[00:00:00] You cannot grow your business without growing yourself. If you have a limiting mindset around something,
[00:00:05] I don't care how much strategy you learn. You are going to be stuck in the same place
[00:00:11] financially or impact-wise. How do you market a problem that people might not be aware of?
[00:00:17] The more personal, the more universal.
[00:00:20] The more personal the experiences and the more details you can provide
[00:00:25] Inside of the story, the more universal it becomes where people can self identify and feel connected to you.
[00:00:31] How do they hack into their mindset so they can actually create?
[00:00:36] I start writing
[00:00:37] pen and paper not typing
[00:00:40] exactly what it is of the life that I want but writing it as if it's already happening and especially when it comes to putting yourself
[00:00:47] out there this fear of
[00:00:49] I do more information or I got to shoot this video 50 times to make sure it's perfect in order for me to put it out

[00:01:44] How do you guys stay so consistent and you know 500 plus episodes later the answer is don't let them get away
[00:01:51] And at the end of the day I think because their experience and their message and what they do
[00:01:57] It's amazing is creating a positive impact for who they help on their own businesses
[00:02:02] Which are incredible lessons for the listeners and the viewers. So that's why we put in the effort to do this

[00:02:25] I'm not like when I read that I was very excited
[00:02:28] I was like I need a little push by the way
[00:02:30] We met we met her in person right and I had a conversation and I felt that energy
[00:02:34] I felt that energy and you know when you walk into a room in an event
[00:02:37] You know
[00:02:37] You can feel like the real people and like the notes are real people and she was like a very she was a very real
[00:02:42] Yes
[00:02:43] Something cool that I you know highlight here
[00:02:45] We're gonna probably ask some questions about this is going all in on building their rapid
[00:02:50] Rewire method company and hitting six figures the first year of business and this year multi six figures. Let's go
[00:02:57] We're gonna dive into that. I wish we could hit six figures our first year
[00:03:00] I know we kind of did on paper, but then the money in our bank account didn't hit
[00:03:04] Fine
[00:03:06] She also BS her way into a pure job in her early 20s and
[00:03:11] Changing the way the liquor industry market it by getting the product she represented into celebrity hands
[00:03:17] I cannot wait for this. Maybe I read that right? I don't know
[00:03:20] But anyways guys, please welcome our friend new friend of the podcast possible contents profit Hall of Famer
[00:03:28] I
[00:03:35] Hope I pronounce that properly hopefully you did
[00:03:40] Oh my gosh, can I please just carry both of you with me everywhere I go because your energy
[00:03:47] That your humor is infectious. And yeah, I love it. Thank you. I'm so grateful to be here with you, too
[00:03:53] Thank you appreciate another Tally for it. We are funny. Yes
[00:03:59] My brother's collecting a whole see so real of moments when people say we're funny so he can actually show it to his wife
[00:04:05] Yeah, so she can finally believe that he's funny
[00:04:09] How about this too? You're also so buff
[00:04:18] You are good at bringing people up I can tell you know hyping them up and making them feel real good
[00:04:26] And I want to have about that because you know that actually has to do a lot with mindset
[00:04:30] Which you know, I feel at least like your bread and butter but to start us off
[00:04:34] I want to dive a little bit into that, you know first year six figures and now multiple six figures and
[00:04:41] What was the role of?
[00:04:43] content and relationships in all of that
[00:04:47] 100% so, you know, I had been a subconscious rewiring coach for about 13 years before I started the rapid rewire method
[00:04:54] I had a radically different audience because I was working directly with people to help them unlock, you know
[00:05:01] their greatness essentially
[00:05:04] Noticing what's in their way? What are the limitations?
[00:05:06] What holds them back that maybe they either made up as a child because they misinterpreted information experiences or
[00:05:14] That they were indoctrinated into because of society. Maybe their parents kept saying the same thing to them that was limiting or
[00:05:21] Condescending or you know critical that now they started to believe these things as a child
[00:05:28] Which then you get formed those are your beliefs and then they become adults and they are still what I used to say is
[00:05:34] There's so many
[00:05:36] kids in adult bodies
[00:05:39] Like our consciousness is still so young like based on what we learned as a kid
[00:05:45] And then as an adult you have so many limitations of say you grew up in an environment
[00:05:49] That wasn't conducive for being supportive being encouraging being loving
[00:05:55] Yeah, and I know that you know parents were trying to be their best
[00:05:58] But this is what happens as a kid for many and I know a lot of people's core wounds are you know?
[00:06:04] I'm lovable. I'm not enough. I don't belong and then you have to work through that as an adult
[00:06:09] so I was working with people on how to identify that and then
[00:06:14] transcend that and then two years ago, you know
[00:06:18] two-and-a-half years ago now I
[00:06:21] You know, I'm trained in hypnosis somatic experiencing NLP
[00:06:26] EFT you name it tons of modalities. I work with really high profile high achieving people in my private practice and
[00:06:34] Two and a half years ago. I had a miscarriage and
[00:06:38] That took me out because I when I got pregnant. I was not trying with my partner
[00:06:44] He didn't want more kids. I really did so when it happened, I was like, oh my gosh
[00:06:49] This is our little miracle for meant to be parents. I meant to be a mom
[00:06:52] I felt that that really was my path and then nine and a half weeks later lost the baby
[00:06:57] And so that was really difficult for me to
[00:07:01] Move through and even with all the tools I've been trained in even with this amazing community of coaches healers therapists
[00:07:07] I had
[00:07:08] Surrounded myself with over 13 years
[00:07:11] I was progressively getting worse in the the trauma responses where I couldn't function
[00:07:16] I was getting triggered if I looked at social media everyone was announcing they were pregnant in 2021
[00:07:21] I had days where I was just like suicidal ideation
[00:07:25] Couldn't get out of bed
[00:07:26] I mean it was it was pretty bad and then I ended up getting connected to these tools
[00:07:30] That are the rapid rewire method and literally in one session one 60 minute session
[00:07:36] Process the trauma of miscarriage drained the emotional charge that I couldn't even feel or find sadness or grief in my body anymore
[00:07:42] It was gone. I've never had to revisit it. It's never come back. So that's when I was like, what is this?
[00:07:49] You know
[00:07:50] I thought I had the best and baddest tools and this was something radically different than I'd ever experienced
[00:07:55] And so I went down this path for a little bit and then I got the divine command
[00:07:59] you're meant to bring these tools into the world and
[00:08:02] So then I launched the rapid rewire method so that's how that came to be
[00:08:06] But it's because I was consistently sharing myself online right content
[00:08:13] Showing up doing lives on Facebook on Instagram
[00:08:16] That I had built an audience
[00:08:18] When I was a subconscious rewiring coach now when I had to make this pivot
[00:08:23] We're now focused more on coaches therapists healers. We are still working with a general population or non coaches
[00:08:29] But it took something in terms of how do we create content that can speak to?
