Using AI and Calling It Yours? The Fastest Way to Lose Respect

My brother calls himself an AI hater. We run a content company that uses AI every single day in multiple parts of the process. So when Fonzi said there's one way to use AI that's the fastest way to lose respect... I had to sit with it. (I might have been the guy he was talking about haha!) Today we unpack what we learned speaking at HubSpot's Unbound, the one word that defined the whole event, and where the real line is between using AI and losing yourself to it. Plus... why 300+ people scanned our playbook and we weren't ready, how I built my own app in a couple hours, and why you're probably further ahead on AI than you think. If you use AI for your content, this one's for you. 👉 Grab the free context document playbook and join us inside Business Creator Club: www.businesscreator.clubLinks mentioned in this episode: Business Creator Club (playbooks + open office hours): https://www.businesscreator.club The Unbound Playbook (Why Your AI Content Sounds Wrong): https://unboundplaybook.com Our UNBOUND 2026 speaker page: https://unbound.hubspot.com/speakers/luis-d-camejo Lindsey Rosenthal on Content Is Profit (POD0648): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0wFnQ4UPRE0 Raw Unbound vlogs on the BIZBROS YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@bizbrosco Replit (what I used to build the soccer card app): https://replit.com Skylight (our family calendar shout out): https://www.skylightframe.com The Football Show (World Cup clip workflow case study): https://thefootball.show Send us your topics, guests, and projects: https://www.instagram.com/bizbrosco

[00:00:00] [SPEAKER_00] Your AI Content Sucks and How to Fix It, Standing Room Only, the QR Code up there. I just saw like a sea of cellphones.

[00:00:08] [SPEAKER_01] What are you gonna do with all those leads, huh?

[00:00:10] [SPEAKER_00] I know, like no response whatsoever.

[00:00:12] [SPEAKER_01] There's a lesson in there, not to throw you under the bus.

[00:00:16] [SPEAKER_00] Throw me under the bus.

[00:00:17] [SPEAKER_01] But I've been known to be an AI hater a little bit. Claim is theirs. Claim that is theirs, yeah. That is the fastest way to lose respect.

[00:00:27] [SPEAKER_00] Like something that I was doing in like three, four hours. It was spinning it up in 30 minutes, right? Hook alert. My thoughts are coming too fast.

[00:00:37] [SPEAKER_01] I lost the chicken. Problem clearly defined is a problem halfway solved. Now it's like three quarters of the way there.

[00:00:44] [SPEAKER_00] In a couple hours, I was able to build something. They can hold you hostage in the conversation. You're like, no, you're connected with the family. That gap has never been smaller than today.

[00:01:01] [SPEAKER_01] Welcome back to Content is Profit. Today's episode, we talked a little bit about Unbound, our experience during it. We talked about some AI updates, what we think about, what we're actually doing with AI inside of our business. And just in general, a couple of live updates.

[00:01:20] [SPEAKER_00] Yeah. Finally, Fons is back in the studio. And also how you can apply this in your own business to create a better business, more profitable business, more fun business. So a bunch of stuff. Update episode. Enjoy. Welcome back to Content is Profit. Today is a special day because we got Fonzie in the house. Welcome back, Fonzie. We're back. We're back. Appreciate it. We're back. We're back. We're just talking about how, you know, we have been without soccer for like three weeks. And maybe, you know, we've been depressed. All of us.

[00:01:47] [SPEAKER_00] You know, if you're new to the show, just know that we're big fans of soccer or football.

[00:01:52] [SPEAKER_01] Yeah. We're so sad we got sick.

[00:01:54] [SPEAKER_00] So we're so sad we got sick. But we're back. We're back. We're back. As I announced, I promised that we were going to give you an update of what happened. An Unbound unprecedented event. It was awesome. Room Only. So good. It was such a fun experience being out there with all the B2B marketers.

[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_01] Yeah. I'll say I was pretty impressed with how many people turned out for that specific one.

[00:02:22] [SPEAKER_00] I know. That was really impressive. I was like, wait, there's still a lot of people from the last session. No, it was for our session. So also shout out to Lindsay and Katie. They rocked out the session with us as well. You know, Lindsay's episode. It's like two, three episodes back. Go listen to her. She's a master at LinkedIn. She shares very cool tips out there in her platform.

