[00:00:00] It's not in how many comments you do, it's in how impactful your comments are.

[00:00:05] Please just stop with the three emojis.

[00:00:07] That's not a valuable comment in any way, shape or form.

[00:00:11] Is it okay if I throw my brother under the bus real quick?

[00:00:14] Absolutely!

[00:00:15] You've done it like five times already in this episode.

[00:00:17] Awesome!

[00:00:17] How many of us, business owners or creators, are thinking about

[00:00:21] are we really enjoying the process of creation?

[00:00:23] Are we really enjoying the process of marketing?

[00:00:26] Are we really enjoying the process of executing or fulfilling our service, right?

[00:00:30] You don't need to be everywhere.

[00:00:32] Be on the platforms that you enjoy creating content on

[00:00:34] and be on the platforms where your clients and customers are.

[00:00:37] We're so, I think, desensitized to big numbers.

[00:00:40] Come in the world, scale and I'll send you something, you know, and it's all automated.

[00:00:44] Going viral is not a business strategy.

[00:00:46] So show up intentionally on social media

[00:00:49] and focus on the true intent of social media

[00:00:51] which was to build community and connection.

[00:00:55] Hey, I'm Luis.

[00:00:56] And this is Luis.

[00:00:57] And welcome to the Content is Profit podcast.

[00:01:00] In here you're gonna get the insights, accountability and drive

[00:01:03] to create consistently and increase revenue.

[00:01:05] You'll hear from top entrepreneurs, creators

[00:01:07] and anything and everything you need to know about content.

[00:01:10] All this for having a good time.

[00:01:11] The goal of this podcast is simple.

[00:01:13] Entertain, educate and turn your content into profit.

[00:01:19] What's up, puns?

[00:01:21] Happy Monday.

[00:01:23] We met this amazing guest in one of our masterminds

[00:01:26] and then we shared stage together in Orlando

[00:01:28] and I was like, Katie, we need to talk about this.

[00:01:31] Did you just reveal her name?

[00:01:32] Well, it was supposed to be a secret.

[00:01:35] Well, there's a magic of post-editing, Fonzie,

[00:01:38] if you are not aware of that.

[00:01:39] But, you know, I'm very excited to welcome the one and only

[00:01:44] Katie Brickley.

[00:01:46] Let's go.

[00:01:53] I love it.

[00:01:54] Author, podcast, business owner, agency owner,

[00:01:58] beautiful, amazing mom.

[00:01:59] What else?

[00:02:02] Avid soccer junkie just like you two.

[00:02:06] Yes, yes.

[00:02:08] I played co-ed soccer up until COVID

[00:02:10] and then my team disbanded and I haven't found a new one.

[00:02:13] Now we know because we've been talking about

[00:02:16] putting pickup games in podcast conventions.

[00:02:19] You are on our team.

[00:02:20] Just saying.

[00:02:21] Heck yeah, heck yeah.

[00:02:23] Count me in.

[00:02:23] And I thought you were going to say,

[00:02:25] just so you know, we're going to start a pickup league

[00:02:27] in Denver and come out to Denver every week

[00:02:30] so that I could play.

[00:02:31] That would be a fun excuse too.

[00:02:32] I'm totally down.

[00:02:33] Also, is it okay if I throw my brother under the buzz

[00:02:36] real quick?

[00:02:37] Absolutely.

[00:02:38] I mean, you've done it like five times already

[00:02:39] in this episode.

[00:02:40] Awesome, awesome.

[00:02:41] Well, I'm just going to say,

[00:02:44] you, my friend, maybe didn't pay too much attention

[00:02:47] at the notes that Katie put here because Katie says,

[00:02:50] I am terrible at bragging.

[00:02:53] And you went on and you were like,

[00:02:55] she's an awesome podcast author, which she is absolutely.

[00:02:58] But then she's like, what else, Katie?

[00:03:00] Tell me more.

[00:03:01] Brag about yourself right now.

[00:03:02] We like to put people on the spot.

[00:03:04] That's what I'm saying.

[00:03:05] You know, that's all filtered.

[00:03:06] Just say it's okay.

[00:03:09] Sports and mom life are seriously like

[00:03:14] everything that I do outside of these four walls

[00:03:17] that are my office.

[00:03:19] I love sports.

[00:03:20] I'm a former sports reporter.

[00:03:21] Love playing them.

[00:03:22] My two daughters are six and nine

[00:03:25] and we literally spend six days a week

[00:03:29] doing sports in some regards.

[00:03:30] So I love sports.

[00:03:32] Yeah, that's I don't know if that's really a brag.

[00:03:34] It's just an interest.

[00:03:36] Absolutely.

[00:03:37] You're definitely an awesome mom.

[00:03:38] That's cool.

[00:03:38] I feel like, you know, business owners

[00:03:41] and parents with kids in sports,

[00:03:43] that's basically the two things that are going to happen.

[00:03:45] Right?

[00:03:45] Because we were just on a call earlier with somebody.

[00:03:47] It's like, oh yeah, we just came out

[00:03:49] from the soccer tournament with my daughter.

[00:03:50] We had to drive like three hours

[00:03:52] so they could play three games

[00:03:53] and then drive back three more hours.

[00:03:54] It's insane.

[00:03:55] It's crazy.

[00:03:55] So yes, kudos to you because, you know,

[00:03:57] we know what you're building.

[00:03:58] You know, respect to all parents

[00:04:00] out there in travel teams.

[00:04:01] That thing is insane.

[00:04:02] Yes, yes, yes.

[00:04:04] For those outside the US, I know it makes no sense,

[00:04:06] but it's okay.

[00:04:09] But Katie, that's not why we brought you here today.

[00:04:11] We brought you because, you know,

[00:04:13] we connected over the social content aspect

[00:04:17] of your business, right?

[00:04:19] You wrote an incredible book.

[00:04:20] I saw your...

[00:04:21] The Social Shift.

[00:04:22] The Social Shift.

[00:04:24] Available in all the platforms, go get it.

[00:04:27] And, you know, I saw your presentation

[00:04:29] and it's so interesting.

[00:04:30] I'll let you explain what your strategy is

[00:04:33] and we also use a software, shout out to CAPSHO,

[00:04:36] that embedded your strategy into it.

[00:04:39] And let me tell you, I saw the new version,

[00:04:42] I got access to the new version

[00:04:43] and I saw it and I experienced it.

[00:04:45] And it was like, this is so good.

[00:04:47] So anyways, we have to share that with the people.