[00:08:36] The right target audience that was number one that really benefited, you know being able to hit those six figures is
[00:08:44] So often I think people if you're too general in your content
[00:08:47] You're speaking into the void you have to actually cater your content to be able to have that person who's listening or reading go
[00:08:54] That's me and they self-select and then they end up joining, you know your program or your you know
[00:09:00] Hiring you for your services. So that was really big for us on the content side
[00:09:03] And then the other piece that you mentioned was the relationships. I mean I had
[00:09:11] Relationships are everything to me. It's even in my human design
[00:09:14] it's in all these, you know
[00:09:16] personality tests that I take
[00:09:17] that say I am a community builder and a relationship builder and there's a lot of different ways that I do that and
[00:09:23] Because of that I was able to reach out to a lot of people in my community and
[00:09:28] Because I built trust with them over time as well
[00:09:31] Part of the relationship building right? Yeah, many of them hopped into the training and so we hit you know
[00:09:37] That six figures in the first year. We helped multi six figures our second year and this is we're in our third year right now
[00:09:44] We're on track to hit seven figures now. We're beefing up our
[00:09:47] Our
[00:09:49] Marketing efforts this year. So we are running paid media. We have a lot of great affiliates. But again, how do we have the affiliates?
[00:09:57] Relationships and for us, you know, and then also of course doing content
[00:10:02] we have another new social media manager right now who's I
[00:10:05] still will do a lot of my own content because I
[00:10:08] Feel it's important to have your voice infused in it and not just use chat GPT or someone else who can mimic your voice
[00:10:15] Because it's still your wisdom, right? Yeah, and that cannot be replicated
[00:10:19] so we are hitting it on all different levels in order to continue to drive people to our
[00:10:26] Company and our you know training so that we can really serve
[00:10:31] People deeply and for me this mission is so critical and important
[00:10:36] To liberate people from their suffering that like I don't shut my mouth
[00:10:41] So that's a big part of what enables this business to grow so fast is you know
[00:10:46] We is the relationship building and then also keeping my mouth open on on socials
[00:10:53] So in building that content for people. Yeah, absolutely. Thank you for sharing and before you
[00:10:58] You know sure coming here real quick. I just want to point out for the person listening
[00:11:02] your
[00:11:03] answer was
[00:11:06] Just beautiful like masterful masterfully crafted
[00:11:10] Masterfully crafted, you know, and I'm just you know, I want to dive in obviously into some of the stuff that you just mentioned
[00:11:17] But breaking it down for the person listening
[00:11:20] She started answering this with her story and she really got us invested right showing what was the transformation and
[00:11:28] You know obviously guiding us through her experience and I'm sorry to hear obviously about you know
[00:11:34] the the miscarriage like I can even imagine but
[00:11:38] By you leading us with your story you got a super invested in
[00:11:43] You know the factual answer of the question that I made at the very beginning, right?
[00:11:49] If you would have just give us the answer sure obviously would have been good and interesting
[00:11:54] But the fact that you added that story at the beginning and you showed that transformation why it led you
[00:11:59] You know to the new thing that you're doing right now
[00:12:03] That got people super invested so good lesson here for you listener
[00:12:08] Include the stories right learn your stories write them down
[00:12:12] Practice them because when you are going to answer something if you attach a story to it
[00:12:16] It's gonna be way way more powerful and people are gonna remember it way better as well
[00:12:21] Yeah, 100% and not only that but when I learned this from an old mentor coach
[00:12:27] He said the more personal the more universal
[00:12:31] So the more personal experiences and the more details you can provide
[00:12:36] Inside of the story right where I'm sharing I mean
[00:12:41] It wasn't doing necessarily to follow this formula, but it was very true where I included the facts of suicidal ideation
[00:12:49] Yeah, you know I couldn't even look at social media everyone is
[00:12:53] Announcing they were pregnant in 2021 and that really impacted me so now I can't even look at social media anymore
[00:12:59] There's other elements that I could have brought in I can't get kind of the shorter version
[00:13:02] But when you start giving details of your story
[00:13:05] like if you're talking about your father and how you used to ride on a ranch and
[00:13:09] See his big hands and you pulled the key pull those leather gloves that had
[00:13:13] Mud caked onto it and he felt proud when he would put those on to build up work with the horses
[00:13:19] All those details now people are in the picture with you know and more again detailed and
[00:13:26] Personal the story is the more universal it becomes where people can self identify and feel connected to you
[00:13:33] So I just wanted to share that bit as well. Yeah, I love it. Thank you. Thank you Steph. I
[00:13:38] Mean the master class on storytelling for this obviously, you know, you've been doing it for quite a while
[00:13:44] I'm gonna hopefully we can if if you're down for it
[00:13:49] I would love to show up a path kind of like I wrote my little blueprint right on how you guys are driving
[00:13:54] Those relationships right? So for example on our show we tell everybody, you know every single person that comes to the show
[00:14:00] That's that first relationship friend right and after that is like I'm sure there's opportunities that come along that, you know, I feel it deals
[00:14:08] different, you know referrals connections events and and you know everything that you know
[00:14:14] We've achieved in the last three has come because of this show right and we share that very openly now you share that
[00:14:19] You know, I want to get a little more specific on like your
[00:14:23] Your offering right is I'm assuming is a coaching offer right and how come people like that might be listening
[00:14:28] Maybe it's not a coach if I don't know but people listening
[00:14:31] What if they can grab those elements from starting from that storytelling, right?
[00:14:35] To like their own social media you mentioned that you execute on your social media, you know
[00:14:39] What are what are those elements is it writing? Is it email is a social and then how are you connecting that to?
[00:14:45] Your offer right? Is there a sales page you like people do like sales calls you have
[00:14:50] Conversations with them to lead them into the offer. Is it mid offer low offer?
[00:14:56] Do you have both like how does that look like?
[00:14:59] You can get as specific as you want and then go from there
[00:15:02] Hopefully people can see the path and then plug in where they can in in order to boost their their businesses
[00:15:10] Yeah, oh my gosh, how much time do we have?
[00:15:13] Good I'm like which which funnel do I go down?