[00:02:44] [SPEAKER_00] But I think, you know, the general sense of the event, obviously, with this new era of faster marketing, faster messaging, AI, all this stuff was about how do we unify? How do we trust AI in today's day and age with your businesses?

[00:03:00] [SPEAKER_01] And I mean, some comments I heard from previous Unbound. I mean, this is the first year that they call Unbound. But yeah. The previous event was called Inbound. Inbound. And people were saying that it was very general. Like a lot of everything. That today was very, no. No, no. Previously. Yeah, previously. But this one was very specific. Like you could tell that HubSpot had a mission. And that mission was just to create trust with AI. Because, I mean, they're literally putting AI on everything in their products.

[00:03:30] [SPEAKER_01] And obviously they want people to use them.

[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_00] What would be one word from the event that you take with you?

[00:03:36] [SPEAKER_01] I mean, I think the main word is context.

[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_00] Yeah, bro, you read my mind.

[00:03:43] [SPEAKER_01] I'm pretty sure 90% of people will probably say that. Yeah. Like everything was used around that, which is everything was about creating trust with AI. So the question is, how do you build trust? Yeah. And the answer was by having good outputs. Like if you have AI give you something that you do not like, you're less likely to go back to the tool and use it.

[00:04:08] [SPEAKER_00] Yeah.

[00:04:08] [SPEAKER_01] So the answer is, okay, how do you build trust? Having good output with AI. And then the question becomes, how do you create good outputs with AI? And the answer is context. Like you need to give it good information for it to create awesome output. Yeah.

[00:04:24] [SPEAKER_00] By the way, you guys can go to businesscreator.club. The whole playbook is there for you to download and create your own context documents. And if you want the actual playbook that we did at Unbound, just go to unboundplaybook.com. And it's step by step on how to build it with whatever AI tool that you're using. And we had an incredible response. I think we had over 300 people download the playbook. And I have to check if they've actually used. By the way, if you download it, use it. That'll be great.

[00:04:51] [SPEAKER_01] What are you going to do with all those leads, huh? I know. Should we do a workshop?

[00:04:56] [SPEAKER_00] Maybe some of them are listening now. Send us a message. What do you want to do? I was going to talk.

[00:04:59] [SPEAKER_01] You should do a workshop with all these people.

[00:05:02] [SPEAKER_00] It's really interesting. Okay. So here's a little behind the scenes for you if you're listening to me. Like, where have you guys been apart from the press for not watching, you know, soccer or football? Is we revamped and we've been very blessed to get a couple of new people in our very high-end agency side. So for those side, we're actually implementing all these playbook AI frameworks to the ideation and process and kind of building it into with our own creators. Not as in like AI is going to do the whole content for you. No, that's not what I mean.

[00:05:31] [SPEAKER_00] Like, if you go to unboundplaybook.com, you're going to see exactly what we talk about this. But also, we've been like diving in on executing on all this stuff. So personally, I think I was waiting on wrapping up these two people that we're working on. We're very hands-on to structure a little bit more of it. But if you have questions, dude, absolutely. Let's do a freaking workshop. Let's do a presentation. What do you want to do?

[00:05:53] [SPEAKER_01] What do you want to do? There's a lesson in there not to throw you under the bus. Throw me under the bus. But I mean, the speed of execution, right? Like a lot of people, you might send them an email and they'll be like, who's this guy? That's fine. Yeah, of course. It's fine. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's all fine. I'm not criticizing because I know, like you just mentioned, we're busy. We got new clients on this side of things.

[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_01] But for you listening, if you do some sort of speaking event or something where you collect a lot of leads quickly, make sure to have a step two that they can follow. Like what is it that they can do after they opt in? And I don't think you were expecting to have that level of turnout.

[00:06:35] [SPEAKER_00] Like negative. No, it was like, we're probably going to have like 15 people in this session.

[00:06:39] [SPEAKER_01] Which was a great surprise. It was absolutely amazing.

[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_00] And by the way, like we've been to events and I think it's like the relevancy, right? Of it all. And this is going to happen to you if you're going to be on a podcast or if you're going to be somewhat like an authority figure in your niche or in your market and you go to events. It's going to happen because we've been in countless events where we have a presentation. The feedback is great, right? And then when we put the resource out there, there's literally to like no response whatsoever. And that can be many things. That can be the public. That can be our delivery.