[00:04:49] So tell us a little bit about, you know,

[00:04:51] your world in social and how you come up

[00:04:53] with this very unique strategy.

[00:04:56] Well, first of all, like I said,

[00:04:57] I was shocked that you guys even invited me

[00:04:59] to be on your show because it is so different

[00:05:01] than your strategy.

[00:05:03] Yes, that's the best part.

[00:05:06] That's the best part.

[00:05:07] It's true.

[00:05:08] Well, in being a social...

[00:05:10] So I have a social media agency

[00:05:12] and even though I have a social media agency,

[00:05:15] I'm a business owner first.

[00:05:17] And I get all my leads from social media.

[00:05:21] I don't do paid ads.

[00:05:23] It's all organic and it's using this framework

[00:05:26] that I've developed that really is designed

[00:05:29] to work the algorithm in your favor

[00:05:33] so that you're showing up the way the algorithm

[00:05:35] and the way these different platforms

[00:05:36] want you to create content

[00:05:38] while still connecting with your audience,

[00:05:40] every post and really building out a solid community

[00:05:45] with your social media presence

[00:05:47] because social media was designed

[00:05:49] for connecting and creating community.

[00:05:52] And again, this is where we have very different philosophies

[00:05:55] but it's almost turned into all of us

[00:05:58] having our own little media empires

[00:06:00] on these little devices

[00:06:02] that we carry around in our back pockets.

[00:06:03] So it's a strategy that works

[00:06:06] for the busy business owner.

[00:06:08] Yeah, no, I love it.

[00:06:09] And this is why I love it.

[00:06:11] I resonate a lot with it despite of

[00:06:14] what we do as a service

[00:06:15] or how we encourage people to do it too.

[00:06:17] And for those that are not familiar,

[00:06:19] we offer a service that we turn your long form

[00:06:21] into short form content

[00:06:22] and we focus on consistency and also volume.

[00:06:26] And it's what the client decides to do

[00:06:28] at the end of the day

[00:06:29] but we have a big capacity

[00:06:30] and we've tested here and there

[00:06:31] what are some of the things mainly on the video.

[00:06:34] And then for Katie with the four social posts,

[00:06:37] I resonated because I was a studio manager.

[00:06:40] I run a brick and mortar business

[00:06:41] and social and content was the last thing in my mind

[00:06:44] when you have your reports and your bills

[00:06:47] and training your team

[00:06:48] and customers walking into the door.

[00:06:49] It was the last thing.

[00:06:50] And I think at a point

[00:06:52] that's also why we created the service

[00:06:54] because we will go into the local business

[00:06:55] and shoot something

[00:06:56] and then that's the content that we delivered.

[00:06:59] And then based on probably

[00:07:01] a very similar experience

[00:07:02] with the people that you help,

[00:07:03] you were like, wow, this is a big pain point.

[00:07:06] And same problem, right?

[00:07:07] I wanna solve consistency.

[00:07:09] I wanna make sure that it's something that resonates

[00:07:11] and I wanna make sure that it's something

[00:07:12] that anybody can do as well.

[00:07:15] And that's what I love because it could be either

[00:07:18] or at the end of the day,

[00:07:19] we're big fans of people developing their own systems

[00:07:22] and their own processes.

[00:07:25] Ours is not the solution to most people, right?

[00:07:28] And yours might not be a solution

[00:07:29] for somebody else as well

[00:07:30] but they both can work also together.

[00:07:32] And how I envision it was like, man,

[00:07:35] we also work with people that they don't...

[00:07:37] They gave us like their long form content

[00:07:39] they want all these clips and different things

[00:07:40] for different platforms,

[00:07:42] but there's still a layer of content

[00:07:43] that the creator needs to be involved with, right?

[00:07:46] They need to be putting stuff out there

[00:07:48] then might need to be involved in stories.

[00:07:50] Like if they want that real engagement with people,

[00:07:53] we believe that that creator needs to be involved.

[00:07:55] And that's when your strategy comes in

[00:07:57] and it's all awesome because it's another vehicle

[00:07:59] that apart from your safety net of consistent content,

[00:08:02] if you want high volumes

[00:08:04] that's something that you appreciate.

[00:08:05] Then if you sprinkle KT strategy on the top,

[00:08:09] you're gonna have a very strong social presence.

[00:08:11] And that's why I like it even though,

[00:08:14] front face value might be completely opposite.

[00:08:17] I think they both work together.

[00:08:19] So I'm gonna be one of the one testing

[00:08:21] how they work together

[00:08:23] because I'm gonna be implementing your strategy.

[00:08:24] Can you just say that's my commitment?

[00:08:28] What do you think to that?

[00:08:30] You're like, oh my God, that was so good Luis.

[00:08:31] Yeah.

[00:08:32] Yeah.

[00:08:34] No, no, and I think that's the thing

[00:08:36] is if this strategy is designed

[00:08:38] so that if you are wanting to put,

[00:08:41] I mean like if you wanna do this strategy four times a day,

[00:08:43] you can if you're crazy like you guys.

[00:08:48] But I mean, like if you want to post less

[00:08:50] and only post three, four times a week,

[00:08:52] you can use this strategy and it still works.

[00:08:54] So it's really designed,

[00:08:56] it's designed to not only use these different platforms

[00:09:00] in the way that these platforms

[00:09:01] want you to create content.

[00:09:03] It allows you to remain consistent.

[00:09:04] It allows you to really elaborate

[00:09:07] and build your community and not get burnt out

[00:09:09] because that is one of the biggest problems

[00:09:12] for so many business owners

[00:09:15] is that not all of us sign up to be a business owner

[00:09:18] to also be a content creator.

[00:09:20] And it's, they go hand in hand now.

[00:09:24] Like you said, like if you're creating some form

[00:09:26] of long form content,

[00:09:28] how can you push this out there

[00:09:30] and grow your business, grow your community?

[00:09:32] And it's gone are the days of just using stock imagery

[00:09:38] and you know, canva templates.

[00:09:40] Now we actually have to have somebody

[00:09:42] that's willing to show up

[00:09:43] and share their brilliance with the world.

[00:09:45] Yeah, absolutely.

[00:09:46] If you still use stock images,

[00:09:51] I'm not gonna say anything else,

[00:09:52] but you know, I'm very upset at you right now.

[00:09:54] Not you Katie, at whoever is using stock images.

[00:09:57] Now, Katie, I'm very curious on,

[00:09:59] you know, the contrast,

[00:10:00] the before and the after

[00:10:02] on how that looked like for you, right?