[00:15:17] Let's let's go to the your favorite or I guess or the first one the first one that took you to your first six figures
[00:15:23] Yeah, I think that would make more sense honestly for the audience that is listening to this podcast
[00:15:27] Yeah, so I would say again it was a it's always a blend of stuff
[00:15:31] Yeah, something that I always share with new business owners
[00:15:35] will
[00:15:38] Start with one thing and go all in on it one marketing tactic one social media platform one
[00:15:44] Thing that you can go all in on I think when we start to try to do too much
[00:15:48] We're not gonna gain traction
[00:15:50] But then once you build that momentum then start to diversify your marketing efforts because when you do
[00:15:56] You know, we have one machine our training company
[00:16:00] We train people in a set of cutting-edge transformational tools that can release inner barriers limbing beliefs and trauma in 60 minutes
[00:16:08] Or less that's where we're trying to get people to but then what we have now are multiple spokes
[00:16:14] in order to drive people in there because
[00:16:17] You never know what's gonna happen if one of those pieces falls or breaks
[00:16:22] You don't want the entire machine to fall apart
[00:16:24] So you want to have all these little machines funneling into the bigger, you know mission or your actual offers
[00:16:30] so that if anything happens like you know a few years ago
[00:16:34] Facebook decided to change their algorithms people who had built their businesses on ads got screwed right?
[00:16:42] Or they took a big hit I had another girlfriend who how she built hers was creating content on Facebook only
[00:16:48] She never collected emails and so her account got banned and then now
[00:16:54] She lost her entire business overnight because that's where all her people were
[00:16:58] So as you grow your business trying to find multiple ways in order to feed it
[00:17:03] feed the machine
[00:17:05] but for me
[00:17:06] initially was creating a lead magnet, so
[00:17:10] The one of the the pieces are the biggest barrier to our work because it's you know
[00:17:15] Teaching people tools to help to alleviate suffering, right? Yeah
[00:17:20] They don't really want to invest into it until they've experienced it
[00:17:23] So we made a freebie where we did a demo. You can watch it you can
[00:17:29] Experience one of our processes and then that creates the buy-in
[00:17:32] So I would say the first thing if you're listening
[00:17:34] Create something free that shows who you are and the service that you provide
[00:17:39] You don't have to give away the full thing
[00:17:41] But give people a taste of it or an experience of who you are and how you work
[00:17:46] So we initially created that freebie and you can either opt-in via our website
[00:17:50] We also have you know created a static landing page that if I'm on a podcast
[00:17:55] We would share that landing page and then people could opt in it's easier than trying to scroll through your website to try
[00:18:00] To find the freebie section, right?
[00:18:02] So a very direct simple landing page that we had created and so I was either
[00:18:06] Get it leading people to our website every time we create content on social media
[00:18:11] We would drive it to the freebie and then inside of our bio, of course
[00:18:16] You have the link try to keep it as simple as possible. I see some people's link trees and it's so complex
[00:18:22] There's like 15 options that someone comes
[00:18:25] They don't even know what you want them to do right make it simple one or two or maybe three
[00:18:30] CTAs on the link tree I like where do you actually want to direct people so that you can essentially what we were trying to
[00:18:36] Do is click emails so that we can build relationship and then eventually
[00:18:40] Create that like no and trust factor so that they'll eventually purchase our program awesome
[00:18:45] So yeah, that's how we got people in was either through that simple landing page or via our website social content pushes
[00:18:53] to
[00:18:54] Downloading a freebie once they got into the freebie we had, you know a way for them to
[00:19:02] To opt in and then once they opted in the delivery page of our freebie is a video on that delivery page
[00:19:10] Below it now we have an offer that if you enjoyed that experience
[00:19:15] You want to actually learn how to use this tool on yourself and another person?
[00:19:19] Buy this for $97. So we still have this right now on our site
[00:19:22] So when you're asking Luis like do you like how do you have an ascension model? Yes
[00:19:28] Again, we try to step people through so we give them one of our 15 tools that they can buy for just
[00:19:34] $97 because it's for you know
[00:19:36] It's it's it's about 4500 for our practitioner training and then now just a thousand for our self mastery
[00:19:43] Which is non coaches, but now once they have their experience we created an immediate opportunity for them to take another action
[00:19:50] To purchase this one tool for very low price and then once they buy that
[00:19:56] What you want to do is you want to get your customer and I know you guys know this but I'm saying
[00:20:03] Continue to take actions where you're directing them and the more they do that increases their chances or your
[00:20:09] Assurance that they will buy your higher ticket offer
[00:20:13] Yeah, some people need tasters before they you know dive into the deep end of the pool
[00:20:17] Slowly move in so having a lower ticket offer something that's easy and also is
[00:20:24] No effort on your part because if someone buys the 97, it's actually just a self-study
[00:20:29] So it's 97 for us. We can take that money now run it into ads drive it into you know
[00:20:33] Other ways to market but then with the 97 we've been entire email sequence that then checks in on people
[00:20:40] How was experience with the process and here's our bigger offering if you want more
[00:20:45] So that's one of the funnels but probably our main one that works the best at the moment
[00:20:49] We also do have like ads to DMS and things like that
[00:20:52] But that's something that I would tell someone to make sure you do and that's how you can also nurture those relationships
[00:20:59] People start to get to understand you you're providing value and then boom get them to buy so good
[00:21:04] Yeah, thank you said by the way for showing literally the blueprint for the path from content to profit
[00:21:11] Profit really appreciate that I want this question before we move into whatever France is thinking but
[00:21:20] You know you mentioned the beginning of conversation do you solve a pretty unique problem right and sometimes people might not be aware of
[00:21:26] That problem right and and maybe you you as soon as you meet them you'll be like I can spot it right there
[00:21:33] It's like all over you right, but maybe they're not aware. So
[00:21:37] How do you market a problem that people might not be aware of
[00:21:42] You know some people
[00:21:46] there's there's two schools of thought in the marketing world and in the old school was like
[00:21:51] Talk about their pain points
[00:21:54] right, what are people struggling with and literally articulate them and
[00:21:58] Most people will be like holy crap. That's me. Are you laying about awake at night cannot fall asleep?
[00:22:04] You're literally thinking about all the things you haven't done for the day who doesn't like you
[00:22:09] You're you know imagining your bank account in the negative and you're having a hard time falling asleep
[00:22:16] Right. There are people who struggle with those limitations, right or you might be out and
[00:22:23] You're in a social context and you just want to connect with great people
[00:22:26] But you find yourself sitting in a corner not talking to anyone and feeling bad about yourself
[00:22:31] That's my brother
[00:22:34] Exactly, or you look in the mirror and you're going gosh I'm so buff and the world is so
[00:22:40] Like what's wrong with the world?