[00:07:10] [SPEAKER_00] That can be the fact that the thing that we're putting up there for people to grab is not useful at all. Right? Like we've learned from that. So a little behind the scenes. And this is why we do this show. It's like to show you the literally behind the scenes of the things that happen for real and not sugarcoated with anything else. Is we go, we do this presentation. And after we do a couple of practice runs with Lindsay and Katie, we're like, well, like what will be the next logical step for these people?

[00:07:36] [SPEAKER_00] Because we were talking a lot of, we're putting out there a lot of tactical things. And like these prompts and things that you can use to get better at your own content and frameworks. And people will be taking pictures. And that's why we saw like during the presentation, people were like with their phones, just taking pictures of the presentation. So the next logical step is like, can we build a playbook out of this? And that's exactly what we did. And, but to your point, you know, we were, I think, in the second biggest stage in the whole conference.

[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_00] And if you've never been to Unbound, it's at this massive conference center where you have like all these activations from different brands and different partners. And there's stages spread all around that. And then you have the main stage at the very back of it. And if you want to, you know, a little bit more behind the scenes, just go to our YouTube channel for BizBros. There's going to be like very raw vlogs coming. So you can see your personality and our adventures out there. But you'll see some of it. But the stage that we were at, it was called the impact stage. And it was towards the right.

[00:08:33] [SPEAKER_00] And as we're going down those escalators, I was like, wow, like that's massive. It was the second biggest one. And I'm like, well, I guess we'll just have like probably like two rows of people. Because on the app, it tells, you know, how many people have been signed up. And for some reason, our stage didn't say anything. We're like, well, either it's empty or I guess we don't know what to expect. So the playbook was approved a few days before because you have to go through an approval process. And we're like, cool, let's put it out there.

[00:09:02] [SPEAKER_00] And the second we put it, the QR code up there, I just saw like a sea of cell phones moving out and scanning it and claiming it. So if you're one of those 300 something people that scanned it, yeah, let me know. Like at the end of the day, like we're here to help you. And again, we're like on the production side. And I think coming out with a solution like this, it caught us a little off guard, which is a good sign too. It's a good problem to have. So if you were expecting something from us, I apologize. But now's your chance. Let's go. Send me a message. Cool.

[00:09:32] [SPEAKER_00] Good lesson.

[00:09:32] [SPEAKER_01] Yeah, good lesson. Good lesson.

[00:09:33] [SPEAKER_00] I survived the bus.

[00:09:35] [SPEAKER_01] All right. Tell me more about Unbound. What other things besides, you know, having good context for your AI output? What else do you learn?

[00:09:46] [SPEAKER_00] I mean, I think at a personal level, I will continue to stress this is the importance of your own network and the connections that you make through the content of your business. Because you're one conversation away from a really good opportunity. Right. And like events in general is a good sign for this. So Unbound, you got us a chance to meet a new industry, to, you know, rub shoulders with incredible people, incredible speakers, incredible companies too. Right. Learn a lot from something else. Like we come more from the direct response.

[00:10:16] [SPEAKER_00] So for me, that was like really impactful. I mean, those events filled me up. Like I felt like Disney World, to be completely honest. Right. Like it just gives me more energy. So apart from obviously just doubling down on context and like just cementing the fact that this is not a fad. This is here to stay. And we need to learn on how to operate our businesses with tools like this. It just reaffirmed that we're in a good direction. And I saw a post the other day on LinkedIn.

[00:10:45] [SPEAKER_00] And I think it was Lindsay actually shut out again. That she was saying, you know, a lot of us that are in this world of AI content creation, high speed type stuff. We're concerned with like, it's almost like we're missing something. Like we're missing information. We're missing like the execution. We're like, we feel like maybe we're behind on executing on all of this. And if you're that person, you're way ahead of the general public.

[00:11:12] [SPEAKER_00] You're way ahead of thousands of companies because you're testing new things. This is new technology that's implemented every single day. I mean, a new tool comes out every single day. Just last week, I started testing this executive assistant agent that lives on Slack. And it sped up our production processes and our reporting process like 3x. I have to actually measure the thing, but it was like something that I was doing in like 3-4 hours. It was spinning it up in 30 minutes, right?