[00:10:05] I'm guessing something had to happen

[00:10:07] for you to experiment and reach this strategy.

[00:10:13] And I'm curious, how did it look like

[00:10:15] before you actually started implementing, right?

[00:10:18] On terms of, you know, your bandwidth,

[00:10:20] your energy where you burn burning out, right?

[00:10:23] Also monetary results in your business

[00:10:25] where you're seeing any sort of results

[00:10:27] with whatever previous strategy you were using.

[00:10:29] And then what is the contrast

[00:10:31] on when you started doing the for post strategy?

[00:10:35] Man, that is a very long, long answer here.

[00:10:38] And it's because I created a strategy one

[00:10:42] because I was lit, no joke.

[00:10:44] I was underneath my desk crying one day at the office

[00:10:48] because I was burnt out.

[00:10:49] I couldn't bring myself to post anymore.

[00:10:51] I didn't have anything to say.

[00:10:52] My business wasn't scaling.

[00:10:54] I was having to pay bills.

[00:10:56] I was trying to do all these things

[00:10:58] and literally like I went to the office,

[00:11:00] I turned on my computer and I just started crying.

[00:11:03] And I didn't know where to even begin.

[00:11:06] And I knew I needed to post on social media

[00:11:08] if I wanted to get more clients.

[00:11:10] But it was just this giant snowball of

[00:11:13] I don't know what to do, but I know I have to do it.

[00:11:17] And I don't want to do it.

[00:11:19] I don't want to share, you know,

[00:11:22] I don't want to do like a talking video with myself,

[00:11:25] you know, wearing different wigs and stuff.

[00:11:27] I don't want to do that.

[00:11:29] I don't want to, you know, go and dance

[00:11:31] and do all the like that's not me.

[00:11:34] Now, you know, we've had the opportunity

[00:11:36] to hang out IRL before.

[00:11:39] And I'm pretty outgoing in real life.

[00:11:43] I am pretty silly, but I really have a hard time

[00:11:48] doing that alone in a room.

[00:11:51] It's just not who I am.

[00:11:52] I am a geriatric millennial,

[00:11:55] a term that I hated at first,

[00:11:57] but now I'm kind of like, oh, OK, I'll take it.

[00:11:59] So it's people that are born between, I think, 1978 and 1983.

[00:12:04] And essentially we grew up alongside of the internet.

[00:12:10] Like, I remember typing DOS commands into my computer.

[00:12:13] I remember, you know, using a floppy disk, you know.

[00:12:17] So I mean, I didn't, social media didn't come out

[00:12:20] till I was literally almost done with college.

[00:12:23] So it's weird for me to navigate what I'm doing

[00:12:27] at every moment of the day, every day.

[00:12:29] Like, you know, my cousins are on Snapchat

[00:12:32] and they just take pictures of their like

[00:12:34] their foreheads in the ceiling

[00:12:36] and like send it to all their friends.

[00:12:37] I'm like, what is this?

[00:12:39] And it's like, oh, streak.

[00:12:40] I don't get it.

[00:12:41] But I mean, like, this is where I get

[00:12:44] that it's hard to show up on social media.

[00:12:46] And especially too, if you're a little camera shy,

[00:12:51] it can feel just like a giant dread, but you have to do it.

[00:12:55] You have to.

[00:12:56] And how can you do it?

[00:12:57] How can you build this community

[00:12:59] and how can you grow your business

[00:13:00] without necessarily having to show your face every day,

[00:13:05] all day.

[00:13:06] And there's different ways to create content

[00:13:09] on these platforms.

[00:13:10] I guess kind of last thought on this is that,

[00:13:14] you know, during COVID is when TikTok really took off

[00:13:18] because we all had nothing better to do.

[00:13:20] And so TikTok took off, short form video took off.

[00:13:23] Then, you know, Instagram reels, you know,

[00:13:25] they came in and everyone had to be doing reels.

[00:13:28] Well, as a social media agency owner,

[00:13:30] I have access to a lot of different social media accounts.

[00:13:36] I can see different algorithms.

[00:13:38] I can see different feeds.

[00:13:40] And one of the things I noticed was

[00:13:43] how different all of my clients' feeds were.

[00:13:47] And that's when I really started thinking about,

[00:13:50] okay, all of us have different feeds.

[00:13:52] We're being shown different content

[00:13:53] because we're all consuming a different way.

[00:13:56] We can't just be relying on these algorithms to be like,

[00:13:58] okay, well, Katie posted again

[00:14:00] because Kim might not look at a single image post on Instagram.

[00:14:06] She only sees reels anymore.

[00:14:08] So it really allowed me to think critically

[00:14:12] about how really you can show up effectively

[00:14:16] on each social media platform while not burning out.

[00:14:21] Yeah, I think that's super important.

[00:14:24] And, you know, I think over the last couple of months,

[00:14:27] I've seen a trend also on bigger creators,

[00:14:30] especially YouTubers that are feeling it

[00:14:33] where it's like, well, we're in this rat race

[00:14:36] of creation, constant creation.

[00:14:38] Content creation is a new nine to five.

[00:14:41] They're feeling very overworked.

[00:14:43] And this is full-time creators,

[00:14:46] let alone they don't run a business.

[00:14:48] So imagine for a business owner,

[00:14:50] it could be a small, medium,

[00:14:52] or even a large business owner.

[00:14:54] It could be like really changing, balancing all that.

[00:14:56] So the trend that we've seen

[00:14:57] is people just going more real,

[00:15:00] less production value,

[00:15:02] but more value over the message,

[00:15:04] which is something that we've said since day one

[00:15:05] that we started the show four years ago.

[00:15:07] Quality of the message over quality of the production,

[00:15:10] 100% of the time.

[00:15:11] And one example was one of the latest interviews

[00:15:13] with Ali Abdao and Jay Klaus.

[00:15:16] At least it says, look,

[00:15:18] this is gonna be a new format that we're gonna be doing.

[00:15:20] It's like uncut conversation.

[00:15:22] And if somebody gets value of this, great.

[00:15:24] If somebody doesn't, that's great too.

[00:15:27] This is between us and I hope people do that.

[00:15:30] And I literally watched the whole thing

[00:15:32] and it was very valuable because it was a topic

[00:15:34] that we're actually considering doing.

[00:15:36] And I think that's the direction

[00:15:37] that a lot of creators are going.

[00:15:39] Even Mr. Beast, Mr. Beast did just a 10 minute video lately

[00:15:43] that it was one shot.

[00:15:44] Obviously high production.