[00:22:48] Exactly, but do you see where it's like so part of people say especially in my world
[00:22:53] It's like point out what's not working in people's lives. What are they struggling with?
[00:22:57] So then they go oh I do that and like that's a struggle and then I know there's other school thought where they're like don't
[00:23:03] Talk about the pain points paint the vision for who they want to become and then mark it that way
[00:23:08] right we do a blend of the both of two and then we start to go into our
[00:23:13] Social media and we'll look at the insights to see which
[00:23:17] Content is performing better and then we double down on that. So right so whatever has more engagement. Whatever is getting more
[00:23:24] Interaction more views more shares more likes
[00:23:26] That's what will push and then that's how you can also test to see what your audience wants from you
[00:23:32] Yeah, because I think sometimes we think oh we just want to talk about this
[00:23:35] But that might not be what is going to land for them or benefit them or create value
[00:23:40] And you want to make sure that you're constantly creating value. So
[00:23:44] Usually, you know, we will talk about the tough things the things that people won't mention the private conversations that people have
[00:23:52] Within themselves, but they won't tell other people we put it on blast and it's quite common
[00:23:58] We humans are complex yet. They're not
[00:24:02] Right, we can I can look at someone I can just listen to them talk and I can tell you where they're limited
[00:24:08] I could tell you where they have beliefs that don't serve them that get in their way
[00:24:13] Yeah, and why they struggle and so if you just pay attention
[00:24:16] People are quite similar in their struggles they might articulate a little bit differently, but we we share common
[00:24:24] Challenges and if you can just speak them out and someone can see oh, that's me
[00:24:30] Now you've caught their attention. Yeah, and that's really how we play with content on that. Thank you so good
[00:24:38] Yeah, this is absolutely amazing. You call me buffed. Yeah
[00:24:41] I
[00:24:44] Think
[00:24:45] At this point, there's a lot to take action on right a lot to definitely debrief and sit down that somebody can say
[00:24:51] Okay, I can implement this and create some sort of plan of action
[00:24:54] I want to go into the mindset things and I also want to go into the relationship thing
[00:24:59] We're talking about it before
[00:25:00] The episode started right so maybe we can do quickly mindset and then go end up on the relationships
[00:25:07] I know you got some notes that you wrote about my brother that you're about to reveal them
[00:25:12] We don't know what they are, but you say you are gonna reveal them in there
[00:25:15] But to start with the mindset side of things right I feel like a lot of people when they step into this and they
[00:25:21] Step into okay. I'm going to create content. I'm going to
[00:25:25] become the
[00:25:26] main
[00:25:27] Character of my business right show my face in camera share my message a
[00:25:33] Lot of times there's blockage in there right we work with a lot of people that they have a very difficult time as soon as you
[00:25:38] Press record they turn into a whole different person
[00:25:41] right so I'm curious do you struggle with some of those things when you first starting sharing your message or
[00:25:48] Maybe what is a tool right that people can use to maybe hack their mindset into taking action because
[00:25:55] We saw a story recently that it was a kind of get a little metaphor that we really enjoy my brother shared
[00:26:00] With me about a guy saying like hey look a lot of us are into
[00:26:05] You know taking action action action and some of you are into taking use information information information right, but you need
[00:26:12] Kind of like both in order to move
[00:26:15] Forward imagine one leg is action and one leg is information if you only take action
[00:26:19] You're just gonna be going in circles if you just take information you're gonna be going in circles
[00:26:22] So you gotta take action educate yourself action educate yourself, right?
[00:26:26] And I think that is a loop that a lot of people get stuck on I guess talk on into the information loop
[00:26:32] I don't know my brother, but you know I'm gonna throw a guess. I think he gets stuck on the action loop right
[00:26:39] Yeah, so I'm curious
[00:26:46] So you know I'm curious for somebody that might stuck in one of those
[00:26:51] Specifically in the context of content right
[00:26:53] How do they hack into their mindset so they can actually
[00:26:58] create right or
[00:27:00] You know educate themselves. Maybe they've been creating, but they haven't been seeing the results right like what is that mindset space?
[00:27:06] Oh, they need to be in
[00:27:08] Yeah, I'm sorry so you know I always tell people if you want to grow
[00:27:12] Get into a relationship have a kid or start a business
[00:27:16] Because all your crap is gonna start to come up. That's been hidden away
[00:27:21] But what was the first one so get a kid start a business getting a relationship
[00:27:25] Get a kid or a start or the business or the relationship. Yeah have a kid. I'm growing to the max
[00:27:32] I know
[00:27:33] Exactly. I have all three. Fonzie where you got?
[00:27:36] I'm on two
[00:27:39] And some people will ignore it and try to push through but eventually your stuff surfaces
[00:27:45] You know and it starts to show you what's not working
[00:27:48] Within internally and you can either transform that so that you can transcend it and actually
[00:27:53] achieve what you say you want or be the type of parent or partner that you want to be
[00:27:58] Or some people just drive it into the ground because they avoid the growth piece
[00:28:03] You cannot grow your business without growing yourself
[00:28:06] Period
[00:28:07] You know if you have a limiting mindset around something
[00:28:11] I don't care how much strategy
[00:28:14] You learn and learn and learn and learn and learn on the right
[00:28:19] You are going to be stuck in the same place financially or impact wise
[00:28:24] Because if you believe that money is evil or that i'm not worthy of it
[00:28:29] You will play to the level of your belief or to your identity who you believe you you think you are
[00:28:34] And again, if you don't shift that to match the results you want to create in your business
[00:28:38] You're always going to stay stuck. I know so many people out there who?
[00:28:42] Hire business coach after business coach after business coach after business coach. They'll spend five ten twenty thousand dollars on a business coach
[00:28:50] They'll know the strategy but they're either not implementing or they're stuck in perfectionism and wanting to learn more and more information before they
[00:28:58] Put something out there so that it's good enough
[00:29:01] Or you know if you are not evolved as a being
[00:29:05] And you are someone who's a constant action taker. It could also be a trauma response
[00:29:11] I'm not valuable unless i'm creating i'm not valuable unless i'm doing doing doing doing because doing equals
[00:29:18] My worth that was me
[00:29:20] I couldn't stop my dad used to drill messages in of like, you know, i'll sleep when i'm dead
[00:29:25] Be useful in life, you know, don't mess up too
[00:29:29] So there were so many mixed messages in me that even when I was sick
[00:29:33] I told you guys, you know before we hit record that I was sick last week
[00:29:37] I thought i'd work through it
[00:29:40] But one day I had to just completely rest no work. No tv to just like be in bed and I was battling my mind
[00:29:47] for a majority of the day feeling guilty
[00:29:50] For not working because we moved so I spent days not working. I should be working and now i'm laying in bed
[00:29:56] What's wrong with me? And I went into this spiral and then I could read course correct, but then I dive back in so
[00:30:02] You know a lot of people's too much of something
[00:30:06] I'm gonna guess is an unhealthy pattern that needs to be addressed
[00:30:09] Right and especially when it comes to putting yourself out there this fear
[00:30:14] Of I do more information or I gotta shoot this video 50 times to make sure it's perfect
[00:30:20] In order for me to put it out and now you've wasted so much time
[00:30:23] When the world just needs your content, they don't need you perfect, right?