[00:11:41] [SPEAKER_00] And you're like, wow. Like what is the value of somebody's time to do that accurately, right? Yeah. And fix problems and stuff like that. So it just cemented the idea that we need to continue to adapt. I just imagine, you know, when this massive technology jumps happen, right? We have to be open about it, try, and we're going to make a lot of mistakes. So set up a budget to like test, right? Don't ask them if it's going to work the first time. Be very clear on your frameworks.

[00:12:11] [SPEAKER_00] It helps a ton when you give that context. So those are a couple of the lessons. What about you?

[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_01] I mean, personally, I think it was more the inevitable of the whole AI thing, you know? I mean, I'm not a doomer, but I've been known to be an AI hater a little bit. And just in certain things, you know, in certain things. I think... Are you warmer to the idea of... I mean, it's not like I'm warmer. Like I've... Again, like I said, it's just inevitable. You know, like it's just inevitable. I do think there's a lot of value on certain uses.

[00:12:46] [SPEAKER_01] I'm still a hater for people that use it for thinking process. You know, like if people want to create some sort of content and then they use AI for the whole thing, you know? And claim is theirs. And claim that is theirs. Yeah, like that is the fastest way to lose respect. And, you know, in my opinion. But yeah, the whole thing is just, I mean, HubSpot is huge. It's like a $5 billion company. And the fact that they put so much emphasis on this tells you like that is just where

[00:13:16] [SPEAKER_01] the future is going. You know, whether... Yeah. Whether you knew it already or not, you know, it's just a huge indicator of that, of where everything is going. So, I mean, it was cool to see. But at the same time, it also, you know, the couple of sessions that I went to, me personally, based on what you were talking about, like, oh, we feel like we're chasing something. You know, there's something I don't know. Everything is kind of like growing so quickly as well that you always feel probably a little

[00:13:46] [SPEAKER_01] bit behind with AI. Like, do I know the thing or whatnot? But one of the things for me actually was a feeling of, hmm, I actually know more than I thought. Like, I'm actually way ahead than what I thought I actually was, right? Like, while looking at all these sessions, I was like, oh, I understand all these things. I understand how it works. I understand how we can use it, right? To like, inside of our business to make things better, you know, faster in certain areas. Yeah.

[00:14:15] [SPEAKER_01] So that was actually kind of relieving, you know? I was like, okay, this is nice. Yeah. So, of course, the technology keeps improving super fast. And I do think we got to stay on top of it. But at the same time, it's now my whole perception is more, okay, how can we leverage this inside of our business to get the best out of the people that we're, that we're working with? Right.

[00:14:41] [SPEAKER_01] So, like, it's not how can I use AI to, you know, fire X amount of people inside of my business and then this takes over whatever they're doing. But it's like, okay, how do we maybe teach our team to use AI and empower them to do better work? And then they get to now, you know, have a new position, a better position inside of the business that they can leverage. So, yeah. Yeah. Kind of like along those lines. It was, I would say it was a positive experience.

[00:15:11] [SPEAKER_00] Yeah. I think for a lot of people listening, you're like probably going in your head through a lot of scenarios that you might be trying AI or it's not giving you the results that you want or that you expect. It might be very overwhelming, right? Like so many tools. So I refer to a personal story with our dad, right? Like he's been asking for us to teach him AI. We're like, dude, whatever we teach is going to be tomorrow. It's going to be obsolete.

[00:15:38] [SPEAKER_00] So I think like a great way to start for a lot of people, and we share a lot of that with people here in the studio too, is come with whatever platform that you're using chat, UPD, Claude, Grok, whatever. And explain the problem. Give it context of you, what you're doing, where you are company-wise or project-wise. And then explain the problem and ask us like, what is a good way to solve this problem? Like give me two, three solutions. And you, excuse me. And you use it. Wow.

[00:16:08] [SPEAKER_00] This is mostly that chicken you're eating before. And then, yeah. Hook alert. My thoughts are coming too fast. I lost potato thought. You lost your tuna thought. You lost your tuna thought. I lost the chicken. Where'd it go? You give it a problem and then you ask it to help you solve it. So almost like a sounding board, but don't forget the context, right? Like give the whole information, talk to it. That's another tip.

[00:16:36] [SPEAKER_00] And ask it like, how can we solve this? And it's going to give you a path. And I think that's where a lot of this happens. The way that we've been trained to search for information is almost like figure out like what the solution is first before we even know what the problem is. Right? So to get a better solution, we need to define that problem. And use these tools to help you leverage that. Like, for example.