[00:15:46] They have like 50 different cameras,

[00:15:48] but it was like one shot.

[00:15:50] So the planning on that or the execution

[00:15:52] was minimal compared to other videos

[00:15:54] that they've done in the past.

[00:15:55] So as a creator and as a business owner,

[00:15:58] I think today more important than ever,

[00:16:00] I mean, you have also private lives that we live.

[00:16:03] You know, we're just talking about the kids

[00:16:04] and soccer and all this.

[00:16:06] How do we can create a system

[00:16:08] with our resources or team members

[00:16:09] that we might or might not have

[00:16:11] that we can still be consistent and get the results?

[00:16:14] You know, and speaking of results, Katie,

[00:16:15] what are some of the things that you started noticing

[00:16:18] when you started executing on your strategy

[00:16:20] or some of the wins that maybe your customers

[00:16:24] have had with this strategy?

[00:16:26] Yeah, I think that, please don't do what I did.

[00:16:31] But like I said, I was crying at my computer.

[00:16:33] Don't do that anyways.

[00:16:34] But I mean, I didn't want to post.

[00:16:37] And this is really hard for me to have a social media agency.

[00:16:40] And so for a whole month, I only did three posts

[00:16:46] on social media, but it was my best month in profit ever.

[00:16:51] Again, don't do what I did.

[00:16:53] But this is when things really clicked for me of,

[00:16:58] wait a second, how am I showing up?

[00:17:00] How am I building my community

[00:17:01] and what value am I giving?

[00:17:03] And everything turned into a theme.

[00:17:08] So without going too far down this rabbit hole is,

[00:17:12] what is the big takeaway that you want?

[00:17:14] What's the big action you want people to take?

[00:17:16] Is it to follow you?

[00:17:18] Is it to sign up for your email list?

[00:17:20] Is it to listen to your podcast?

[00:17:22] What is the big action you want them to take

[00:17:24] and how are you going to use your content

[00:17:27] to get them there?

[00:17:28] Because nobody goes to Instagram to listen to a podcast.

[00:17:32] They just don't.

[00:17:33] They go to Apple or Spotify or Good Pods or whatever.

[00:17:37] How are you going to get these people

[00:17:39] that have opened up their phones to kill time

[00:17:42] to then go listen to your 30-minute show?

[00:17:46] And it was by creating a way of making people problem aware,

[00:17:52] showing my thought leadership, elaborating on this problem,

[00:17:57] building a community, how I overcame this problem,

[00:18:00] and then asking them to take action.

[00:18:03] And it was just in those simple posts

[00:18:04] and it was showing up a different way,

[00:18:08] leading them along this customer journey

[00:18:11] that I had more signups than ever.

[00:18:14] I had my busiest sales month.

[00:18:17] I gained followers.

[00:18:19] And I was like, maybe I'm onto something here.

[00:18:20] So if I'm doing this

[00:18:21] and really just not even putting a ton of effort into it,

[00:18:25] I'm just doing it because I know

[00:18:26] I need to have somewhat of a presence.

[00:18:29] What would it be like if I actually applied this

[00:18:31] with a strategy and it all changed?

[00:18:34] So cool.

[00:18:38] Again, we've talked a lot about this strategy.

[00:18:40] I want to dive in a little bit into the strategy.

[00:18:44] People listening right now,

[00:18:46] especially somebody that are probably more like me,

[00:18:48] they're like, I don't want to live in social media.

[00:18:52] I understand the whole point of community.

[00:18:54] I love community.

[00:18:56] I think there's places where you can host your community

[00:19:00] and spend more time in there without being distracted

[00:19:04] with all the other aspects of social media.

[00:19:06] When I want to connect with somebody,

[00:19:08] I'm like, oh yeah, I'm going to go to Facebook

[00:19:09] and reach out to this person.

[00:19:11] 20 minutes later, I'm like, why am I on Facebook?

[00:19:13] I totally forgot what I'm here.

[00:19:15] And then I was like, oh yeah,

[00:19:16] I was going to reach out to this person.

[00:19:18] So what is the strategy?

[00:19:20] What are those four posts?

[00:19:22] How can we break it down for somebody

[00:19:23] that is ready to implement it?

[00:19:26] I mean, obviously, besides reaching out to you,

[00:19:28] besides getting your book, the social shift.

[00:19:32] What else?

[00:19:32] What are the nitty-gritty inside of this strategy?

[00:19:35] Well, and Fonzie, I think that too,

[00:19:38] with this strategy,

[00:19:40] it's designed to eliminate a lot of the stress

[00:19:44] and the overwhelm.

[00:19:45] But our good friend, Alex Sanfilippo,

[00:19:48] he and I did a training together

[00:19:50] and he implements it.

[00:19:51] And I think he has one of the strongest communities online

[00:19:55] out there.

[00:19:55] And he doesn't, man, that guy,

[00:19:58] for being a millennial,

[00:20:00] he has zero apps on his phone.

[00:20:03] He doesn't even have email on his phone.

[00:20:05] It's insane.

[00:20:06] He has an Apple, but he doesn't do it.

[00:20:08] It's crazy.

[00:20:10] I think that I'm not saying that social media is evil,

[00:20:14] obviously, it's fantastic.

[00:20:17] But with the way that we've just gotten into this rat race,

[00:20:21] so many people are getting burnt out

[00:20:23] and then they're abandoning social media

[00:20:26] altogether for their business

[00:20:27] and saying, ah, it doesn't work.

[00:20:29] And so one of the very first things

[00:20:31] before we even get into the strategy,

[00:20:34] I think that you need to consider is

[00:20:37] what platforms do I enjoy being on

[00:20:39] and where am I seeing results now?

[00:20:42] Because if you, I hate TikTok.

[00:20:45] I said it.

[00:20:46] I hate TikTok.

[00:20:47] A short form video just is not for this girl.

[00:20:51] I get that it's, you know,

[00:20:53] 148 million people in the United States are on it.

[00:20:56] There's a lot of people

[00:20:57] that I'm missing out on touching on TikTok,

[00:20:59] but it's not for me

[00:21:01] because I have to actually engage on the platform.

[00:21:04] I have to watch other people's content

[00:21:07] and I just got done saying

[00:21:08] I don't really like creating video.

[00:21:14] I have to if I'm going to be on TikTok.

[00:21:18] So know where you want to be.

[00:21:20] Up until 2023,

[00:21:22] I was only on Instagram and LinkedIn.

[00:21:25] I wasn't on Facebook.

[00:21:27] And so I mean like this is where

[00:21:29] you don't need to be everywhere.

