things that are resonating with the audience

[00:03:46] [SPEAKER_00]: and what are the things that are not.

[00:03:49] [SPEAKER_00]: Also, the audience will tell you with their reactions, right?

[00:03:52] [SPEAKER_00]: They're going to say, oh, I like this.

[00:03:55] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't like this, right?

[00:03:56] [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe they'll engage more in certain pieces of content regarding the message.

[00:04:01] [SPEAKER_00]: Now, the other thing is have conversation with the people you're trying to serve.

[00:04:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Not just imply that they want to hear certain things

[00:04:10] [SPEAKER_00]: or that they want certain problems so far.

[00:04:12] [SPEAKER_00]: Like go and talk to them and realize what are the stories

[00:04:16] [SPEAKER_00]: that are going to move them towards action?

[00:04:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Where are the benefits that actually they want?

[00:04:21] [SPEAKER_00]: Right? What are the problems that they relate to

[00:04:24] [SPEAKER_00]: and put all that inside of your message

[00:04:28] [SPEAKER_00]: and that is going to help them resonate and connect in a deeper way with you.

[00:04:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Now, second step of the pyramid, and I'm going a little bit fasting here,

[00:04:36] [SPEAKER_00]: is consistency. Once we know our message,

[00:04:39] [SPEAKER_00]: we need to figure out what is going to be or consistency.

[00:04:43] [SPEAKER_00]: Is it going to be one's a day, one's a week, one's a month, right?

[00:04:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Again, you need to figure that out

[00:04:49] [SPEAKER_00]: and whatever you decide is going to be, you need to make it a commitment.

[00:04:54] [SPEAKER_00]: Here at base bros, our consistency is at least once a day.

[00:04:59] [SPEAKER_00]: Can we put content out there once a day?

[00:05:01] [SPEAKER_00]: Or answer it, yes, and I have an analogy that I love to share.

[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_00]: So, I'm going to share with you right now

[00:05:08] [SPEAKER_00]: and hopefully this motivates you to put content out there on a daily basis.

[00:05:13] [SPEAKER_00]: Right? It goes like this. I was listening to a part

[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_00]: Actually, I'm thinking about it. Is it an analogy? You're just like a

[00:05:19] [SPEAKER_00]: I've run them story. I think this is more like a random story.

[00:05:21] [SPEAKER_00]: So, I was listening to a part of one day and if you are familiar with James Altucher,

[00:05:26] [SPEAKER_00]: he is a pretty big investor, right? And he was talking about how he does an invest

[00:05:33] [SPEAKER_00]: more than 1% of his network of his net worth on an investment that he does.

[00:05:41] [SPEAKER_00]: And he said the reason being is because if he loses that 1% he's totally okay with it.

[00:05:48] [SPEAKER_00]: But also, that 1% has the opportunity to make him a really big return on that investment

[00:05:56] [SPEAKER_00]: and sometimes that 1% can even double his net worth.

[00:06:02] [SPEAKER_00]: How impressive is that? So, if we put that in the context of content creation,

[00:06:07] [SPEAKER_00]: what if we can invest 1% of war resource or main research, which is time,

[00:06:14] [SPEAKER_00]: right? What if we can invest 1% over a daily time in creating content? If you do the math,

[00:06:20] [SPEAKER_00]: that is 15 minutes of your day. Can you invest 15 minutes on your day that look at it?

[00:06:26] [SPEAKER_00]: If this content does resonate at all, you know, let's say you wasted and I'm recording here.

[00:06:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Wasted 15 minutes, right? But if that piece of content resonates with a lot of people,

[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_00]: brings you business, right? Or brings you new connections. Now that 1% of your day

[00:06:48] [SPEAKER_00]: gave you a huge ROI. So again, Joselig James, the Altucher invest 1% and he doesn't

[00:06:54] [SPEAKER_00]: care losing that 1% but the other 1% that goes on do well. It has the potential to even duplicate

[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_00]: his net worth is the same with content. Right? So make sure you get in your content out there and

[00:07:08] [SPEAKER_00]: invest in it's infinite. So, the question for you is why does your commitment to consistency

[00:07:14] [SPEAKER_00]: going to be? Is it going to be daily, weekly? I don't know. Let us know in the comments

[00:07:18] [SPEAKER_00]: reach out on the DMs at Bisibirosco on Facebook or Instagram. All right, next step on the pyramid,

[00:07:24] [SPEAKER_00]: it is capacity. Once you start with your consistency, you're going to start realizing

[00:07:29] [SPEAKER_00]: what is your capacity. If you get clients in your business, you probably are spending some of

[00:07:35] [SPEAKER_00]: that capacity serving those clients of fulfilling their work. But, you know, maybe you don't have

[00:07:42] [SPEAKER_00]: as many clients and you can dedicate more time and you have more capacity for your content.

[00:07:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Now this is a little bit of the trick, right? On the very top of the pyramid, we have resources,

[00:07:52] [SPEAKER_00]: resources, which is time and money usually. What if we can invest some of those resources

[00:08:00] [SPEAKER_00]: into back into the pyramid? So if we get the money that we can invest back into it, we can buy more

[00:08:08] [SPEAKER_00]: capacity, right? We can actually invest in team members like, for example, the best bros that can

[00:08:16] [SPEAKER_00]: come into your business and help you with a fractional content team. So now you can leverage and have

[00:08:21] [SPEAKER_00]: your impact and produce more content and amplify your publishing pyramid. So again, that is framework

[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_00]: number one that you need for this whole workflow of content creation that we're talking about today.