[00:17:00] [SPEAKER_01] There's a phrase. A problem clearly defined is a problem halfway solved. There you go.

[00:17:05] [SPEAKER_00] That's why we're being fancy here.

[00:17:06] [SPEAKER_01] And I mean, with AI, honestly, I think that it's even more. It's just like a problem clearly defined if you have AI. Now it's like three quarters of the way there. Yeah. Because you don't really need to fully understand everything around the solution for you to find that solution using AI. And I think that's kind of like the cool thing about it. Right? Like, you can bring the problem if you have it clearly defined and like, you know, rail guards and your context and everything.

[00:17:36] [SPEAKER_01] And then AI will give a solution that is pretty much unique to you and your situation. Right? And it just brings me back to a conversation that we have with Ragu. He owns kind of like a working space here in town. And he's in software. Like, he built some software company. Sold it for, I think, a lot of money. And then he decided to build a co-working space. And we're talking to him. This is back in my Doomer AI days.

[00:18:04] [SPEAKER_00] Which was like two months ago, by the way. Like, this is yesterday. No, like yesterday.

[00:18:08] [SPEAKER_01] It was yesterday. But Ragu was actually, we were talking about how do you envision a future with AI. And something that really, I guess, like make a dent in my mind, in my memory that I really remember was him talking how all these big software companies were kind of like going to have a hard time. Because, you know, you used to build this one tool that could solve X, Y, and Z problems.

[00:18:37] [SPEAKER_01] And then you would go and sell it. But then all these businesses that were using the tool, they were kind of like constrained in certain aspects of their business now. Because the tool could only be used in a certain way.

[00:18:49] [SPEAKER_00] Yeah.

[00:18:49] [SPEAKER_01] Right? And they didn't, if they wanted to create a software that it was unique to their business, to their processes, and all these things. Like, you would have to go out there and get developers. It would be very, very expensive to create something very specific for you. Yeah. So what he was talking about was that AI now is opening kind of like a door for all these businesses to create something unique for them at a fraction of the cost, you know, and like way faster.

[00:19:17] [SPEAKER_01] And now you're solving your own specific problem in your own unique way without having to pretty much like be a hostage of somebody else's software, you know. And I think that's the challenge, you know, going back to Unbound.

[00:19:36] [SPEAKER_01] I think in a way that's why they were also making so much emphasis on AI inside of Hotspot. Yeah. Because like they, obviously all these big businesses that are using AI within their business, like they understand that can reach those solutions without their software as well.

[00:20:06] [SPEAKER_01] Right? Probably cheaper and faster. It might be cheaper and faster. Exactly. So like if they understand AI, they can probably piece stuff together and build their own custom solution for those challenges. Right? So I don't know. I thought it was kind of interesting. Right? Because obviously they're pushing all these things and like the tool is absolutely amazing what they're building it to do. But like at the same time, I'm like somebody could build something along those lines. Right?

[00:20:34] [SPEAKER_00] I mean, even if you have, you know, different, we cannot name them because of, you know, our agreement with Hotspot. But there's softwares out there that we use every single day for project manager and project management. And you can build something very similar to that. Right?

[00:20:50] [SPEAKER_01] Yeah. And I personally think that's pretty cool.

[00:20:53] [SPEAKER_00] Yeah. No, absolutely. I think it's empowering. Like how does that apply? Right? Like for, you know, content creators or business owners. Right? For you, like not only solving problems for your own company, like on the operational side, but also how do you create a very custom experience to you for your customers, for example? Right? Like I'll give you an example. This is not related to our business at all, but I got into collecting trading cards and I'm like, okay, there's no reliable way for me to go and check the value of a soccer card. We can see baseball.

[00:21:23] [SPEAKER_00] We can see American football, all these things. But their soccer for some reason is very, still very niche in America. So I'm like, okay, the only way that I can do this is searching this database on eBay to find these prices. But there's these apps that are amazing that you can like scan a Pokemon card and it will tell you the value by sold all this stuff. What is that? That doesn't exist for soccer. So I bought a few and in a couple hours, I was able to build something with, was it Replit?