[00:21:31] Be on the platforms

[00:21:32] that you enjoy creating content on

[00:21:34] and be on the platforms

[00:21:35] where your clients and customers are.

[00:21:38] Yeah.

[00:21:40] I remember a conversation

[00:21:42] I had with a coach once

[00:21:43] where it was around the time

[00:21:46] that we were trying to decide

[00:21:47] if continue with soccer or not

[00:21:49] and you know if people know our past,

[00:21:51] soccer was our life.

[00:21:52] We wanted to be professional soccer players.

[00:21:54] Right. And I think I got to a point

[00:21:56] in my personal life.

[00:21:57] I don't know if this is true for Fonzie

[00:21:58] but in my side

[00:22:00] that I think the dream was bigger

[00:22:02] than the process

[00:22:03] and by that I mean

[00:22:04] the idea of being a professional soccer player

[00:22:07] at the time was like what was driving me

[00:22:10] but the process

[00:22:11] and the environment that I was in at the time

[00:22:13] I got super burnt out, right?

[00:22:15] And then I was not willing to put in the work

[00:22:18] because of whatever reasons

[00:22:19] obviously starts with me personally

[00:22:21] but also I felt like

[00:22:24] I didn't have the right coach at the time.

[00:22:26] I was getting injured very often.

[00:22:27] I was like overtired

[00:22:28] like all these things

[00:22:29] that didn't allow me to get there, right?

[00:22:31] So I was burned out from the process itself.

[00:22:34] So I had a really hard conversation

[00:22:37] at that point

[00:22:38] where it was like

[00:22:39] when I made the decision in my head

[00:22:40] that being a professional

[00:22:41] was not going to be the thing

[00:22:44] that I wasn't really enjoying the process

[00:22:47] going to practice every single day

[00:22:48] and putting in the work every single day

[00:22:50] and doing all this every single day, right?

[00:22:51] And now when we translate it into

[00:22:53] being a business owner, right?

[00:22:55] Or even a content creator

[00:22:57] like that's something

[00:22:58] that comes often in my head

[00:22:59] where it's like wow

[00:23:00] how many of us business owners

[00:23:01] or creators are thinking about

[00:23:03] are we really enjoying

[00:23:04] the process of creation?

[00:23:05] Are we really enjoying

[00:23:06] the process of marketing?

[00:23:08] Are we really enjoying the process of

[00:23:11] executing or fulfilling our service, right?

[00:23:14] And I think most of the answers to that

[00:23:18] might be surprising for a lot of people

[00:23:20] because when we do an honest assessment

[00:23:22] of those elements

[00:23:24] we might find some things

[00:23:26] that we don't enjoy 100%

[00:23:27] including the creation, right?

[00:23:28] We just follow advice

[00:23:30] that we see on social

[00:23:30] that we see on YouTube

[00:23:31] that we see experts on stages

[00:23:34] speaking about like

[00:23:34] you need to be on whatever platform

[00:23:36] like you just said

[00:23:37] you hate TikTok

[00:23:37] I don't enjoy TikTok either

[00:23:39] like it's mostly not on my phone

[00:23:41] and on our side

[00:23:43] we call it the safety net

[00:23:44] where it's like one piece of content

[00:23:46] that serves for multiple platforms

[00:23:48] that's what we put in there

[00:23:50] is collected some kind of

[00:23:51] user engagement

[00:23:52] but we are 100% aware

[00:23:55] that our engagement

[00:23:56] is not going to be on that platform

[00:23:57] our engagement is in platforms

[00:23:58] like Instagram for example

[00:24:00] or Facebook for example

[00:24:01] or LinkedIn now more than ever

[00:24:02] with our studio

[00:24:05] and I think being completely honest

[00:24:07] with like are we actually

[00:24:08] enjoying the process of this?

[00:24:10] This is how we can make it sustainable

[00:24:12] because guess what?

[00:24:12] Even if you delegate

[00:24:14] whatever that you're doing for that

[00:24:16] and you have team members in that

[00:24:18] we have to have some level of involvement

[00:24:20] to be able to give feedback

[00:24:22] to be able to

[00:24:23] have our meetings, conversations

[00:24:24] and improve in the process, right?