[00:30:28] Just get it out there. And so that's when you get to start to see
[00:30:31] Oh
[00:30:32] Why am I struggling so hard to put content out there?
[00:30:35] Why do I have to dive into trying to learn so much information and needing to be perfect about before I can just
[00:30:41] You know create something why can't I stop being in motion and have to constantly execute and can't rest
[00:30:48] These are all unconscious patterns that you're being controlled by
[00:30:52] You are not controlling your life and we think we're in charge, but we're actually not
[00:30:56] We are programmed from our past and our program runs us
[00:31:00] So this becomes the work and this is what gets revealed in entrepreneurship, right?
[00:31:05] Where you start to observe yourself and go this isn't working. Oh my gosh. I'm burning out
[00:31:09] Oh my gosh, it's been five days and I can't even pick up a piece of content
[00:31:12] Oh my gosh
[00:31:13] I put the content up and want to take it down now because I think there's something wrong with it
[00:31:15] I didn't get enough likes and shares it who cares just keep marching forward
[00:31:20] These are all signals to begin to look internally and go
[00:31:24] Huh?
[00:31:26] What are these limitations and these barriers that are stopping you from what I actually want to achieve and then you do the work
[00:31:32] To to shift that
[00:31:34] so
[00:31:35] Given a quick plug
[00:31:36] Is if people want to break through that it's not just conscious level mindset work, right?
[00:31:42] Some people just go into reframing and it's like well
[00:31:45] How do I just shift this and tell myself a different story about this so that I can move into action?
[00:31:50] That still many times
[00:31:53] Doesn't work now. You're just trying to force yourself and then it doesn't feel good
[00:31:58] Really where the core lies is diving deep internally knowing what are the beliefs about myself?
[00:32:04] About the world about what I deserve about, you know
[00:32:07] That like my beliefs and let's transform that at a subconscious level
[00:32:13] Because once that gets integrated you are free
[00:32:16] To make choices you are free to take actions that maybe you once could not before like putting yourself on a video
[00:32:23] and just
[00:32:24] Launching it onto a social media platform
[00:32:26] so
[00:32:27] You know we do this is what we teach
[00:32:30] We teach people the tools to liberate themselves from these inner barriers from these limitations from trauma of the past
[00:32:37] That also creates coping mechanisms, which usually are ineffective behaviors
[00:32:42] now
[00:32:43] Um, so if you go to our website or if you go to the landing page go to show notes. Yep
[00:32:48] Right here. I gotta do scroll down
[00:32:50] Bounce yeah, um, there's a link where you can try one of our freebies
[00:32:55] We literally give you one of our tools to listen to and to process with
[00:33:00] To free yourself and in a way that you don't have to keep revisiting it because that's what mindset work does
[00:33:05] It's conscious level so you might feel a shift in the moment
[00:33:08] And then all of a sudden it comes back up later and you're like, oh I thought I worked through this
[00:33:12] Why is it still here? Because you haven't actually integrated the issue
[00:33:15] You haven't shifted it on the subconscious level and that's where you need to go to
[00:33:20] And once that shifts everything changes you again play at the level of belief and identity
[00:33:26] If you don't believe that you're worthy of success, guess what? I don't care how much you execute
[00:33:31] You will still only play at one level and you hit a ceiling and you cannot
[00:33:35] Like ascend that yeah until you
[00:33:38] Grow yourself. Yeah
[00:33:40] Look at that
[00:33:42] Fireworks
[00:33:44] Right after she was done. That's that's a level up from dropping the mic
[00:33:48] That was absolutely amazing for those listening or watching the video as soon as she was done
[00:33:53] fireworks popped in her screen
[00:33:56] Wow, this is a sign i'm telling you I
[00:34:00] A couple things first you said too much of something is very unhealthy
[00:34:04] I think I need to uh stop with the ice cream first of all
[00:34:07] I've been eating way too much ice cream, but also, you know in that more serious note
[00:34:12] I procrastinate a lot, you know, I
[00:34:15] think I have deeply ingrained in me the belief that
[00:34:20] I am lazy right and when I look back into my life
[00:34:23] There's a lot of moments, you know where my dowsing like you're being lazy, you know
[00:34:27] In soccer school all these things
[00:34:30] So i'll be the first one clicking on that link and looking at you know
[00:34:35] The resource that you get that you guys are providing because i'm very interested
[00:34:38] I've seen myself in cycles right in the last couple of years where you know, we get to a certain point and
[00:34:45] honestly, it feels like
[00:34:47] Things happen, right? But obviously I think it's also my subconscious just looking at it and
[00:34:52] Kind of like sabotaging myself from going to the next level, right?
[00:34:58] You know full transparency and vulnerability like this last couple days. That's exactly how I felt
[00:35:03] You know a little bit, you know down clouded
[00:35:07] My girlfriend is in the other room. She cannot test for all that
[00:35:10] We even hosted a game night last night and you know, we all talked in private like well
[00:35:14] We should you know, let fonzie maybe win something like this and
[00:35:18] At the end of the game was like a two-hour game. He almost did it and then your wife crushed
[00:35:25] Crushed fonzie's dream
[00:35:27] She crushed my spirits I can't crash him down
[00:35:32] But I'm kidding we did not plot to let fonzie win here
[00:35:37] His wife's mission is to never let me win
[00:35:41] I'm a trash talker by nature
[00:35:43] You know
[00:35:44] I'm sorry. I'm not actually i'm not sorry at all
[00:35:47] But you know going back to to the serious note here
[00:35:51] I'm i'm super interested in what you're saying, you know, because i've noticed those patterns in my own life
[00:35:57] I am 100 believer. We say this all the time, you know your business growth to the extent that you do
[00:36:04] So what you mentioned right?