[00:21:52] [SPEAKER_00] Yeah, Replit. With Replit. Where it's the same feature. It's like you scan the card and it compares it to a bunch of databases from eBay on the backend and he comes back with the value and then you can be like added to my inventory. And that's my own custom solution for my own custom problem. So imagine scaling this to your company side. And then if you have competent staff that can, you know, bring in the ideas, bring in the feedback, get that better. Like yesterday talking to one of our newer customers, they have this incredible workshop experience for people to write their own books.

[00:22:21] [SPEAKER_00] And it's like, okay, what about a companion app that can guide you through the entire workshop with you, right? Like gives you prompts based on what you are writing. These are all things are possible. And I think is we don't know what we don't know, right? So like using these tools and these AI to have these conversations to be like, what are some crazy, amazing ideas? Pitch me like 20 ideas or 20 things that we can do maybe to create a better experience for our customers, to create a better experience for our listeners, to create a better experience for XYZ.

[00:22:50] [SPEAKER_00] And that's something that, you know, we're testing and experimenting with every single day. And then obviously, you know, the idea is one thing is use the execution. But guess what? That gap has never been smaller than today. Because you can hop on and in a couple hours, you can vibe code or create something with any app, by the way. Any app will be able to help you do this. I mean, the other example was like our grandma turned 93. Like was it like a month ago? Right.

[00:23:16] [SPEAKER_00] And, you know, back to the episode, shout out to the episode where we talk about creating a theme versus waiting for it to be created. My mom listened to one of the songs that we created for my mother. And she's like, oh, I think it would be cool if we can create a song for your grandma for her birthday. Well, we took that to a whole new level. Right. Because like, OK, send me like information, like context again of the things that, you know, she does in her everyday life. And, you know, it was my mom and my aunt and they had like this. She wanted like something funny.

[00:23:45] [SPEAKER_00] And so she sent me a paragraph of like the experiences of our grandma, like morning through afternoon. There's like five different things. And then the style of the song that they wanted. And with a couple of software pieces here and there, very cheaply, we were able to create the songs, two songs per scenario. And then we were able to once we deliver the files. Right. Once I sent it to my mom, like, man, like they want to play this for the whole family. How are they going to play this? Right. Like it's an MP3.

[00:24:11] [SPEAKER_00] I was already picturing them trying to connect like the speakers to the computer and not working on the iPad. No, nothing works. I'm like, let's build her like a little website. A super simple, almost like a Spotify player that they can see the songs and they can see the lyrics and they can all follow in their phones. And that was created in like less than two hours. Like, and it was such a cool experience for them. Like every, the whole family, my mom was sharing the website everywhere. And like the songs and the whole family was very excited. Right. And it was like, it came from my idea to that.

[00:24:40] [SPEAKER_00] So imagine if you're a business, like what is the kind of things that you can create? Like, again, that's on the consumer side, but like internally for your business, for your staff, what are the problems that they have? How can we create a tool that can help them solve those problems? Anyways, I think it's super exciting. Black slate for some people might be overwhelming. Pick one thing.

[00:24:58] [SPEAKER_01] Yeah.

[00:24:58] [SPEAKER_00] Play with it and go with it.

[00:25:01] [SPEAKER_01] Anything else, Fonz? No, that was pretty good.

[00:25:03] [SPEAKER_00] Welcome back.

[00:25:04] [SPEAKER_01] Appreciate it. Updates? No, do you have any updates? Updates? Well, I'm actually doing a cohort called Code for Creatives. Shout out to the Code for Creatives peeps. It's pretty cool. It's pretty cool, actually. And it's a whole, I feel like it's a whole different audience that I'm usually involved with. Like these people are, I feel like, very creative, which is absolutely amazing.

[00:25:35] [SPEAKER_01] But at the same time, it's kind of like trying to answer of how do you include AI in your life, especially if you value creativity and the outputs, you know, that you put out as a creative, right? And, you know, I guess I kind of see myself more as a creative just because, again, I don't personally like using AI for those purposes. But that's why this caught my attention, right?

[00:26:03] [SPEAKER_01] It's like, okay, how do we integrate AI inside of our lives so we can facilitate, right, that process? Yeah. How can we use it to decrease the friction in terms of, you know, creating something cool and stuff like that? So it's been pretty awesome. It's been only two weeks, so it's still pretty early. I think it's like a six-week thing. But the whole thing is we need to put a project together so we can finish it at the end of the six weeks.

[00:26:33] [SPEAKER_01] Still debating what I want to do.