[00:24:27] So at that point

[00:24:28] I love that you bring it on

[00:24:29] because I think a lot of people

[00:24:31] don't see it

[00:24:31] until they're like deep in it

[00:24:33] and they're like

[00:24:33] oh my life around this

[00:24:35] is falling apart

[00:24:36] and I don't know why

[00:24:37] it might be because of that

[00:24:39] exactly same reason

[00:24:40] that we're talking about today

[00:24:42] Well, Louise I think too

[00:24:43] you know you think about it

[00:24:44] and the big creators

[00:24:47] typically have one main platform

[00:24:50] where they have the majority

[00:24:51] of their followers

[00:24:52] and they're producing

[00:24:53] the highest quality content

[00:24:55] and I get it

[00:24:56] there's schedulers out there

[00:24:57] I mean for crying out loud

[00:24:58] Mena makes it all

[00:24:59] so all you have to do is

[00:25:00] toggle a little button

[00:25:02] so you can share across platforms

[00:25:04] but you know all of these platforms

[00:25:08] were created with their own purpose

[00:25:10] and their own identity

[00:25:11] and their own culture

[00:25:12] if you're copying

[00:25:13] and pasting the content

[00:25:14] across all the platforms

[00:25:16] you're missing out really

[00:25:18] on creating a community

[00:25:20] and maximizing the way

[00:25:22] that the platform

[00:25:23] wants you to create

[00:25:25] and I get with short form video

[00:25:27] it's a little bit different

[00:25:28] but hear me out on this

[00:25:30] the culture between TikTok videos

[00:25:32] Instagram videos

[00:25:34] and YouTube shorts

[00:25:35] is very different

[00:25:37] I mean you'll see

[00:25:39] an Instagram video

[00:25:41] a trending kind of reel on Instagram

[00:25:44] and people on TikTok are like

[00:25:46] that was cool like two months ago

[00:25:48] like here's Instagram

[00:25:49] being late to the party again

[00:25:51] and again it's because

[00:25:52] there's that different culture

[00:25:53] it's a different way of creating

[00:25:54] so you can't just create

[00:25:57] a piece of content

[00:25:58] and press it out there

[00:25:59] and be like oh yeah

[00:26:01] here it is I did it now

[00:26:03] everyone sign up to work with me

[00:26:04] because there is a different way

[00:26:06] of creating

[00:26:07] and cultivating that community

[00:26:09] yeah absolutely

[00:26:11] yeah 100%

[00:26:14] my challenge in there is the

[00:26:16] I would say the engagement

[00:26:18] that is needed right in a way

[00:26:20] like people are always like

[00:26:21] oh you gotta engage

[00:26:22] you gotta engage

[00:26:22] and I'm like

[00:26:23] I love engaging with people

[00:26:24] I love talking to people

[00:26:25] but at the same time

[00:26:27] I'm not the biggest fan

[00:26:28] of just like scrolling

[00:26:29] and then I turn into you know

[00:26:30] this turns into the scroll of doom

[00:26:32] and you know three hours later

[00:26:34] I'm like what am I doing here

[00:26:35] who am I you know

[00:26:37] the existential crisis

[00:26:38] all these things

[00:26:39] so I'm curious when you're in

[00:26:41] how do you solve that right

[00:26:43] because I'm sure part of it is

[00:26:46] again curating those relationships

[00:26:48] and building you know

[00:26:51] good relationships

[00:26:52] and for that

[00:26:53] you need some sort of engagement

[00:26:54] so I'm curious how do you

[00:26:55] how are you managing that

[00:26:57] you know within your strategy

[00:26:58] with the four posts

[00:26:59] like to not spend yourself

[00:27:02] so much time into these apps

[00:27:05] so I'm gonna let you know

[00:27:07] another secret

[00:27:08] so I'm on three platforms

[00:27:10] LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

[00:27:12] I'm only on them for 10 minutes

[00:27:13] each of them 10 minutes a day

[00:27:15] so that's 30 minutes a day

[00:27:16] on social media

[00:27:17] and you know on Monday

[00:27:19] Wednesday Friday

[00:27:20] I'm engaging with ideal clients

[00:27:22] and customers

[00:27:24] on Tuesdays I engage

[00:27:26] with my power partners

[00:27:27] so typically people

[00:27:29] who have the same ideal

[00:27:31] client and customer as me

[00:27:33] and on Thursdays

[00:27:34] I'm just engaging with

[00:27:35] my followers in the feed

[00:27:37] people that are the algorithm

[00:27:38] things I should engage with

[00:27:40] and then on weekends

[00:27:41] it's kind of here and there

[00:27:43] but we're pretty busy

[00:27:44] most of the time

[00:27:45] it's just in the car

[00:27:46] when we're going to different sporting events

[00:27:47] and I'm like oh

[00:27:48] I'll go ahead and pop on into Facebook

[00:27:50] or whatever

[00:27:50] so pretty much have like

[00:27:52] this is where again

[00:27:52] I'm very cognizant of the time

[00:27:55] that I'm spending on these platforms

[00:27:57] yeah

[00:27:58] yeah so all right

[00:28:01] very tactical question

[00:28:02] right is it on your phone

[00:28:04] you'll be like okay

[00:28:04] this is my Instagram time

[00:28:06] you go to your Instagram app

[00:28:07] do you use the software to do this right

[00:28:10] I love the idea of time blocking

[00:28:12] I've executed it

[00:28:13] not successfully for a long time

[00:28:16] there we are

[00:28:17] this is what I use yes

[00:28:19] okay for those listening right now

[00:28:20] she's showing like this cube

[00:28:21] that has a ton of like a timer

[00:28:23] on each of the sides

[00:28:25] and it beeps

[00:28:26] so yeah that my Apple Watch

[00:28:27] I have it right

[00:28:28] so I've been successfully

[00:28:29] been able to do it with email

[00:28:30] I've successfully been doing it

[00:28:32] with DMs on an app called

[00:28:33] texts that Fonzie discovered for us

[00:28:35] which is great

[00:28:36] and then but now my next level

[00:28:38] is the engagement on social

[00:28:40] so but I know you know

[00:28:43] tools and tactics and things

[00:28:44] you know are exciting for many people

[00:28:46] so what do you go on your phone

[00:28:48] or is it a special app

[00:28:49] that compiles everything for you

[00:28:50] like how do you do it

[00:28:52] yeah I think that

[00:28:53] with having the different tools

[00:28:55] like there is a great tool

[00:28:57] called $1.80 for Instagram

[00:28:59] that one's a good tool

[00:29:02] it's kind of built off of the Gary V

[00:29:04] give you know 90 people your two cents

[00:29:07] that's a good that's a good tool

[00:29:09] but honestly I just go in

[00:29:11] I have a real high tech

[00:29:13] Google sheet of different hashtags

[00:29:16] that I need to engage with

[00:29:17] for ideal clients

[00:29:19] and then like I know

[00:29:20] like on Instagram

[00:29:21] you can have the different

[00:29:23] like lists

[00:29:24] and so I have my list

[00:29:25] of close friends

[00:29:26] which are my power partners

[00:29:28] and so I just go into my

[00:29:29] my close friends engage with them

[00:29:31] but I mostly just do it on my desktop

[00:29:34] because I can get both

[00:29:36] you know all 10 digits going