[00:36:07] The world's no actually
[00:36:09] Well now I did and I realized I actually didn't write the exact quote
[00:36:12] But you pretty much mentioned something along the same lines, right? Like you got to grow alongside with your business
[00:36:19] You know it's as important and I felt like boom
[00:36:22] I've been hitting those roadblocks when we get to a certain point in the business and it's kind of like
[00:36:26] The subconscious taking over right? And maybe I need one of those tools to look internally. So I want to
[00:36:32] Again invite everybody that is listening click on that link actually reflect on yourself
[00:36:37] What are some moments that you feel you know that you're stuck that you may be sabotaging yourself
[00:36:42] And go check out the tool that sephanis provided with us and
[00:36:46] And do it right now just get information
[00:36:49] Do the action we talked about it because a lot of times and i'm guilty of that
[00:36:53] I'll be like, oh this looks interesting. Let me watch the vsl
[00:36:55] All right, cool. Let me move on to the next thing and then two days later
[00:36:59] I cannot recall at all what I saw right? We're just moving so fast paced
[00:37:04] There's very little reflection on what we do on a day-to-day basis that
[00:37:08] Again, we're just going through the motions
[00:37:09] We're not really actually being intentional about the things that we're doing right and is is on everything
[00:37:15] Like it's not just on your personal growth like
[00:37:18] On everything, you know, like we watch a movie and then immediately after it's done
[00:37:22] We move on to the next thing next day ask you how was the movie?
[00:37:25] What do you like about it? You can probably can't tell what you liked about it. You're like, oh, yeah
[00:37:29] It's a decent movie
[00:37:30] But you don't really know the details because we don't really reflect on on a lot of the things that we're doing
[00:37:35] Steph, I really appreciate you showing up today and uh, you know, authentic
[00:37:40] Transparent and you show the path on you know to get to those six figures and multi six figures
[00:37:46] We need the notes on you though not only
[00:37:49] Not only on uh on paper
[00:37:51] But also mentally right like what it takes for a lot of people to do this right?
[00:37:55] And I think over the last couple years, you know
[00:37:57] We've we've been in that journey right through it and we continue to grow and so on and I think fancy
[00:38:02] You need a kid to continue to grow and the perfect trifecta. We need the we need the cousins
[00:38:07] Uh, thank you Steph for putting it, you know planting the seed there, but no, I mean
[00:38:12] It's been really good and I want to encourage every single person to go and you know, maybe rewatch or re-listen
[00:38:18] With the eyes of like okay. How what is like the one thing?
[00:38:22] What is like the one thing that i'm gonna take from this conversation?
[00:38:26] And start bringing awareness to it so then we can face it right apart from you know
[00:38:31] The tactical of like how does the business grow?
[00:38:34] I think the meant the second part of the conversation is what's gonna get get us to execute on that tactical
[00:38:40] um, and I can I just jump in really quick absolutely too is
[00:38:44] I didn't share that piece of you know, are my business growing
[00:38:49] From hitting the six figures to the multi-six we're on track for seven
[00:38:54] It also came from the inner work that I did
[00:38:57] And i'm gonna give you guys a tip because this is something I do on the daily
[00:39:01] So now you're getting an insider into what I do to rewire. I used to be a hypnotist
[00:39:05] So I know that now you need to embed into your subconscious
[00:39:08] What you want to believe so that you become it right and then your results that you create match
[00:39:15] What it is that you're saying of who you are and what you believe and so I have
[00:39:19] Hypnosis tracks meditation tracks that are very affirming of prosperity of wealth of impact of success
[00:39:27] And I put those and it has binaural beats behind it
[00:39:30] You could probably find some on youtube, but I put them into my ears
[00:39:34] And I start writing
[00:39:36] Pen and paper not typing exactly what it is
[00:39:40] Of the life that I want but writing it as if it's already happening
[00:39:44] So i'm surrounded by an epic community of heart-centered highly influential leaders
[00:39:49] Who love to share my work with our community and we support and champion each other
[00:39:55] This is why I have that because i've literally embedded that belief. I've also embedded the financial
[00:40:02] Um the fine those financial goals that we've hit
[00:40:05] For the year
[00:40:06] We already declared what we wanted to make in 2024 and i'm writing it down like i'm so happy and grateful now that we've hit
[00:40:12] You know 1.5 million by december 31st 2024 and and you in addition to writing
[00:40:20] What you want as if it's already done
[00:40:23] So I am or I have don't write I want or I will or I wish or I hope
[00:40:27] But just I am or I have write it down as you're listening to these affirmations
[00:40:33] The most important thing is to feel it being done
[00:40:37] Like you literally achieved it the feeling that's going to arise as you've already hit that achievement. That's the magnetic
[00:40:43] Energy that you create to magnetize and attract what it is that you want to you
[00:40:48] Yeah, the more i'm in it all of a sudden we literally get emails of like hey, do you do collaborations?
[00:40:53] Hey, we want to have you on our podcast. Hey like and i'm not doing anything
[00:40:56] It literally comes in and I notice when i'm off track from doing that
[00:41:00] Things slow down
[00:41:02] so
[00:41:03] Take the time to do that. It is so so important and my business matches who I've become over the past two and a half years
[00:41:10] Too, but i've done the work
[00:41:12] I can learn all the strategy on how to build my business
[00:41:15] But if i'm not the person who can have the type of business I want
[00:41:18] It doesn't matter how much I execute or how much strategy I learn. I will stay stuck in my patterns and keep
[00:41:23] You know circling my own tail
[00:41:26] Makes so much sense. Thanks step. I mean you you did all the roadmaps. Um, yeah homework for everybody
[00:41:32] Listen to watching rewatch this and you know, go back to your notes and and uh executing
[00:41:37] Um, you know I put in a goal with one of our masterminds that I wanted to get up
[00:41:43] At 4 a.m
[00:41:44] every morning right and
[00:41:47] Get some did work before my day started, you know with the kids with the studio with the craziness
[00:41:52] And I have not hit that goal once and this is 15 days ago, right?
[00:41:56] Which you know it
[00:41:57] has helped me learn a lot about my my daily flow and how I work at my high energy moment and
[00:42:03] You know my bedtime routine and that's part of it, right?
[00:42:06] It goes still there and I think for me
[00:42:08] What i've identified has been
[00:42:10] Putting like an act an anchor of an action, right?