[00:26:35] [SPEAKER_00] Do you have options that you can share with us? What are the top three picks?

[00:26:39] [SPEAKER_01] No, I still haven't thought about it. Well, I mean, the one that comes to mind is just like so tied to business that I don't think it's very creative at all. But I think it's a project that is going to help us out, which is kind of like creating like a CFO type of stuff. Right. Yeah. So for us, because we're not the best one at managing all that stuff. So if you know anybody, too, just let us know.

[00:27:02] [SPEAKER_00] I have one I want to create. And I thought about this for a while. I want a home manager app that has all our schedules, all our activities, our cleanups, who's just gamify it for the entire family with a bunch of points. We have something similar in the house right now with an incredible skylight. Shout out to skylight. But I think it's like more personalized to like our own routines and our things where you can, you know, create fun challenges for the kids. I'm 14. Yeah.

[00:27:31] [SPEAKER_00] So you clean the room, you got some sexy time.

[00:27:36] [SPEAKER_01] My idea was something related to the business. So either that, I'm also looking to not necessarily automate, but including how do I build AI into the whole editing process? Just because I'm frustrated with some parts of the process that, you know, the way we do things. So it's like, okay, how do we use AI in certain parts of the process for editing, motion graphics and all these things?

[00:28:06] [SPEAKER_01] But at the end of the day, it also gives like full power to the video editor. Like I don't want AI again. Obviously, this is my theme personally. It's like I don't want AI to do the thing for the editor. But it's like how it can facilitate the thing for them. Yeah. And then the other idea that I had was this app for helping people connect deeply with your loved ones.

[00:28:31] [SPEAKER_01] So whenever you're together in a room, somebody can like start this thing, this app, and you can take this idea and run with it if you want. But pretty much you connect everybody. You know how people are like, okay, we'll leave our phone in the middle of the table and nobody touches it. That is a solution, obviously. But imagine this app connects everybody's phones that is around them. And you can only use your phone if you put a password.

[00:29:00] [SPEAKER_01] But the problem is that your password is kept by somebody else. So like when you connect your phones and it blocks everybody's phones so nobody can use it and you actually have to talk to people and connect with them, it actually gives passwords for each other's phones to somebody else. So if you need to use your phone and you want to use your phone and be an antisocial, you need to get your password from somebody else. So you can actually, you know, and they can hold you hostage in the conversation.

[00:29:29] [SPEAKER_01] Be like, no, you're connecting with the family. You're staying here. So I don't know. I thought that was kind of cool. But that's definitely way down in the priority list for things to do.

[00:29:39] [SPEAKER_00] I think it's very important for everybody to have fun with this kind of stuff, right? Especially adopting new technologies. Like, Luis, how do I relate this to content is rough and I'm a business? And this is, I think, a great method where it's like you have like these little side projects that you experiment with these tools. And then a light bulb is going to come and you're going to be able to implement it in your business, right? Like one example that we did with a case study was with the football show. If you go back, you can go to the football.show. You can see the episodes there.

[00:30:05] [SPEAKER_00] But for the World Cup, the thesis was like, how can we get close to a daily show with the most amount of clips possible? Like I think we're doing like 10 clips per episode with the least amount of human effort in the editing side, right? Of course, there's going to be a bar that we have to meet. But we got pretty close to a very awesome process and we have only two touch points per human. So it's like, okay, cool. Is that something that we now can implement in the client work that we do?

[00:30:34] [SPEAKER_00] So take on those projects, be creative, have fun with it. Like something outside of the business is going to create a light bulb that then you can implement for your content, for your business, for your processes and all this stuff. So a cool update episode. I'm so sad that Fonzie is going to be done for Myers again. I don't know. You guys have to go down. But anyways, we'll get him online and it's Friday at the time that we're recording this. We're going to have Fortnite Friday tonight. So we're ready to have some fun. It's been raining in Florida.

[00:31:04] [SPEAKER_00] Chad, if you're in the panhandle, I hope you're safe. Be safe or hopefully you're already safe because it already happened, the whole hurricane thing. But I think right now is like the worst. Right now is like happening. We've got an incredible guest lined up, Amy, head of blogs for Hotspot. And her family is there. So Amy, we wish you the best we want to talk. But anyways, have fun, guys. Enjoy your week, weekend, whatever you're listening to this.