[00:29:37] and engage quicker

[00:29:40] with more people that way

[00:29:42] than doing it on my phone

[00:29:43] and getting both thumbs going

[00:29:45] I mean really the

[00:29:47] it's not in how many comments you do

[00:29:50] it's in how impactful your comments are

[00:29:54] so gone are the days

[00:29:56] of the three heart emojis

[00:29:57] or the three fire emojis for

[00:29:59] you know God's sake

[00:30:00] please just stop with the three emojis

[00:30:02] that's not a valuable comment

[00:30:04] in any way shape or form

[00:30:06] like just read the the caption

[00:30:08] or look at the picture

[00:30:10] and comment on the picture

[00:30:12] it's crazy you know be social

[00:30:16] and it works wonders

[00:30:18] when you do that

[00:30:19] yeah absolutely now I

[00:30:22] I love this because

[00:30:23] it's so accessible for a lot of people

[00:30:24] I think you know

[00:30:26] it goes hand in hand with

[00:30:27] you know what we've been leaning on

[00:30:28] everybody needs their own system right

[00:30:30] and I think like this is a roadmap

[00:30:31] for people to

[00:30:33] at least start grabbing some of that

[00:30:35] you know I think

[00:30:36] so far we've talked about

[00:30:38] it's not obviously about the volume

[00:30:40] it's about the value

[00:30:41] of what we share as well

[00:30:42] obviously go check out

[00:30:44] we're gonna put all the links

[00:30:45] right below

[00:30:45] so you can you know dive deep

[00:30:46] into Katie's strategy of the four posts

[00:30:48] it's literally four posts a week

[00:30:50] yeah definitely get her book

[00:30:53] blocking the calendar

[00:30:54] for your social engagement

[00:30:56] you know just be intentional

[00:30:57] with your engagement right

[00:30:58] it doesn't have to be three hours

[00:31:00] of doom scrolling

[00:31:02] you know look at the pictures

[00:31:03] what are the people you know

[00:31:04] Katie shared the list of

[00:31:06] you know the close friends

[00:31:07] the power partners right

[00:31:09] the people that you really want

[00:31:11] to connect with

[00:31:12] what we call you know

[00:31:13] and you can create lists on Facebook too

[00:31:15] exactly

[00:31:15] so you can yeah

[00:31:17] I like that for me

[00:31:18] I see it as creating constraints

[00:31:21] within the objective

[00:31:22] that you want to create right

[00:31:24] rather than okay I have to engage

[00:31:26] set up the timer for 20 minutes

[00:31:27] which is one constraint

[00:31:28] and then just go to Facebook

[00:31:30] and be like all right

[00:31:30] let me figure it out here

[00:31:32] because then you have

[00:31:33] more variables that can

[00:31:35] cause a lot of distraction right

[00:31:36] you have your feed

[00:31:38] for once that is going to

[00:31:38] cause a lot of distraction

[00:31:40] maybe you see I have a lot of

[00:31:41] notifications or messages

[00:31:43] I haven't read

[00:31:44] but if you have you know

[00:31:45] the constraint of the timer

[00:31:46] and then you also have a

[00:31:47] constraint of

[00:31:48] you know specific list feed right

[00:31:50] curated feed

[00:31:51] that you have to go through

[00:31:53] it's gonna help you kind of like

[00:31:54] stay on your lane

[00:31:55] and actually execute on that

[00:31:57] so I love that

[00:31:58] I love the fact that you place

[00:32:00] these constraints around

[00:32:02] your own processes

[00:32:03] Kitty um

[00:32:05] so sorry go ahead

[00:32:07] sorry Luis

[00:32:08] no I was gonna ask

[00:32:09] about the transition right

[00:32:10] because people are like okay great

[00:32:11] I know

[00:32:12] you know the amount

[00:32:13] and the things that I gotta post

[00:32:15] every single week

[00:32:15] I know that I have to put in time

[00:32:17] and engage with the people

[00:32:18] that are engaging with my content

[00:32:19] or that I want to proactively seek

[00:32:21] right now how do we transition

[00:32:23] what has been

[00:32:24] maybe some of the successful case

[00:32:25] studies that

[00:32:26] that you've seen with your agency

[00:32:27] maybe with yourself

[00:32:28] or like okay

[00:32:28] it's from post to comment

[00:32:30] to invite to a DM

[00:32:31] into a call

[00:32:31] and to a service

[00:32:32] like what's that path

[00:32:34] that you've seen

[00:32:34] or maybe it's to a low ticket offer

[00:32:36] and then there's a funnel

[00:32:37] on the back end

[00:32:38] what are some examples

[00:32:38] that you can share with us

[00:32:39] specifically

[00:32:41] success with this

[00:32:43] yeah and I think that too

[00:32:44] hopefully everyone kind of feels

[00:32:46] a little bit of a sigh of relief

[00:32:47] of how they have to show up

[00:32:49] it's this this system is designed to

[00:32:52] the whole content

[00:32:53] I mean I'm kind of putting

[00:32:56] both of us out of a job here

[00:32:57] but the whole system is designed

[00:32:59] so that it takes you

[00:33:00] about an hour a week

[00:33:01] to create the content

[00:33:03] and then the rest of the time

[00:33:04] that the content is being

[00:33:06] you know has been created

[00:33:07] that you would typically be spending

[00:33:09] creating content

[00:33:10] or just engaging

[00:33:11] and building community

[00:33:13] so some of the people

[00:33:15] that you know have started

[00:33:16] implementing the four post strategy

[00:33:18] one they get their time back

[00:33:19] which is the most important thing

[00:33:21] as somebody that's a business owner

[00:33:23] but some people have seen

[00:33:24] like an 1100 percent increase

[00:33:26] in you know reach

[00:33:28] in the first you know

[00:33:29] since they start implementing it

[00:33:30] and then another person

[00:33:31] saw like 250 percent increase

[00:33:33] in engagement

[00:33:34] since they started implementing this

[00:33:35] so more people are engaging

[00:33:37] more people are seeing your content

[00:33:39] and again it's kind of taking

[00:33:41] control back over the algorithm

[00:33:44] and using it in your favor

[00:33:46] like all right I know

[00:33:47] that I want to get

[00:33:50] so I launched the podcast

[00:33:52] production division

[00:33:53] of my company in early 2024

[00:33:55] and I want more clients

[00:33:57] that need help with that

[00:33:58] so how am I going to get

[00:33:59] more clients in

[00:34:00] and it was by posting

[00:34:03] valuable content

[00:34:04] making people problem aware

[00:34:05] that they were struggling

[00:34:06] with this elaborating

[00:34:08] on some of my best tips

[00:34:10] building community

[00:34:11] on how I did this

[00:34:12] and then four asking people

[00:34:14] to take action

[00:34:15] asking them to leave social media

[00:34:18] to go one step further with me

[00:34:20] and I mean that's just for sales calls

[00:34:23] but if you want people

[00:34:24] to listen to the show

[00:34:26] I mean we're having

[00:34:27] this conversation right now

[00:34:28] but we don't know who's

[00:34:29] on the other side

[00:34:30] who's listening

[00:34:31] wouldn't that be awesome