[00:08:34] [SPEAKER_00]: And the second step is you need to understand your what and your how. What do I mean? Why

[00:08:40] [SPEAKER_00]: that? What are you going to say and how am I going to say it? Usually when somebody steps in front

[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_00]: camera or when they have the thought of I need to create content or I want to create content.

[00:08:53] [SPEAKER_00]: The first two things that come to their mind are what am I going to say and how am I going to say?

[00:09:00] [SPEAKER_00]: Right? And those two points become a huge, huge point of friction for people that don't allow them

[00:09:08] [SPEAKER_00]: forward. So that being say, what am I going to say? And now imagine you have an Excel sheet

[00:09:17] [SPEAKER_00]: right in front of you in the left column you're going to put the what and the what goes like,

[00:09:24] [SPEAKER_00]: let's say you want to put only one word. So for example, in in biz bros, right, and

[00:09:30] [SPEAKER_00]: content creation we're going to put content. We're also going to put another under the bottom row

[00:09:36] [SPEAKER_00]: we're going to put marketing, we can put direct response, we can put you know, message in consistency,

[00:09:44] [SPEAKER_00]: capacity, publishing pyramid. We're going to put a whole bunch of topics that we know we can talk

[00:09:50] [SPEAKER_00]: about and that we can develop. So the left side of the column is going to be your what's now.

[00:09:58] [SPEAKER_00]: On the top row we're going to write or house which house is just structure right like how are

[00:10:06] [SPEAKER_00]: we going to say things. So we're going to add a few different structures in there where we can have

[00:10:13] [SPEAKER_00]: actionable content what is actionable, maybe somehow to tutorials right like how to create

[00:10:19] [SPEAKER_00]: 10 highly efficient pieces of content in 30 minutes that could be a how to an actionable piece of

[00:10:27] [SPEAKER_00]: content what else do we have? We have motivational, do you have stories right that resonate with your

[00:10:33] [SPEAKER_00]: audience that are going to motivate them to go and chase the results that they want right?

[00:10:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe hopefully the results that you help them achieve so that way they come to you and purchase

[00:10:46] [SPEAKER_00]: whatever service or product that you're selling and you can help them reach their goals.

[00:10:51] [SPEAKER_00]: What other types of how do we have other structures? We have analytical, are there things around your

[00:10:58] [SPEAKER_00]: people, companies right? Are those things that you can potentially analyze and give value

[00:11:06] [SPEAKER_00]: to your listener so they can better understand the industry that you move in right? So for example

[00:11:13] [SPEAKER_00]: I could analyze creators and we've talked about it sometimes like let's say Mr. Beast the fastest

[00:11:20] [SPEAKER_00]: growing youtuber in the world how we can create a piece of content on how Mr. Beast grew from

[00:11:27] [SPEAKER_00]: 50 million to 100 million same time fasters than how he grew from zero followers to one million.

[00:11:35] [SPEAKER_00]: That would be an interesting piece now I will say disclaimer I just made that up on the top of my mind

[00:11:42] [SPEAKER_00]: I do not know if that happened that way right but I'm just sharing some context so you can

[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_00]: better understand how to create these pieces of content you can better understand

[00:11:51] [SPEAKER_00]: understand the structures and the house on how to say what you want to say but now there are plenty

[00:12:00] [SPEAKER_00]: of structures that you can use to build upon this content if you want to know more of those

[00:12:07] [SPEAKER_00]: feel free to reach out at base brosco on facebook, on instagram and even better if you want us

[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_00]: to help you do this to run you through your publishing pyramid, establishing what is your message

[00:12:21] [SPEAKER_00]: consistency, discover your capacity and how do we allocate your resources so you can have a

[00:12:28] [SPEAKER_00]: consistent content plan then we want to help you out we can do the publishing pyramid and then

[00:12:35] [SPEAKER_00]: we can do the content workflow side of things where we're going to go in depth into your watts

[00:12:42] [SPEAKER_00]: what are we going to say what are those topics that we are extremely good at sharing about

[00:12:51] [SPEAKER_00]: and resonating with people and then what are those structures that we can use and then we're

[00:12:55] [SPEAKER_00]: going to walk through some scenarios of content creation so you can leave prepared with a full on

[00:13:03] [SPEAKER_00]: content plan and a full on tool that you can use from now on to create content every single time

[00:13:10] [SPEAKER_00]: that the thought in your head comes in and says hey you know what I want to create a piece of

[00:13:16] [SPEAKER_00]: content or I have to create a piece of content all you gotta do is pop open this tool and there you

[00:13:22] [SPEAKER_00]: have it you have your what and you have your how and you remove the friction all that is left

[00:13:27] [SPEAKER_00]: is for you to actually just press the record button share your message and then press the published

[00:13:35] [SPEAKER_00]: now guys that been said if again you want to run in this workshop we're doing some one on once

[00:13:42] [SPEAKER_00]: we have a few spots left so make sure you reach out at this brosco on Facebook on Instagram and just

[00:13:50] [SPEAKER_00]: let me know on the DM's hey I want to do the content workshop that you talked about on content

[00:13:57] [SPEAKER_00]: is profit and we will be more than happy to help you out so feel free to reach out again

[00:14:02] [SPEAKER_00]: add the base brosco on Facebook and Instagram and if you enjoyed this episode please don't forget

[00:14:09] [SPEAKER_00]: to subscribe and leave a five star review and of course if you believe this episode can help

[00:14:16] [SPEAKER_00]: somebody in your network to move one step closer towards their goal please share this episode with them

[00:14:24] [SPEAKER_00]: guys until the next one and hopefully my brother is back for that one until the next one I'll see you

[00:14:32] [SPEAKER_00]: take care bye