[00:42:13] So for example, uh, we wanted to be very consistent with the podcast
[00:42:18] For a long time the anchor was we're gonna bring and put somebody in the calendar monday wednesday fridays at noon
[00:42:25] So we actually go and sit down and do it and it's funny because when that doesn't happen
[00:42:29] It adds a ton of friction and then we either don't sit down or we do it later in the day
[00:42:33] And it's just like this crazy
[00:42:35] so put that event in front of us to do that and you gave me like a really really good idea because i've
[00:42:39] Been trying to
[00:42:40] You know, I have my affirmations. I don't do them
[00:42:43] I need to go do them right and you know firm believer
[00:42:46] I have backstory with like soccer stuff that I have proof that has worked in my life
[00:42:51] Right, and that's what i'm working on like fully transparent right now
[00:42:54] But what you just mentioned is that's gonna be my anchor for the early morning
[00:42:59] That's gonna be the start of my day. I'm gonna do that when I have my
[00:43:03] My music my affirmation is gonna repeat. I'm gonna have my ritual in the morning, which
[00:43:07] I haven't done a morning ritual in so long. It's like get up and go get coffee and start working
[00:43:13] So this is my commitment to you stef and for everybody listening that i'm gonna start doing it
[00:43:17] So thank you for that and I hope I hope everybody does that alongside you because it is so important
[00:43:23] To me, that is the most important work of entrepreneurship
[00:43:27] Yes, you can execute on strategy
[00:43:28] but that is the most important if you want to achieve what you want and what you mentioned of doing in the morning is
[00:43:33] brilliant because
[00:43:36] When I was a hypnotist, you know something that we talked about a lot was the magic 30 which is
[00:43:42] 30 minutes before you go to bed 30 minutes before you wake up in the morning
[00:43:45] You're actually in a naturally hypnotic state your brain waves, you know right now we're in beta
[00:43:51] And then it moves to alpha theta and then delta is sleep so that theta alpha brainwave state is when your
[00:43:57] Unconscious mind is more suggestible
[00:44:00] So when you start to say your affirmations and it's not just about saying affirmations
[00:44:05] It's really feeling it to be true
[00:44:07] That is actually the key which is why people will say affirmations don't work because they're not feeling it
[00:44:12] They're just mechanically thinking it. Yeah, but when you do that, especially during the magic 30 times
[00:44:19] It embeds way easier into your conscious
[00:44:22] So I always tell people when you go to bed at night
[00:44:24] When you wake up in the morning, don't look at your phone
[00:44:27] Don't check your emails or your texts
[00:44:28] Don't watch the news at night and leave it on and fall asleep to it
[00:44:32] If you don't want that stuff to go into your unconscious
[00:44:34] You need to guard it with everything you have and really use that precious time when your mind is more fertile to receive
[00:44:42] To put the things in there
[00:44:44] That are actually going to support you again in who you want to be and what you want to create in your life
[00:44:49] so
[00:44:50] um
[00:44:51] That is so good again. Louis that you're going to do that in the morning
[00:44:54] And create that space and time for you because that extra 20 or 30 minutes that you carve out
[00:45:00] To do the thing to grow yourself is going to shortcut the rest of your day on how how much you can achieve
[00:45:07] Yeah, I love it. Thank you. I'm gonna
[00:45:10] Um
[00:45:11] I need to do something about having the phone next to my bed
[00:45:14] I do have actually some hypnosis apps that I
[00:45:17] Listen to here once in a while
[00:45:19] But I need to get into I want to be like my brother. I want to be like my brother
[00:45:24] I want to be buff as my brother, you know, but I I do need to get into that feeling because a lot of the times
[00:45:29] What happens is
[00:45:32] Once I start doing that and listening to that
[00:45:34] I feel like Mitchell there's this little voice that fights it right like that negativity voice that is like no
[00:45:39] You know, you know and you have like this like inner dialogue battle, which is absolutely terrible grab your hand
[00:45:45] Picture that negative voice in their face and then slap it
[00:45:50] Maybe maybe I should do that
[00:45:52] right, um
[00:45:54] So yeah, I I I really like this. I really like the magic 30
[00:45:58] I think that is something very actionable and for those that are listening to this right now and they're might thinking like well
[00:46:04] You know that is like so out there i'm gonna recommend a book that actually scientifically speaks a little bit about this
[00:46:11] It's becoming superhuman by joe dispensa
[00:46:14] Magnificent book it actually got recommended a very long time ago
[00:46:17] But another by another guest here in the contest profit podcast
[00:46:21] Um, I went on read it. I was like, this is absolutely amazing and it really breaks down
[00:46:26] You know what stefan is talking about on?
[00:46:28] Having the feeling right make sure you're tuned into the feeling not just saying these things
[00:46:33] Not just you know writing them on paper you need to make sure
[00:46:36] You know you are feeling it because those are the vibrations that are gonna attract, you know the things that
[00:46:44] I'm not gonna say you deserve right like that. You earned that, you know, you're meant to be so
[00:46:49] Thank you for that reminder. I need to be more conscious of that
[00:46:52] Like you said guard my mind. I was literally imagining just kind of like a little
[00:46:56] Fancy fighting in there get the negative thoughts
[00:46:59] Um, so yeah, I really really appreciate that good it was a good conversation to have today
[00:47:04] I needed this step fancy planted a hook
[00:47:07] earlier
[00:47:08] about some notes that you had
[00:47:11] About me after we met and you know, obviously the theme of like I think the quarter on the episodes has been relationships, right?
[00:47:17] And uh right before I was like, oh, yeah, we have like this note
[00:47:20] And obviously, you know, we obviously take notes and things but my personal ones are very curious
[00:47:26] You know on how I can memorize like who that person is or like something very interesting
[00:47:31] I said, I have some of you and we're like
[00:47:34] Don't say i'm right now same on the episode. So this is actually my first time reacting to this
[00:47:38] Let's hope it goes well. Yeah, can you share the story of why you have the notes?
[00:47:41] I thought that was pretty cool though. Yes, so that's what I was gonna say
[00:47:45] I'll give some context for people listening is essentially
[00:47:48] You know, I was talking about the success of my dad and he as an immigrant man came from china
[00:47:53] He got sent here at 17 by my grandparents. He was a firstborn son of eight kids and it was like
[00:47:59] Figure it out and send the whole family over here
[00:48:01] Well, so he had to figure it out not knowing the language not having connections no money and how he built his business
[00:48:08] Successfully was relationships
[00:48:10] Coming not knowing anybody he when he started in real estate
[00:48:13] He walked around and knocked on doors
[00:48:16] And took notes every time he met with someone and then when he'd come back to their door again two weeks later
[00:48:20] He'd be like hey, how's your dog?
[00:48:22] You know bluey or how's your daughter doing in whatever college and people that's how he built a relationship because people
[00:48:29] Give a big crap about themselves. Like that's really what they care about right?