[00:34:32] to know who's listening

[00:34:34] well if you have in your action posts

[00:34:36] ask people to do hashtag podcast

[00:34:39] now you can see okay

[00:34:41] these people have given me

[00:34:43] public access

[00:34:44] to slide into their dms

[00:34:46] they have said

[00:34:47] Katie Brinkley is welcome in my dms

[00:34:50] you know general public

[00:34:52] so it's not weird

[00:34:52] for you to go in there

[00:34:53] and say like hey

[00:34:54] Fonzie I saw that you

[00:34:55] you know commented podcast

[00:34:57] here's the link

[00:34:58] I'd love to know

[00:34:59] what you think of the episode

[00:35:01] afterwards

[00:35:02] I can you know a week later

[00:35:03] and be like hey

[00:35:03] what was your biggest takeaway

[00:35:04] did you like it

[00:35:05] what do you think of Joe Schmo

[00:35:07] I can actually have a conversation

[00:35:09] with my listener

[00:35:10] how cool is that

[00:35:11] and it's it's

[00:35:12] when you ask people

[00:35:14] you know to

[00:35:15] leave a comment on your post

[00:35:17] it's way better than sending them

[00:35:18] to the link in your bio

[00:35:20] or just you know saying like

[00:35:21] a link is in the comments

[00:35:24] I mean you're not going to

[00:35:25] maybe you'll have eight people

[00:35:27] that comment hashtag podcast

[00:35:28] or whatever

[00:35:29] but it's eight people

[00:35:31] that you can then go

[00:35:33] and nurture

[00:35:34] you can

[00:35:35] where are you at with your business

[00:35:37] have you been a regular

[00:35:38] listener to the show

[00:35:39] do you want to start a podcast

[00:35:41] have you

[00:35:42] have you ordered the book

[00:35:43] you know whatever

[00:35:44] you can actually talk

[00:35:45] to some of your biggest fans

[00:35:47] yeah I think we often overlooked

[00:35:50] the power of those comments

[00:35:52] and the people that

[00:35:53] you know are in there

[00:35:54] because we're so

[00:35:56] I think desensitized

[00:35:57] to big numbers

[00:35:58] everybody's like yo

[00:35:59] 100 comments

[00:36:00] or a thousand views

[00:36:02] or a million views right

[00:36:03] and I don't think we

[00:36:05] we understand like

[00:36:06] the volume that that is

[00:36:07] and I remember like

[00:36:08] our early success

[00:36:10] with our 45 live

[00:36:11] we did I think after day 20

[00:36:12] of doing something

[00:36:13] we did a post with

[00:36:14] that was very direct was like

[00:36:16] hey we're looking for

[00:36:17] for feedback

[00:36:17] and to jump on calls

[00:36:19] about this specific topic

[00:36:20] and we were looking only

[00:36:21] for five people

[00:36:22] and we jumped on calls with 20

[00:36:24] and that changed

[00:36:25] and designed a service

[00:36:26] that we've been sailing

[00:36:27] for the last four years

[00:36:28] which has been crazy right

[00:36:30] yeah and it was

[00:36:31] we're looking for five right

[00:36:33] and you know in that video

[00:36:34] with Jay Claus and Ali

[00:36:35] I just have it so fresh

[00:36:36] Jay that's really good

[00:36:38] at building community

[00:36:39] he says you only need five people

[00:36:41] right and that's it

[00:36:42] like that that's what

[00:36:44] it takes to to grab traction

[00:36:46] I think people just overlook that

[00:36:47] and go for those big numbers

[00:36:49] without realizing

[00:36:50] there's so much potential

[00:36:51] in those you know

[00:36:52] smaller numbers

[00:36:53] or smaller connections

[00:36:54] or intentional conversations

[00:36:55] that we can have every day

[00:36:56] so yeah people are consistently

[00:36:59] chasing that virality

[00:37:00] and I like how you put it

[00:37:01] desensitized

[00:37:03] you know to these numbers

[00:37:04] because that's why you mostly see

[00:37:06] when you're scrolling right

[00:37:07] you see more of

[00:37:09] you know that bigger content

[00:37:11] that gets hundreds

[00:37:12] and hundreds of you know

[00:37:14] DM come in the world scale

[00:37:16] and I'll send you something

[00:37:17] you know and it's all automated

[00:37:18] but like you said

[00:37:19] there's power in the conversation

[00:37:22] so just invite people

[00:37:24] to open up the conversation

[00:37:26] whether that is one two people

[00:37:27] and again move on from there

[00:37:29] conversations are opportunities

[00:37:32] at the end of the day

[00:37:33] yeah totally

[00:37:34] I mean that's how I grew

[00:37:36] like I said we don't do any paid ads

[00:37:39] and you know we've grown

[00:37:40] we've what we've

[00:37:42] I have a team of eight now you know

[00:37:44] it was us you know

[00:37:46] I was a solo entrepreneur

[00:37:48] working from my couch

[00:37:50] you know on nights weekends

[00:37:51] and on nap times

[00:37:52] when I first started this

[00:37:54] and now I have an agency

[00:37:55] and it was all using

[00:37:57] organic strategies

[00:37:59] that you know we now

[00:38:00] that I now teach on so

[00:38:02] so awesome

[00:38:03] so guys if you're listening to this

[00:38:06] we might be in the CEX conference

[00:38:09] so we're going to be speaking there

[00:38:11] if you guys want to find out more

[00:38:12] those topics

[00:38:13] and obviously Katie's book

[00:38:14] all the link is going to be like right below

[00:38:16] Katie thank you so much

[00:38:17] for coming on today

[00:38:18] it was so great

[00:38:20] you know like I said on paper

[00:38:22] our both strategies seem like very opposite

[00:38:24] but at same time

[00:38:25] I think they both complement each other

[00:38:26] based on resources and capacity

[00:38:28] I think to solve a big big problem

[00:38:30] that a lot of business owners have

[00:38:32] so this is so awesome

[00:38:33] so I encourage people

[00:38:34] go find out more about Katie

[00:38:36] and what they do on the agency

[00:38:37] and hopefully this has been helpful

[00:38:39] Katie say any last thoughts

[00:38:40] that you have

[00:38:42] you know going viral

[00:38:44] is not a business strategy

[00:38:45] so show up intentionally on social media

[00:38:48] and focus on you know

[00:38:49] the true intent of social media

[00:38:51] which was to build community

[00:38:53] and connection

[00:38:55] absolutely

[00:38:55] Fonzie any last thoughts

[00:38:57] thank you Katie

[00:38:57] I appreciate it

[00:38:58] this was absolutely amazing

[00:39:00] I'm definitely gonna

[00:39:01] look further into this

[00:39:02] try to dive into it

[00:39:03] and remove myself

[00:39:05] and buy myself a dumb phone

[00:39:07] guys with that said

[00:39:10] thank you so much

[00:39:11] for tuning into the

[00:39:12] Quentin's Prophet Podcast

[00:39:13] go ahead and follow the show

[00:39:14] in your favorite podcasting platform

[00:39:16] and on social media

[00:39:17] at the Beast Bro's Co

[00:39:18] that is Ryan and Katie here

[00:39:20] help you achieve inner peace

[00:39:22] by removing yourself from social media

[00:39:25] please don't forget to share this episode

[00:39:27] and leave a five star review

[00:39:29] see ya

[00:39:29] bye guys