[00:48:33] So then now if you like show that you're listening and paying attention and again not as a strategy genuinely wanting to know people
[00:48:39] It's important and I actually didn't realize until later that I was taking notes too
[00:48:44] And then I heard the story from my dad. I'm like, I guess this was in my blood or something
[00:48:48] But um instead of relying on my mind to try to remember everything
[00:48:52] I just take notes and it's helped so much for cultivating intimacy and deeper relationship and rapport
[00:49:00] So when I met louise in florida at podcast movement
[00:49:05] Right after we stopped talking I was like, of course like
[00:49:08] um
[00:49:09] listening and and and just kind of tagging the things that you said in my mind and then right when you laughed i'm
[00:49:15] Like in my phone and my notes so met at podcast movement when he and his brother were walking in
[00:49:20] He knows michael anthony of unbroken and alley bigger. That's a reference of how I know you now
[00:49:25] Lives in jacksonville florida wife is canadian. He's from what what is swela? Oops, sorry
[00:49:31] sons luca and mateo learned podcasting from john lee dumas and does a bunch of biz podcasting owns a
[00:49:38] Podcasting studio where different podcasts come in to record
[00:49:42] Um co-host of top podcast content is profit talk to him about rapidware
[00:49:47] um
[00:49:49] And then on 12 9 23
[00:49:52] So we met last fall and then we had another follow-up conversation
[00:49:57] um
[00:49:58] Had just acquired the recording studio when we met oldest is into legos now. He lost 14 pounds fonzie is his brother
[00:50:04] Uh talk about content as king his wife is katie
[00:50:07] They're going to disney for christmas for three days with their whole family on the 18th to the 20th
[00:50:12] They love disney his first date with katie was at bush gardens
[00:50:16] Hey, um app called text compiles all messages under one app. I have them listed
[00:50:23] And then on 38 24
[00:50:26] We rescheduled the podcast for today. Wow
[00:50:29] Look at that thumbs up thumbs up the reactions. Love you out there
[00:50:34] That was very impressive yeah, I would love you forever every time you come and I'll know your secret
[00:50:39] I like the the nitty gritty of the notes and this is another lesson, right?
[00:50:45] Like don't just take notes on the business like oh how's this problem?
[00:50:49] Like be personable like be genuinely curious about somebody else's lives
[00:50:55] Those are the best relationships i've i've had you know that have come from a business standpoint to put it that way
[00:51:01] Are the relationships where I get more interested to in their personal life like who is this person?
[00:51:05] You know where they come from all these things because then when you meet them again, you're like, oh dude
[00:51:09] Like you told me about you know your kid had an operation
[00:51:12] How did that go like they're gonna appreciate that way more than you asking?
[00:51:15] Oh, dude, how did that contract you know, do you close that contract that you were working on?
[00:51:19] Like i'm sure they're gonna appreciate more that the fact that you remember some of their aspects of their personal life
[00:51:26] and you're actually building rapport with them rather than like
[00:51:29] The talking about the business bubble. Yeah, by the way, thank you for sharing my life with everybody now
[00:51:37] If you want to send legos or disney tickets send them over
[00:51:41] I was just about to say that so now listeners will come up with disney stuff or legos and it really does
[00:51:49] When I talked about calling people another greatness
[00:51:51] You said that was my superpower another one is really just allowing people to be seen
[00:51:55] And to feel supported and loved because I think so often our inner critic is so loud that people need that
[00:52:00] So that they can feel like they can start to shift that comp that that voice in their head
[00:52:04] But it's just basic human needs and you know, because I take notes on people all the time. I had a girlfriend who
[00:52:11] She mentioned she's like yeah, you know
[00:52:12] She came from oklahoma and she usually does she's like I usually have tiaras and you know cupcakes and this and that
[00:52:18] She was feeling so sad about her birthday. She just moved to colorado
[00:52:21] I took her to dinner and I bought her a tiara and I showed up and she opened it as a present
[00:52:26] She's like, oh my god. She forgot she had said that today
[00:52:30] And that made the biggest difference for her to feel at home
[00:52:34] Here in colorado now and if you'll seen or you know when friends or family come over
[00:52:38] I make sure my partner his dad has blue moon beers in the
[00:52:42] In the fridge his mom has coke zeroes. She has her ritz crackers and also bananas
[00:52:47] You know you pay attention yeah, and you show up for the people in your life that you care about or whether they're new or old
[00:52:54] and
[00:52:55] To me that's a gift that we can give to ourselves to do that for the people
[00:53:00] You know that we want to cultivate with because it feels so good to be able to like be thoughtful and caring
[00:53:05] Yeah. Oh, thank you steve. Thank you for the lesson everything by the way, but here
[00:53:10] Debbie downer over here. You have one wrong
[00:53:13] One of the things there was wrong
[00:53:15] I'm i'm gonna leave you to which one is it fancy. I don't know
[00:53:20] Tell me we do not learn
[00:53:27] I am not fancy
[00:53:32] We do not learn podcasting from joly do much we wish we would have learned podcasting
[00:53:36] We hit our heads a lot of times in our desk because we just want to do ourselves
[00:53:41] We didn't have the money to pay him but we wish I mean johnny's a good friend now
[00:53:45] We're part of the same network
[00:53:46] But and uh, we we tell them all the time the him and kate were like guys
[00:53:50] Where were you when we started podcast?
[00:53:53] So but anyways, she already updated the notes. I can tell I know she's like
[00:53:58] Yeah, sure and like delete delete delete
[00:54:01] He actually just did
[00:54:04] Yeah, oh it was that it's been a treat. Thank you so much. I'm so glad that we finally did this
[00:54:10] uh
[00:54:11] Episode packed with value obviously in so many ways and I think this is going to help people
[00:54:17] Move the needle forward in their lives and in their business
[00:54:19] So I know we're a little over but is there any last thoughts that you want to share with us?
[00:54:24] You know, I I think I just want to touch on what bonzi said
[00:54:28] If you download that freebie do it
[00:54:30] Because I know like tony robbins used to say 10 of the people who would
[00:54:35] You know purchase his work
[00:54:37] Did it was 10 the other 90 did it because the 90 that purchase thinks that now they did an action they've done
[00:54:44] It's not that dive into it do the work clear
[00:54:47] Whatever is in your way so that you can really
[00:54:49] It create the influence and impact in this world that you're meant to create
[00:54:53] So that you can show up and create epic content share your face share your knowledge share your wisdom
[00:54:57] You're ready right now. You just have to get out of your own way. And if it takes a little
[00:55:02] You know work

[00:55:07] It is the best use of your time that you could use it for so I just really want to encourage people if you download it
[00:55:14] Do it do it. Yeah, absolutely. Oh, thank you so much. Anything else? No. Thank you
